Blimey, sometimes references are hard because you just don't know where to start. Roswell and I chatted about the possibility of working together a couple of months ago. By coincidence, I had a project that I thought Ros would be perfect for. Boy! was I right!

This woman is simply a marvel. Her modeling is fantastic, she is full of ideas and burns with passion for her work. Ros knows how to work light, she knows her body and how to pose to make the most delightful shapes. Her makeup and hair skills are impeccable, she has an amazing wardrobe for all the styles that she specialises in and many other styles too.

Ros's portfolio speaks for itself, it shouts quality, and her attention to detail means that she really can help you to get the best shots possible.

Roswell's skill as a model is just part of the story, she is also one of the most remarkably adventurous, creative and passionate people it has ever been my pleasure to meet. A true creative soul, to the very core of her being. Ros is an all-around beautiful woman in every sense of that word. She is a fabulously interesting person, has a great sense of humour (I kid you not she told more dad jokes than me!) and is a total pleasure to be around.

I was lucky enough to have a second day shooting Roswell on Sunday and the day was a perfect example of Ros's versatility because the themes were totally different.

This woman is a living legend.

I truly hope to get the chance to work with Roswell again very soon. There is no doubt that Ros is on my pretty short list of "models I will never tire off shooting.

Wavepower

This was my first shoot with the delightful Roswell Ivory. She was one of three models arranged for a Pre-Raphelite shared shoot organised by and with Alan Ewart. I also had the pleasure of meeting her the evening before at a little pre-social Alan had arranged.

I was very happy when Alan mentioned Roswell was one if the models planned for the shoot as I had hoped to be able to work with her for some time.

It was a delight to work with such an experienced model, experience that shone through nearly every image taken, producing, seemingly effortlessly, carefully considered poses and expressions totally in keeping with the theme. With 3 models working together, it was important that those aspects flowed naturally so I had time to look at details from the observer's perspective.

Her striking looks, curvaceous figure and flowing long red hair are ideal for the Pre-raphellite style too, amongst many others I imagine. She is also well focussed on 'getting the image', which included in this case readily immersing herself in a local river.

When not actually shooting I found Roswell to be a really engaging person to be with. She is very easy to get on with which makes the working relationship relaxed; collaboration is easy and productive. She has admirable ideals, a fun approach to life and a clear respect and love of the natural world.

Recommended? Absolutely, I have no hesitation joining the 379 good references that are before me here.

Thank you Roswell for your contribution to a much enjoyed shoot, taking me to a different genre in my photography. I would love it if we were able to work together again sometime.

Just back from an amazing shoot today with Jezebelle and RoswellIvory!

What lovely people! I instantly felt comfortable and at ease working with both of these very talented and can I say stunning models! I am really grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them both, and although I felt very nervous at first we all got on really well and I think the images look gorgeous. RoswellIvory is fantastic to work with, she has so much energy and enthusiasm for what she does and I felt like I learnt a lot from her and Jezebelle today. She was very helpful with any questions that I had and gave me a lot of useful hints and tips. I love her voice, she is so much fun to be around, her love of animals and reptiles made me like her even more. I would definitely recommend RoswellIvory, she is gorgeous, so kind and caring and I would love to work with her again, thanks again! X

I finally got to meet and shoot with this wonderous creature over the weekend - and what an amazing model Roswell truly is!

Apart from being one of the most interesting and epic people I have ever met, she poses beautifully, using the scenes entirely and gracefully, she has the most expressive face and movement - I was honoured to have been able to work with such a strong and talented woman ♥

I am hoping to shoot with her again very soon, she is the ultimate professional and I cannot recommend Roswell enough to all photographers, creatives and models :) x

This was the second shoot with Roswell after catching her on tour again this year. Such a wonderful model to work with and once more got some wonderful and quirky shots. Had a fantastic shoot with Roswell after a gap of a few years since that last. Forgot how good she is actually!! It had to be a relatively short shoot but we packed a lot in and achieved some amazing results. We did the main woodland goddess theme followed by art nude and latex beach ideas. Roswell is so easy to get on with, strives for the best possible results and adds creativity to any shoot. She looks amazing and brings great personality and professionalism to any shoot whilst maintaining friendly chat making it is relaxed and fun. We had a lot in common so it made the shoot flash by! Sad that she may be finishing soon but look forward to another shoot in 2019. Thank you for such a great morning!

