References for Pete's Place Studio Carlisle

Pete"s Place is a great little studio with all the facilities and equipment that you would get in a larger studio. I had a great photo shoot there yesterday with Madame Bink. The space allows for full-length shots and imaginative lighting set-ups and I felt no constraints at all. Peter himself is a great host, sociable and friendly while keeping discretely out of the way for you to organise all the details of the actual shoot itself. This is a great place to shoot and at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Pete's place is a proper gem of a secret! Why aren't we all here more often? Yes it's a converted bedroom, no it's not absolutely massive, but it's 100% perfect for shooting standing full length fashion/lingerie/ nude work. There's a separate changing area also freeing up more space for shooting... We all know how models bags tend to explode.

The man himself is the ideal host. I wouldn't accept a booking from just anyone on my birthday now would I?! Accomedating and considering, kind and chatty. Shooting with this fella is easy. Shots on the back of the camera and what I've seen so far have been great. I think we shot 7/8 sets in 2 hours! Great to keep things varied.

100% recommend this lovely chap and his lovely home studio set up :)

I have just returned home from a fabulous shoot at Pete's Place. This studio is a little gem. It has great quality backdrops and lights.

We have created some great images here and although the studio isn't the largest, it definitely is the warmest. We actually shoot some amazing images today that I am certainly very proud of and I am sure Peter the owner is too. We used props (and this studio definitely has some quirky items) and really had lots of fun on our productive day.

The height of the backdrops are great, definitely allowing us to shoot full length from any angle too. In fact there is nothing you cannot do and produce in this studio. Which we have definitely proved today.

Peter is also hiring this studio out and I certainly hope that I can secure some more bookings in the area just to return here.

KarenR was shooting up at Pete's Place today and i was given the chance to attend too... Needless to say i was very happy to oblige.

The Studio is really warm and inviting, we challenged Pete with some ideas and he shot them beautifully and i think his and Karens images will speak volumes.

Pete is a true English Gentleman, kind hospitable and very welcoming. I am already looking forward to visiting again.

I would very happily recommend Peter to any model and his studio is great.

Petes place is a good little set up,

enough room to shoot full length fashion poses, good lighting and backdrops to use. Pete himself is lovely and hospitable and always willing to lend a hand. Will definitely use again and recommended to others as a good value studio in the area.
