Alan is a super lovely photographer who I absolutely love working with - so naturally jumped at the chance to work with this epic individual again!

He travelled over to Holland to work with me, an honour and a bloody fun shoot indeed :)

He is such a personable human, full of respect and a wonderful sense of humour that always has me giggling - the way he uses his camera is wow, the ideas that so effortlessly comes out of that awesome head of his are so fun to put into practice - this dashing dude is one of my faves to work with, he is officially EPIC!

I cannot recommend this fabulous photographer enough, I'm looking forward to the next shooty shenanigans - all models should work with the amazing Alan :)

I've totally lost count of the number of times Alan and I have worked together now, but it must be something like 6 or 7 shoots.. every one I have enjoyed so much!

Alan has always got a smile on his face.. nothing is too much trouble, he is super laid back, respectful and has a super sense of humour. I absolutely love working and chatting with him in equal measures!

It is obvious how much passion he has for photography and how much he strives to get better and better shots all the time.

As always, my highest recommendation!

EPICTASTIC, STUPENDTACULAR, FABULIANT, AWESOMFUL, BRILLIANDOUS!

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES

I really love working Alan... we come up with all these amazing ideas: some of which we follow up and shoot, other times we just go off on tangents and do what inspired us... there is literally no end of wonderful results working with this gent. And for a nutter like me, I am perfectly at home sharing crazy inspiration with him! :D Alan has just got to the stage where he's just like "sure we'll make that work" because I could literally suggest the craziest concept to him and between us: we would make it work!

As always: perfect communications, he is just the BEST person to arrange things with because it's sorted in a matter of a few emails and then you can spend the rest of the time nattering about creative gobbledegook to get the flow going ready for the day.

Always GALLONS of fun on the day: I cannot stress how much we have a blast as we shoot, the time always goes so fast and Alan sees the bright side to everything - we even ending laughing as we were sat debating for a minute weather or not the sun would set accordingly! We just have a blast and make beautiful pictures, that's what it's all about. :)

The first time we shot together at Joel Hicks Photographic we got blessed with glorious sunshine - this time around it was slightly more fresh but Alan looked out for me so much. Even though he doesn't tend to do a lot of work in studios, he marched me back indoors to get warm and we mad some magic happen in the studio backdrops settings.

This was just a YES shoot. Enough said! :D

I ALWAYS look forward to working with Aland again and each time we do, we rock it better and better!

I have had the pleasure of working with Alan earlier in the year on a location shoot so when myself and chris conway decided to host a group shoot in Kent i was delighted to have Alan on board. Alan is a super genuine guy who is very respectful of the model, clearly has a passion for photography and has now shown he is great working alongside others too. A good all rounder in my eyes and such a lovely guy to be around. 100% recommended to everyone by me and i hope he got all he wanted from the shoot and hopefully i will have a third chance to work with him :-)

This is now my second shoot with the awesome Alan... after our first meeting and the way he handled a naturally lit cottage location so tactfully I was so happy when we arranged our second shoot at Joel Hicks Photographic because the array of opportunities just left us like a couple of kids in a sweet shop! We were blessed with every possible creative sunshine opportunity that day (thank you mother nature!) We had bright sun/dappled sun, soft light, pretty skies... I really do think that someone was up there answering our weather requests because we just needed to say "come on sun/bit more cloud please" and we got it! :D Definitely the Alan-Keira magic touch! Okay so the weather was rather nice, but the highlight of the day way quite literally the images and the laughs, let's face it! I was couldn't stay composed when Alana was showing me the images on the back of the camera, I just had to throw myself into a pose and he would lean, squat, shuffle of the floor... just do what he did to nail some amazing work. I really love working with Alan because I just feel like we make a smashing creative team... He just lets me run riot with all manner of creative ideas and is never far behind with his camera! :P

Some of the images we did were arty, some of the images we did had a real high-end feel to them, some of the images we did were on the suggestive side, some of the images we did told a story and some were just generally pretty! We covered every avenue that morning not leaving any opportunity sneak away and I just knew that we would get some amazing work. Alan brings out the creative best in me because he looks for an emotive and story-portraying element in the image hence putting immense amounts of effort and passion into getting the angles and composition bang on. He's a fab photographer and I've genuinely found that our styles just click like matching jigsaw pieces. It can be the craziest idea ever but between us we make it work! :P

Of course it is standard practice for us to have a whole load of fun while we shoot and nothing was any different this time around! In fact we spent most of the shoot duration laughing about something, gossiping or bouncing off each other; Alan is such and easy-to-get-on-with gentleman which makes working with him even more of a blast. I have nothing but high regards for Alan and recommend him so highly to other models... No matter where you shoot you will get amazing results but I can particularly vouch for Alan making absolute magic out on location!

Alan's communications are always fantastic, he's organised, professional in his approach and bestows outmost respect for the models he books. He is certainly a chap who fully appreciates the work models do and treats the whole creative process with uber inspired and creative courtesy. I have no doubt that we will be working together again before long having an equally awesome shoot experience and creating further wonderful images. I cannot stress just how high I recommend him.