Female Art Nudes

Roswell is a delight to work with. We agreed a shoot in Edinburgh with a 4am start, so we could attempt some art nude on location in the city. This obviously necessitated much care and attention, together with a need to work very quickly, even at that time of the morning! Well, Roswell was certainly up for the challenge :-)

All the above had been agreed in pre-shoot communication and Roswell was ready on time and raring to go. She has so much experience that once we were at a location, she was able to reel off pose after pose in the blink of an eye. After sharing BOC images, she would immediately say if she wasn't happy with something and then want to go back and do it again, to ensure she helped me get the best possible images.

We went to a variety of locations and, with Roswell's help, we were insanely productive in a very short space of time. She was happy to try all of the locations I had scouted in advance and was even prepared to climb a not-insignificant hill to get some shots!

Apart from her ability as a model, she is also a lovely person to spend time with. Friendly, relaxed, outgoing and chatty. Couldn't ask for more. A delight to work with. Book her if you get the chance! Thanks, Roswell :-)

Roswell did a fantastic job again on my Shooting Shapes Workshop. The workshop is studio-based, concentrating on low-key figure studies and Roswell's experience, attitude and physical flexibility made it a very productive and enjoyable shoot for everyone. This is the second time Roswell has modelled for this workshop and there was a reason we asked her back. Thanks again for a great job.

What can I say about Roswell that's not been said before? This was my fifth shoot with Roswell and was as much fun, and as productive, as the four that preceded it.

Roswell's communications, pre-, during-, and post-shoot, are exemplary. She's clear, concise and accurate.

Roswell arrived at the RV on time and was, once we arrived at the studio (which was a few minutes from the station where I'd picked her up), very quickly ready to shoot. We worked out way through several sets and changes of costume. She's very talented, capable, and friendly. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend her.

I have no excuse for waiting so long to experience the satisfaction of working with such a talented and capable model again :) We did mainly a fashion shoot and included a little art Nude - it is safe to say that Roswell excels in whatever genre she works ! Ghost Light Photography

It has been far too long since my first shoot with this exceptional lady. On discovering that Roswell was going to be in my area, we quickly agreed a shoot at one of my favourite locations and kept our eye on the forecast that it would stay dry.

We met in Bristol before a short(ish) drive to the site. Having shot there several times, I always find the reaction of people to the site very interesting. On introducing Roswell to the location, it was clear that she would relish the opportunity to explore and find her own way of modelling amongst the structures. Shooting a mix of clothed and nude work, Roswell was careful to avoid any risk of upsetting the local dog walkers. Any who may have seen us were soon disarmed with a quick smile and cheerful greeting. However, these interruptions meant we had to take our time and with a huge wealth of stories, Roswell is an ideal companion for a relaxed shoot.

If you haven’t worked with Roswell before you should really rectify that as soon as possible. This awesome model has the highest recommendation from me.

Another great shoot with the amazing Roswell. This woman is so imaginative! Given the barest of outlines she conjured up some wonderful characters to populate the creepy fairgound in the video scene I was shooting. A superb improvisor and actress as well as a gorgeous model. It is always fun spending time with Roswell and hearing about all her adventures. Highly recommended to other photographers and film-makers. I look forward to our next shoot.

Had another shoot with Roswell at The Little Chelsea Gallery in Eastbourne and as always it was great fun. She came with a nice variety of outfits and has her own unique style to bring to the images. This was the first time I had shot with Roswell Ivory and this time it was as a duo with Sinopa Rin. Having worked together before meant the shoot went smoothly with both posing very easily but were happy to take direction and interested in what was being taken. Three changes of clothes and sets made a successful afternoon. A genuine pleasure to work with I look forward to working with her again sometime soon.
