Although I know Phil and met him a few times through working at Zavod - last week was our first time working together where I was modeling :)

Phil is very organised, he outlined the plan for the shoot, including the timings and location, and he was also very kind to offer me a lift to the studio - everything was going smoothly even before the shoot began.

During the shoot, Phil was friendly and attentive. I was also very happy with what I saw on the back of his camera. :)

Was my first time shooting with Phil along side an Mua at the Muas home studio and I have to say we got some bloody good shots! Phil was an absolute dream to work with and we managed to get a few different looks out of the shoot with a mixture of behind the scenes videos for the mua and images for all.

Phil constantly asked for our input in the shoot and was more than happy for us to have input on edits too which is lovely! Never met a more lovely and down to earth photographer or even Mua.

Was a pleasure to work with both and highly recommend working with Phil to anyone! Thank you for a great shoot and I cant wait to see more edits and hopefully shoot again soon!

Phil is an exceptional landscape photographer so when he enquired about my 1 to 1 lighting workshop, I knew I would be able to jump in at a high level and that the workshop would be an interesting one. Phil, after my recommendation came to Fareham to attend a lighting workshop with Shaun Solent, where I was the model.

Phil, honestly is rapidly becoming one of my favourite people to spend a working day with, and even the 4 hour journey back to Sheffield after almost a week of shooting for me, also flew by in his company, this wonderful soul is incredibly inspiring, kind hearted and infectiously talented! Phil's passion for bettering his skills is something that I find really captivating, refreshing and again, inspiring. There aren't enough words for me to tell you how wonderful he really is, so I highly recommend you to find out for yourself by working with him, you will never be disappointed, by his professionalism, friendly, warm nature, and his ability to collaborate on ideas.

Phil was absolutely awesome to be photographed by. He has a particular style and way of shooting that tries to capture one pose through many different aspects, angles and lighting. He was wonderful to work with because he is absolutely focused in what he wants to capture, and as results have revealed - the images were absolutely immaculate and to perfection!! I have used now his images for all 4 of my profile pictures because they were outstanding 👏 Honestly, thank you Phil! I couldn't have been happier, they turned out like something more than I had hoped it to be. I really 100% recommend him if you want a really nice profile, and other experimental images you'd like to capture. He was also great to have a chat with and made me feel very comfortable.

Second shoot with Phil at Antwerp Mansion went incredibly well! Antwerp is one of my favourite places to shoot and Phil wanted to further skills with fashion, portrait and art nude photography.

We executed many looks in our four hours together and worked with each other to better our results, something I really enjoy about working with Phil, is that he wants to get images that we're both proud of, he takes on constructive criticism and actually asks for it too - something thats rare in a lot of people. With Phil's passion and incredible personable nature, I really believe he will go far in this field, I absolutely adore Phil as both a persona and photographer, and always look forward to seeing his imagery, and follow his journey with photography, and also spending time with such a wonderful person.

When Phil has suggested a possible shoot as usual, I wanted to get familiar with his work. From his message I knew, that he usually shoots landscapes and he would like to do something different. I have checked his Instagram and I have noticed, that he has a good eye for beautiful views and he definitely knows how to edit. I was pretty sure at this point, that he has a great potential. Pre Comms were excellent and it was obvious that Phil is very enthusiastic about photography. He also told me, that he likes my work and he is open to ideas.

Phil has arrived on time, well prepared with a big smile on his face. Friendly, charming and polite with a lot of energy. I have suggested a few different outfits and ideas and we have spent nearly next five hours shooting. One of the sets has involved a lot of movements from my side, what could be a bit challenging. Phil immediately has clicked and started to follow me with the camera. He has used a two different lenses and I can tell for sure, that the effect is very impressive.

Phil is open to suggestions, he is passionate and simply he is a lovely guy to be around. He does his best to make the model happy. I wish him all the best on his photographic journey and I am going to watch his work with the greatest interest.

Unseelie Hysteria

Working with Philip was an fun adventure on Redmire Moors. He gave me a selection of unique locations to shoot which was very different to my normal shoots. We decided on the Haunted House at Redmire and I'm so pleased with the outcome of the shoot! Philip is a kind and talented photographer. Who brought props & excellent ideas to his work. What a day! What a wonderful photographer! When Phil messaged me to shoot with me at my home, he told me he’d never shot Art Nude before and I was more than happy to help him with this, little did I know he was an absolute NATURAL! His first Art Nude images are amazing!! I’m so glad we got such incredible results, we looked at them on the laptop as we were shooting away and I was so shocked that they’re unprocessed because they look so good!

Phil was incredibly respectful, warm and a real joy to spend half a day with, it flew by in no time and we managed to get incredible images from each set that we did - which was a lot! He brought plenty of equipment with him including a pop up studio which worked a treat!

I’m honestly blown away by his talent and determination to master his craft and execute wonderful imagery. I can’t recommend him enough and I’m really looking forward to us working together in the future!

Phil came to shoot at Zavod yesterday and we have previously briefly met him as he came in for a viewing.

Was delighted that Phil has made a booking so shortly after the viewing and brought his creativity to our place. On the shoot he was organised, arrived on time and definitely made the most out of the facilities we have here.

What can I say about Phil? He is one of the most open-minded, kind-hearted, and creatively-spirited photographers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Over the last year or so we’ve shot together numerous times and built up a fruitful artistic friendship. He’s pushed me to develop as a model and I don’t think it’s arrogant to say I’ve helped him develop as a portrait photographer too.

Phil is dedicated to collaborative working – all our ideas have been developed together from soup to nuts, and he has involved me with aspects of the pre- and post-production that models don’t usually get to be a part of. He is also on the same page as me in insisting that each time we work together we try something different, so that we continue to learn and grow. He is technically skilled, conscientious about detail, and has a brilliant instinct for colour and composition.