Such an awesome guy - everything was flaming brilliant! The edits are clarifying that too! :D

I have worked with seetheyes countless times now and it is always such a pleasure. Seetheyes isn't just a photographer, but also a friend of mine and I have watched his photography flourish over time. He is super open to suggestions and dedicated to learning the photography process to constantly better his work - this is so refreshing, inspiring and delightful to witness! He has a real passion for what he does, and is such a gentleman. I could not recommend him higher.. absolutely love working with him, and can't wait to do so again :)

I had the pleasure of meeting Alan yesterday for shoot No 2 :)

Before meeting with Alan I knew in my mind already that the shoot/day would be brilliant and it was!!

We managed to get 3-4 sets done and we both felt so pleased with what we came up with! I love working with Alan as he is laid back and relaxed - which of course is fantastic for any model and also get fab results this way :)

We managed to chat, giggle and get awesome shots in just a few hours! We did great!

I highly recommend Alan, such a gentleman and would love to make a shoot no3 :)

Shooting with Alan was a very fun and chatty affair indeed.....he is a lovely individual who has a knack making one instantly at ease, with his super friendly & charming personality/sense of humour and those choc shortbread that I couldn't stop eating!

He's got a fabulous way with the camera, constantly moving and capturing different & flattering angles, as well as using the available light in the most beautiful way, directing wonderfully and keeping me chuckling throughout the shoot....

I wholeheartedly recommend this charismatic photographer to all models, Alan is super respectful and such a pleasure to work with - What a dude :)

So happy to have finally managed to shoot with Alan! :) We sadly missed out on my first visit to Kent this year but the second time I pottered down we managed to bag ourselves a nice half day at Tim's cottage in Maidstone. Alan's style of model photography made me get straight into an enthused flow: he really knows how to capture a beautifully emotive shot and bring out the best in his subjects; we worked around the light in the cottage which is always a bit of a challenge give how quickly it can change (plus finding places to strategically place reflectors!) but nonetheless... Alan captured some really lovely images which I got very hyper over as he was showing me the back of the camera. But we're already booked in with our next shoot together in a couple of months so I must have only came across borderline-bonkers! He's such a lovely gent and I certainly give him 11 out of 10 for putting up with me that time. In all honesty, the time flew by and I felt so comfortable with the awesome rapport that formed from the word go. :)

Alan is so easy going and relaxed when shooting: he gives the model's freedom to be as creative as they like but also gives interesting storyboards to work from so the combination of the two really does get the results. We chattered, laughed, bounced off one another and generally got on like a house on fire - he is so great at delivering positive feedback as well. I have no quorums that every other model he will shoot in the coming months and beyond will have an equally lovely shoot as I did. Alan works hard to capture each set in the best light possible; his technical and creative combined skill is awesome and I have full admiration for any photographer that can persevere in an environment with tricky light and angle challenges everywhere you look.

Everything about this booking was fantabulous! The pre-shoot communications, Alan's professionalism, the ideas he brought to the shoot and the shoot as a whole. I could go on but I just want to say that I really do recommend him so highly and cannot wait to hook up again in August when we meet again for our second shoot. :) Here's so to much more productivity! Thanks again Alan, you were a real star!

I had my first shoot with seetheyes (Alan) about a week ago, what a character, I think it has to be one of my best shoots to date!

Such a kind human, we shared a passion for the industry, and I thoroughly enjoyed his company throughout the shoot,

We had great communication on the day, he was up for ideas, we did lots in the glorious sunshine that we were lucky enough to get!

We giggled lots, smiled and just had a wonderful day!

I certainly wouldn't hesitate to work with him again, and hopefully we are setting up another shoot ASAP! 😊

Yayyyyy, second shoot with the lovely Al!!!! :)

It was brilliant to work again with this wonderful photographer. I need to start with the fact that Al is really organised, because he really impressed me that he came a few days in advance to scout for places to shoot in the area where we met today. We already knew where abouts to go and which places to visit and shoot from. Brilliant and thank you for that! :)

Al is a really friendly person and such a good laugh all throughout the shoot.We had a wonderful time working together again. He is always very respectful and so considerate towards his models. He also bought me a coffee, very generous!

I have the highest recommendation for him, thank you again for a brilliant day and also for being part of my project. Will surely see you again! :) Mona x

Had a shoot today with the lovely Alan and WOW what a thoroughly enjoyable relaxed shoot it was!! Although a little chilly and Alan had to persevere with my blue skin at times lol, everything went smoothly and time flew. Alan is probably on of the the most organised photographers i have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he travel a long journey to work with me but he had already sussed the area and jotted down all areas and locations he was interested in. His pre comms were amazing and made life so easy for me because he told me ideas of styles he had in mind to shoot so packing was easy!!!

The shoot itself was fantastic, its clear that Alan has a real passion for photography and it shows when he is shooting. He is also hugely considerate towards the model, Although i was happy to wear vest tops and shorts he didnt want me to get cold and kept stopping during the shoot and even bought me coffee to warm me up :-) Alan is not only professional and fun to work with, he also has a great sense of humor and so very easy to get on with. The whole shoot was an absolute pleasure an i hope to work with Alan again in the future.

What a lovely shoot :)

Met with Alan at the studio with a lovely warm welcome :) I knew straight away that it was going to be a wonderful shoot and it really was!!

Alan is a gentlemen, I felt so relaxed and enjoyed every part of the shoot, we shared some of our ideas and they worked brilliantly. We managed to get 3-4 sets done in 3hrs - Alan was super organised and very professional to work with. I hope that I have another opportunity to work him again - a real gent :)
