I had the pleasure to work for the second time with Matthew during my days in Cork a couple of weeks ago. We spent 4 hours together at Platform 3 studio.

We worked using mainly natural lights and some studio light toward the end.

We created a variety of images, which I am very happy with. Working with Matthew is a very nice experience, the athmosphere is relaxed. He bring his ideas and he is open to model's ideas too, allowing you to express and collaborate together in order to get the images. Kind and lovely human being. Very respectful and warm. I would love to work with him again in the future and highly reccomended to other models and creatives!

After two years, I finally came back to Ireland for another modelling Tour. After lots of pre-communication, planning and discussing flight times and details we made a plan and I flew to Cork stopping off on the way to Wicklow/Dublin and I extended the tour by a day.

I was so excited to shoot again with Silverbeard!! The shoot day finally came and the lovely Matthew was so kind to me and picked me up from cork airport. He booked platform 3 for us and was super accommodating making sure that the heating was on and that I was warm enough.

We mainly took some natural light shots and did mostly implied & concealed nude. Matthew was really good at poses and had a huge variety of examples on his laptop he was really good at giving direction and there was the perfect balance between my posing and his direction.

Together we created such amazing artistic images with some unique poses and shapes that really stood out. Once again I was super impressed with the results!!

Matthew, is kind, professional, creative, respectful and easy to get on with and talk to. 110% recommended!!

Had a great shoot.with Matthew on Monday as part of my Ireland tour. When I arrived he was quick to show me around the studio, assist with my bags and get me settled into being in cork. Once we started shooting, Matthew made sure to know I felt comfortable with the poses and styles we were shooting in, and aswell as having a keen creative eye himself he welcomed my creative input too. Regularly showed me the back of the camera and gave fantastic words of encouragement throughout. Really enjoyed working with this sweet character, and would love to work with him again on my next visit- or in Scotland should he decide to visit! Very excited to see the results from the day, some great things captured

I had a first great shoot with Matthew last week at Platform3 studio during my Ireland tour.

Matthew arrived in time and ready to go. We had 4 hours together and I enjoyed them from start to end. He is a beautiful human being, sweet, gentle, calm and very thoughtful of model needs. He made me feel at ease straight away. We went through different ideas and set up using natural light and studio lights. He had lots of creative ideas and shooting with him felt like a beautiful collaboration. Happy with results :)

While working we also had the chance to have interesting conversation. I enjoyed lots working with him and can’t wait to do it again!

I was secretly over the moon when I got a message from Matthew about a half day booking on my Ireland tour, partially as it was a booking at Platform3 (my irish home) and partially as i saw Matthew hadnt worked with a "alternative" model before.. Yet I knew straight away our styles would work great together.

He was polite through pre communications and I had heard good things about him from the studio owner, so i was looking forward to getting to shoot with him. He arrived with a smile and a friendly energy, it was only minutes before we had the first chuckle and from there things only improved!

I had looked at his portfolio beforehand to get the feel of what type of art nudes he navigated towards, but he was very open to the model free posing and was also more than happy to direct me if he had a certain image in mind or to set the mood of the set we were going into next. He uses natural light and manages to still get a beautiful sculpting effect on the models body.. his style is perfectly matched with art nudes and portraits, in my opinion!

We kept up a really interesting conversation throughout shooting a good few sets, i felt relaxed in his prescence and he was nothing but respectful towards me. He offered me breaks randomly through the 4 hours and had even packed a spare bottle of water and gifted me some delicious chocolate nuts!

I enjoyed seeing our styles come together so well and im really chuffed with what we created together on our first shoot!

Matthew booked two 2 hours slots during my duo event with Minh-Ly in a castle here in Galway.

As always, pre-shoot comms were great and Matthew showed up on time, in a good mood and bearing chocolates for us :)

Matthew has always lots of ideas for shoots, brings props and is open to suggestions to bring his ideas to life.

He's fun, professional, has a great sense of humor and is a great conversationalist.

Had a really fantastic solo shoot with Silverbeard at me and Monika’s hired Apartment in Dublin during our Tour together.

Prior to shooting pre-communications were just spot on and everything was a breeze to organize. Matthew explained everything from levels to concepts and this really put me at ease as I knew exactly what to expect.

On the day of shooting Matthew was full of energy and ready to shoot although he’s traveled so far!!! I honestly felt so privileged that he’d travelled all the way from Cork to shoot me in Inchicore. Matthew also kindly brought some tea & snacks along as well as some beautiful scarves to pose with.

Matthew really takes the patience to set up for each shot and definitely focuses on quality stuff over quantity and perfectly fine tunes images as well. He puts in so much hard work and dedication towards his photography and I really admire that. A good amount of direction was given along with a safe space to share ideas too which I really appreciated!!!

Had my second shoot with Matthew a few weeks ago, and what a pleasure it was!!

This time Matthew booked me for a full day and drove all the way to Galway to come shoot with me in a fairy forest and in a castle.

Pre-shoot comms were great as usual, and Matthew is very professional and fun to work with. We had a lovely day and produced some really beautiful shots.

I am already looking forward to our next shoot!

Had a great shoot with Silverbeard on my trip to Cork. Communication prior to meeting was fantastic and I knew exactly what to expect from our shoot. We worked in Platform 3 Studio which is a lovely space with great light and Matthew was really professional and a pleasure to work with. He was my first shoot of my trip and was kind enough to collect me from the airport. We drove to the studio and had a great shoot, sharing ideas and Matthew even provided previous examples of his work and inspiring images. He was happy to make sure I was comfortable, being warm enough and breaks as needed (we had a yummy lunch).

Still very flexible, he got into several poses to demonstrate!

Matthew signed up to one of the Art Nude events I organize in a Castle in Galway with travelling models.

We were in contact for a while, but never managed to shoot until this time.

Matthew was an absolute pleasure to work with! He arrived on time, in a good mood, and shot me and Eva Lunia for two hours :)

I shot with Matthew yesterday at Platform 3 in Cork. Matthew came to the shoot with lots of enthusiasm and ideas which was great! We mostly shot nude with a few quirky touches. In fact we didn't have enough time to get through half of Matthews ideas!

He gives great direction and is very eloquent in his explanations. Uber polite, respectful and professional too. I fully expect to work with him in the future and look forward to seeing the results of our shoot.

Matthew was absolutely wonderful to work with ! In fact we shot twice, in studio and then on location at this BEAUTIFUL country mansion and gardens! Can’t wait to see all we produced together! Not only was he getting lovely images, he was a lovely person too! Such a kind soul who is incredibly sweet and right from the start tells you to do only what you feel is comfortable for you, not demanding/ pushy at all and so easy going, really makes my job easy when you work with someone as lovely as Matthew. I enjoyed my shoot with matthew recently at John Sextons studio! We shot mainly nudes and some portraits! Matthew was polite and respectful, remaining professional throughout the shoot. He had some unique ideas and yet respected my levels 100%. He kindly gave a lift back to the airport afterwards which was a big help! Reccomended.
