Had my first shoot with Martin yesterday and I cannot wait for the next one! I had been eyeing his portfolio for months now as his work is immaculate, as you will find out during a shoot, he is nothing short of a perfectionist.

Martin is a diligent worker, very organized and creative and full of ideas and exciting costumes. 6 hours flew by, as he also is very interesting and full of anecdotes fun. Couldn't recommend enough.

3rd time working with Martin now and I absolutely have a blast each time! Martin is a brilliant person to talk to and each picture he gets of me is better than the last! He maintains social distancing at all times and is very respectful of privacy too. I think we could chat for England, especially with how many sweet treats he brings too :)

I would happily recommend him to anybody and look forward to the next time we work together :)

I've been lucky enough to model for Martin a few time now, and every time I absolutely love the images and shoot experience! Its a joy to walk in and be reminded of Martin's energy, focus and of course, have the opportunity to dive in to Martin's extensive collection of dresses and accessories! The only photographer to give me a run for my money on that front! The time whizzed by and the whole shoot was so enjoyable. Epic images and edits as always! If you get the chance to work with Martin, do it!

For the past couple of years, I've seen a lot of photos by Orson Carter on model's portfolios - I've always loved his work and his photography style. I have wanted to shoot with him ever since but had no idea where he was or how to contact him. Then I got Purpleport! I was so excited to find him on here and finally be able to arrange a photoshoot.

The shoot was arranged easily and everything was discussed in advance. We both brought a selection of interesting clothing to shoot. Everything was very well prepared.

As soon as I arrived, I could tell that Martin was a lovely person and it was going to be a fun shoot. He was very accommodating and the studio space is brilliant. Everything flowed easily and we got through a lot of different looks throughout the shoot. Martin was full of lots of posing ideas and gave direction well. It was a very good atmosphere and I genuinely had a lot of fun.

It was an absolutely amazing shoot and I love the photos! I hope to do another shoot in the future

Shot with Martin for the 3rd time on Friday and as per usual we had a lovely lovely time. He wanted to get some shots using floaty fabrics and dynamic movement and came fully prepared with a variety of beautiful skirts and dresses and lots of posing suggestions and inspiration. Tea was drunk, chats were had and awesome photos were taken - 100% recommended as always.

I have been following and admiring Martin's work for quite a while now and wasn't sure if I'd ever get the chance to work with him because of the distance. Imagine my delight and surprise when I found a message from him asking if I was free to shoot as he was in the area? :) we shot mostly art nude and some long flowy dresses on the east coast and it all went very well. Martin is very laid back, had a fantastic eye for what makes a good image and know exactly what he wants from a shoot. Really hope I can work with him again! Highly recommended

The magic happened again! 😇

Had another shoot with the legend Martin and it was wonderful.

As always Martin is very organised on planning the shoots. And this time we did an outdoor shoot which the place was chosen by Martin and as expected it was very beautiful.

Love the place and all the dresses that Martin provided for me to wear.

Pre-comes before the shoot were brilliant and very detailed from Martin.

During the shoot we are very comfortable and his personality makes my work way to easy. ( thank you Martin )

I literally cannot have enough of working with this amazing person and photographer.

Words are not enough to prescribe how amazing is to work with Martin.

Very highly recommended.

I was absolutely delighted to be asked to shoot with Orson Carter again. He very much started off my career here on Purpleport and having shot with him many times before I knew I was in for a treat!

I was so impressed by how considerate he was towards meeting the Covid-19 shooting regs. I felt very at ease by his pre-shoot comms and also how he conducted himself during the shoot - taking every care and attention to keep social distanced etc.

The shoot itself was a total winner! We covered a range of style as always from art nude to fashion and lingerie. The lighting he set up was varied and in some sets very dramatic which I loved!

His portfolio and other references speak for themselves so I will only be repeating others when I say that it is a real pleasure to shoot with Orson and his work is stunning. I love his dedication and enthusiasm for what he does, his attention to detail, his styling tips and his terrible jokes which are guaranteed to keep you entertained!

So it's a "very highly recommended for me" and luckily for me we are already planning another shoot! :)

FINALLY!!! Martin first got in touch with me when I was a purple port baby nearly 2 years ago (right at the start of my modelling journey) and we have only now got around to fixing a date that didn't fall through and shooting!!

It was arranged a bit last minute but it worked out perfectly and I was super excited for our shoot! We got on like a house on fire (as I predicted we would) and shot from fashion nude to art nude, also with a different lighting setup that Martin wanted to try. I was supplied with lots of snacks, music and tea making me a very happy bunny :)

Time went by far too quickly but the imagery we shot is absolutely fantastic!

Would I recommend?

Of course!!! Very much looking forward to shooting again when I'm back from my travels! :)

I had a very productive shoot with Martin working at a sensible pace through a range of themes. We had a good idea of the particular style we were looking to do but Martins relaxed approach ensured we were able to expand and experiment with other ideas. His meticulous planning and provision of some beautiful clothes and accessories really assists the smooth running of the shoot. The raw images looked really promising. I am still relatively new to modelling so I appreciated the care taken to ensure my comfort in a practical and professional sense throughout. I look forward to working together again soon.
