Finally got to shoot with Alan again after far too long due to hectic life stuff getting in the way, and I'm so glad that I did!! Alan reminded me of why I took up modelling in the first place - he's such a decent, respectful photographer who always looks after his models and treats them respectfully, not like some of the other 'photographers' I've met! Alan definitely helps my confidence as a model, and is always teaching me something new :) cannot recommend enough x

Shyness in the Shadows

Had a collaboration shoot today for the first time with Springfield Photography and Cate Holly. Given that it was the first time I've ever met and worked with another model, I was pretty nervous and didn't know what to expect. This completely changed once I worked together with these two. What an absolutely truly amazing day!

Alan is always kind, generous and full of beautifully creative ideas. We all went to Blaenavon Ironworks and he had so many different ideas to try, and the rain did not stop him from trying at all. Thank you Alan for your Super Umbrella!

We all had a great laugh and got some wonderful images done together, followed by a great evening over Alan's listening to some great music classics, cups of coffee, a wonderful read through his photography book collection and a look through the day's images. What a true joy to work together with these two, I look forward to our next session together at his studio.

Once again, I can't recommend Alan enough. He is the sweetest and most talented photographer I've ever met and I truly call him a friend. Recommended 100%, do not look anywhere else! x

Had a lovely shoot today with Alan and another model, shyness in the shadows at Blaenavon Ironworks. I have worked with Alan a few times now and never disappoints. A very professional photographer who cares for his models I always enjoy working with Alan. The images are stunning as always so pleased. 😁 Looking forward to working with you very soon!

Shyness in the Shadows

Had a lovely time with the always wonderful Alan Moss on Monday for the couples shoot I arranged with him. My boyfriend is an inspiring photographer himself, so we all had a great discussion on cameras, studio techniques and how to make the most out of your camera all while having a nice cup of tea. He also allowed me to use his studio along with his advice to try and shoot some examples myself with David as my practice model. While we didn't have much time at the end for the couples shoot, the images we had done were all absolutely stunning, with Alan really advising on some brilliant poses and creative ideas! It's all good though, because we really got carried away with the lessons as we were having lots of fun! Such useful information! Couldn't be any happier with everything he's done for us and I would 100% recommend him to anyone that wants to work with a professional who's incredibly welcoming and friendly to talk to. I really do consider him a friend and I look forward to working with him again soon x

That portrait though...

I mentioned to Springfield Photography that I was not keen on having my portrait taken but as you can see he is a very talented photographer and I feel it is one of the best head shots of me that I have ever seen.

This was my second shoot with Alan at his place and again it ran smoothly, we got through plenty of styles and genres, my favourite being vintage.

I love spending time working with him on creating stunning images and I hope to do it again soon!!

Thank you for the DVD, all a bout me, he knows me so well.

I had another awesome shoot with Alan a few days ago. He came to me with a specific brief for the shoot and it sounded like a LOT of fun :)

As usual he was easy to talk to, took some great photos and it was just a really nice time. We got through quite a few looks in the time we had and each was different, including some movement shots which were definitely my favourite!

Looking forward to working with him again :)

Had another lovely shoot with the amazing Springfield Photography. I must say, my confidence raises so much after every shoot we do together, such a wonderfully polite, funny and understanding guy who's open to ideas and opinions. Even though I was a bit anxious for a while as things have been a bit stressful in my personal life as late, I managed to calm down very easily with Alan and we ended up having a great laugh and got a few lovely images done together! We started sharing ideas and I even managed to learn a lot about bringing mood into portrait photography in between our shoot. Alan allowed me to use his studio and himself as a model (which I must say, he does a brilliant job at it with his experience!) to really practice techniques. Such a fun time doing that! As we both have a passion for photography, it's really nice that I can try both modelling and being the photographer. Now that I'm back into the swing of things, I'll certainly think of more shoot and practice ideas ready for our next session together. Seriously can't wait! x

Alan is such a lovely, down to earth guy.

Our shoots are always well organised. His home studio is amazing, he is constantly adding new equipment/materials.

Alan is very respectful and so much fun to work with, I would thoroughly recommend him to other models.

Sorry for the delay in typing this!

WOW what an amazing shoot I had with Alan! As soon as I arrived Alan was so warm and welcoming and had a coffee ready for me which was so nice.

We got through a number of different sets in his awesome studio! The shoot went so well and was full of laughs. I really really enjoyed it.

Alan is very talented and I love the images we created :)

I'm excited to shoot again which I'm sorting out now and to see his cat which I love!

Had a lovely seventh (yeah, seventh!) shoot with the truly wonderful Alan Moss. I'd previously been going through a lot of stress in my personal life, so we'd not arranged anything together for quite a few months due to it, but I'm so glad we found the time to finally get together. While we didn't do more than one costume change due to time and me being like an anxious rabbit in headlights this time around, we had a lot of fun and got some truly lovely images done! It was the first time I'd shot with him without my braces on, which made for some great portraits! As well as this, we experienced trying out a still life photography lesson. We had so much fun experimenting with different items and lighting! Cups of tea, chats and time with his cat Snoopy in between. A true friend and a brilliant photographer. Can't wait to shoot with him again! x

Had a great time with Alan. So relaxed and made me feel at ease straight away with nice cuppa tea. He is very professional and fun to shoot with. I would highly recommend him. Third shoot with Alan at his home studio, we tried different styles also we done a Victorian style shoot that was great fun! Alan always works very hard to produce creative lovely images and never disappoints he's fun, professional, friendly and full of laughter always such a pleasure to work with.

Had a really good shoot with Alan today he was a total pleasure to work with.

On time ready to go, very welcoming, and super polite.

We shot in his stunning studio and it was warm and very cosy! Alan was very open to suggestion and new ideas and threw some incredible ideas out.

Had a really fun first shoot with Alan this week, he made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived, and he has so many ideas that we struggled to fit everything into the time we had.

His little studio is lovely, and extremely well equipped, and Alan was very polite and respectful throughout the shoot. He was happy to let me pose freely but provided helpful advice when required too.

I'm really looking forward to working with him again, and can't recommend him highly enough. Lovely person, a lot of fun to work with, and a great photographer. x
