I just got back from my first shoot with Jon.

Jon was a lovely man, he looked after me and made me feel very at ease. He came to the location shoot early so we managed to start a little earlier which was great. He brought ideas that he would like to create and made sure i was good thought the shoot. Help me get into all sorts of positions and gave me a hand to make sure i didn't fall off the edge of a castle wall. haha.

He took me for a tea and yummy chocolate cake after the shoot which was much needed after all the jumping around and even paid for my parking ticket that i got because obviously cake was more important that getting back to my car ;) I'm sure it will be something we laugh about in the future.

He was such a brilliant and enthusiastic guy which always help when doing a dance shoot. I very much recommend him to anyone and am already excited to work with him again in the near future.

I had my first shoot with Jon today and I loved every second of it!

Pre comms were brilliant with him and he and his partner kindly spent a lot of time creating some truly stunning handmade headdresses and clothing for the day, what a talented couple!

Jon was such a warm and friendly gent, looked after myself and the Mua and really knew what he wanted to get from the day.

What a brilliant guy! I highly recommend him to anyone and really look forward to seeing the finished results and hopefully meet again one day soon!!!

I had a wonderful shoot with Jon today OH MY WORD. He was sooo lovely, friendly, generous in buying me a coffee and snacks and some creme eggs ! I was really spoilt right from the start. Jon had thought of a wonderful Pre-raphaelite and renaissance theme to begin with and went to the trouble of buying fake fruit to pose with and setting up a lovely table with fabrics ! I was SO in my element. This is exactly the type of theme I adore to work with, so we got off to a really wonderful start ! We did a few more sets that just kept wowing me. I really could go on on.... the flower crown... the beautiful romanesque statue..... all unique and handmade.... I was just in absolute awe. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jon for bringing and having these wonderful creations to use ! It was also so sweet that Jon had an idea of using poppies and doing some beautiful portraits with emotion to honour my Grandad (who is currently world’s oldest poppy seller at 102 and Auschwitz survivor)— so thoughtful ! I so wish more photographers were just like Jon, but maybe I wouldn’t appreciate it as much as I do! So incredibly humble, interesting to chat with, creative, innovative, passionate, enthusiastic and professional ! Ok, maybe I am going to give Jon an ego now ha ha, but it’s all true ! Seriously so happy with our session and any model would be lucky to shoot with him ! Thanks again, would absolutely love to work together again, any time :)

I would like to thank Jon very much for the insight, advice and tuition he gave me during my shoot with the lovely Ellie Goodwin at his studio. Jon is a great, experienced photographer, who is very easy to work with and receive tuition from. He is very generous with his time and I was excited to hear of his plans for his large, versatile studio.

I met Jon on the weekend as another photographer booked his gallery to shoot from and was having some 1-2-1.

Jon was so welcoming and I felt instantly relaxed. We had the opportunity shoot and we worked so well together!! He was a really great mentor for the other photographer, patient and encouraging.

I would absolutely love to work with Jon again.

Jon responded to a last minute casting call I posted and I'm so glad he did! We had a fantastic few hours shooting on some beautiful locations around brightlingsea, using my violin, steampunk attire and a ballgown. Jon is such an easy person to work with and is exceptionally efficient at setting up his shots - he made excellent use of the natural scenery with a great eye for composition. Always rewarding to work with someone with clear natural gifts :)

Jon was kind enough to send me some of the images and they are beautiful!! Thank you for a lovely few hours and would love to work together again!

I finally had the privilege to work with Jon during my studio Day at the Hangleton Studio and I really enjoyed it! Jon came on time, full of ideas and with loads of props: well prepared!

He knew what he wanted to achieve but was also very open to my ideas which made the shoot very productive.

Jon was super kind, laid back, with a very good eye for details!

Honestly, if you have the opportunity to work with this genuine and talented guy, then go for it!!

We had another session planned very soon and I am very looking forward to it!

Meeting Jon was an absolute delight; working with him was even better!

Jon booked on to mine and BOou's studio day in West Sussex, and travelled all the way from Essex to do so!

He was incredibly polite and respectful, as soon as he stepped through the door, but I also quickly discovered he has a wonderful sense of humour, so the ice very quickly broke between us.

Jon has a lot of different life experiences, and also has lots of very exciting plans ahead that he was more than eager to share with us - it was utterly inspiring!

Jon is a very talented photographer, he works efficiently and gives great direction. He has fantastic ideas and knows exactly how to portray them (even bringing along specific props he wanted to use!)

To conclude, Jon is a perfectionist of the best kind, and a truly awesome guy. I do hope I get the opportunity to work with Jon again in the future.

I had the incredible pleasure of welcoming Jon when I hosted a studio day with BOou and Rachyy at Hangleton Lane Studio on 9 February ... and what a day it was, made all the easier by the fact that everybody put a great deal of effort into making it a success long before the day itself, with great communications too.

Jon made the journey from Essex to take the first two hours after the mid-session break. Jon is most definitely a photographer I'd be delighted to see here again and again. Very respectful and knows exactly what he is trying to achieve. Most definitely recommended.

I’ve worked with Jon loads now and every time has always been such a pleasure.

He works fantastically in groups, is creative, warm, genuine and just an overall great guy to be around.

Today he attended a ‘erotic’ workshop I hosted at The Loft and he really brought his A game, suggesting some fantastic ideas and he brought along a gorgeous vintage camera which I posed with.

Highly recommended and I can’t wait to shoot with him again 😊
