References for Dark Horse

I met Dark Horse a few days ago when Leah Meraki introduced me to him. The occasion was a M/F duo shoot at my studio.

We started off shooting a Marrakech sidewalk cafe, where our Arabian Prince enjoyed the exceptional charms of a local courtesan, a belly dancer and was given an an insight to the 'dance of the seven veils'. From there things progressed to the sharing of a Shish-a pipe and onward to the fireside cushions of a Bedouin tent.

Dark Horse is an apt summary of this exceptional model. He is dark, good looking and just a little mysterious. However, what stands out most about this man is that he can act ! Facial expressions to suit the setting and mood of a particular shot comes naturally to him. And they look totally authentic. Witness his eyes as he smokes that Shish-a pipe !

Most importantly, Dark Horse gives the shoot his very best - from arriving with suitcases of outfits and props to a considered shot by shot execution.

Dark Horse is the sort of male model I really like and appreciate - he treats his female counterpart with respect and does his very best to show her off in the best light.

Of course I will work with Dark Horse again. I unreservedly commend him both to fellow photographers as well as to female models who may be looking for a male counterpart for duo shooting.

It's always such a delight to work with Marcus, he puts his all into every shoot really getting into the character he needs to play and works well on his own as well as with other models. He's such an inspiration to watch as he becomes the character he needs to be, and can easily change between characters and personalities if required, and does so effortlessly!

Would always highly recommend working with Marcus and he's definitely my go to model if people ask me to work with a male model or need someone for a shoot I would always recommend him.

I arranged a shoot with two female models, however I wanted to add a bit of comedy with a male model who could act. It had to be the Wonderful Marcus. Marcus can become any character you need. He is a skilled actor, everyone loves him and he is 100% reliable.

Was so lovely to see Marcus again recently on a shoot with Gino, had a crazy pillow fight and various other sets as well and as always Marcus played his part perfectly and looked fab!! Such a great actor and model to work with, and I would highly recommend working with him if you haven't already!

I was so pleased to have the oppertunity to work with Marcus again. This time we both played roles in one of Gino Cinganelli's productions, based on 1920 Mafia and Gangs during prohibition. As always Marcus rose to the challenge of the character he was portraying, a dangerous ner-do-well. Marcus has great charachterisation skills and is a brilliant actor and such a great gent to be around. I would highly recommend working with Marcus.

I have worked with Marcus several times now and he is a very talented actor and model. This was a large group shoot based on a Western film. Marcus looked and acted the part throughout as well as being a great team member. I would recommend Marcus 100% and hope to work with him again soon.

Once again Marcus excelled himself playing Dracula in a recent shoot organised by Gino, he had to have various different masks on as well as fake nails and even change his contact lenses with fake nails on which I know in itself is extremely hard to do! It's always so inspiring watching Marcus really get into the part he's playing and really become his character and to work alongside him is always such a wonderful experience as he has now become one of my best friends and to have seen him grow as not only a model but also an actor over the past few years of knowing him has been a pleasure in itself!

He's a true gentleman and a pleasure to be around and work alongside and I would always highly recommend him to work with!!

When I set out to create scenes based on the novel and film Dracula I could not have had anyone else play The lead role.

Marcus as always fell straight into character and did an amazing job.

The shoot was a success and I only posted 1 image on PP from the shoot and yesterday it got us a FPI so well done to everyone involved and Marcus’s amazing performance as Count Dracula

What a great character Marcus is, he is a great model and a fantastic actor. Today we were on a Dracula shoot at Rochester Studios organised by Gino Cinganelli and Marcus was unbelievable as Dracula, his attention to detail is amazing. I've worked with Marcus on a good number of occasions and he's an amazingly accomplished character actor. In previous work with him he's been a cowboy, a vampire, a film Star and several other roles too. In this shoot he played a Pimp (which of course he denied furiously to the judge) whilst simultaneously waving bankotes at a young lady who was a co accused! His performance was spot on and hilarious.

Marcus always puts his all into a part and is great fun to work with. Highly recommended!
