Alan was truly a pleasure to work with in the studio today. His manner is polite and he's super at giving direction. He was fantastic at exploring new ideas and very diligent in the way he worked. I would happily recommend Alan to anyone looking to work with a top class photographer with a top class attitude to match. He made me feel very comfortable and we got some awesome shots! I look forward to working with Alan again in the future! Truly a lovely person and fantastic to work with. 10/10!

Shyness in the Shadows

Had another amazing shoot with Alan today and I couldn't be happier. We discussed various ideas while having a few nice cups of tea and talked about what we'd like from the shoot. We had a great laugh in the studio and he made me feel at ease all the time by advising me on what was best and relaxing me by quietly putting on the radio. Before leaving, he went through the shoot results with me before kindly driving me home. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and a true gentleman and a friend, with great photography experience. Highly recommend him! x

Shyness in the Shadows

Had a very fun Valentine's/couple's photo shoot (with David W.Llewellyn Photography) done by the absolutely amazing Alan Moss. While we did get carried away with time from having a lovely chat, as it's been a while since we've last seen each other, we've got some amazing images done and had so much fun doing it! We'd sent each other lots of ideas beforehand and had talked more about them in detail with a nice cup of tea before shooting. We tried one idea in particular that he'd done previously with another couple, and I must say it turned as well as we expected it would! Have plenty of ideas from today if Alan is happy to do another couple's shoot for us in the future, and we both can't thank him enough for his time and effort. Will be doing a solo shoot with him soon, so I'm looking forward to that too. He is so much fun to be around and I always feel welcome when I'm shooting with him. A great friend and a great photographer. Can't recommend him enough! x

Another shoot with Alan and what a blast!

He knew exactly what he wanted and explained it well so I could bring appropriate outfits and the studio was set up beautifully and ready to go when I arrived.

Time flies when you're having fun . . . so true when working with Alan. A 3 hour shoot still wasn't long enough for us and I can't wait to continue this theme in the New year.

It was a pleasure to work with Alan again at his studio. He has added some great new backdrops, props & tog toys since I last worked with him, and they really enhanced and added new dimensions to the shoot. He is very flexible and happy to try any ideas I throw at him, but will be honest about what does and doesn't work with regards to poses, making helpful suggestions to achieve what we wanted from the photos.

I had all the unedited photos to choose from the day after the shoot, and after I made my selections I had the edited ones back just one day after that! I love every one of them! They are exactly what I hoped for and more. I cannot recommend Springfield Photography highly enough! We are already planning our next shoot and I cannot wait, I know every photo will be amazing!

Made it to a landmark of TEN shoots with this amazing photographer. We have become very good friends over the past 2 years as well. Alan is easily the most polite, gentlemanly and patient photographer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This has definitely been our best shoot as we tried out loads of ideas that we have not shot before, and we were both really happy with the results so far - cannot wait to see the edited images as they have a lot of potential!

It was first modeling shoot yesterday with Springfield and I can honestly say I was comfortable and at ease. He made me feel welcome and chatted all the way through. I was relaxed within a minute I was having my photos done he explained what he wanted and I understand straight away. I'd be happy to do another shoot with him as soon as possible

Had another great shoot with Alan from Springfield Photography. He welcomed me with a cuppa and a good discussion about his *incredible* new camera! Shoots with Alan are always super creative, relaxed and fun too. We got through loads of ideas in Alan's home studio and tried out various lighting set-ups to get the desired look.

Alan nails the shot every time and we got some amazing photographs! He's already sent them to me on Dropbox to have a look at so I'll get round to that soon. As always, had a fab time, looking forward to our next shoot together! Thank you :) x

I have had my second shoot with Alan. If such a thing is possible I would say it was even more enjoyable than the first. Every time I shoot with Alan the time whizzes by and the images he captures are amazing. It is really hard to choose which of them to edit as they are all so good. We have already agreed to shoot again soon and I cant wait. All you models should get shooting with Alan, you wont regret it.

Alan is always a delight to work with, and one of the best things is that he is always up for a challenge and approaches it with great creativity and dedication. I came with a very specific idea for the sort of image I would like to shoot, thinking I might only get the basics of it, but Alan amazed me by assembling the perfect backdrop for it and working the lighting brilliantly to capture the atmosphere. In addition, he was (as ever) gentlemanly and considerate, gave me plenty of room and scope to prepare, and edited some photos for me to take as soon as the shoot was over (with more to follow). I felt completely satisfied after this shoot, and really hope to work with him again.

Had my 4th shoot with Alun today and as usual, he was welcoming, caring and an absolute pleasure to work with! He knows what looks good and doesn't and has no problem giving direction - he's honest and that's great. Great seeing his lovable cat Snoopy - I have greatly missed them both during my hiatus! Will definitely work with him for a 5th time and would highly recommend him! Actually, no. I don't. No one should work with him.. because I want him to myself, haha. Cannot wait to see the images! :)

My second shoot with Alan was great! As always he was lovely and came to collect me from the station, offered me tea and had a room to change in. He knew the shots that he wanted straight away and asked me if I needed anything specific for my portfolio that he would be happy to do. He works quickly and we managed to get some great shots!
