A day isn't enough - it goes by far too quick!

If you get the opportunity take advantage of one of Leigh's workshop days - highly professional model (Roxy M in this instance), a studio that can be adapted a million and one different ways, food and drink throughout the day and Leigh's knowledge, experience and eye for detail on tap. Not only that Leigh adapted the day to my desires having checked beforehand what I wanted to achieve and used lighting set ups that I could repeat myself at home (well, at least attempt to reproduce).

Leigh offers advice, explaining the reasons behind it, throughout the day. He will highlight where things are good and where they could possibly be improved - hand on if necessary to prove his point. Everything is done sensitively, the aim being to give the customer (me) an enjoyable time, a selection of really good photographs and a sense of achievement at the end of the day. Leigh's love of photography and desire to aid others to enjoy theirs shines through.

My first shoot with Leigh and Zena today 😄

Pre comms were quick and super professional especially the shoot plan which was clear about where I needed to go and what I needed to bring.

Leigh and Zena are the loveliest people, I felt so comfortable throughout the shoot and it was so nice seeing the images come up on the screen as we went along too. Leigh and Zena are so careful to get the lighting perfect, they really know their stuff! Leigh was great at getting the posing perfect too, and I feel like I learnt a lot from the day as well as having a great time 😄 The photos are absolutely amazing and I can't wait to see the rest!

Wow!

It had been several years since I had the pleasure of working with Leigh and Zena, and it really was wonderful to shoot with them again. The new studio they have built at their incredibly beautiful new location in Wales is simply jaw dropping. There can't be another studio in the UK with a better view, better set-ups, or more flexible use of space. It is a privilege to be able to work in such an incredible place.

Leigh is an exceptionally talented photographer and runs fantastic lighting workshops. He and Zena are able to accommodate models in their beautiful and quirky holiday cottages. It may be a distance to travel to shoot - but believe me, the moment you arrive you'll be so happy to have made the journey. Models will soon be queueing to shoot at this awe inspiring place, with this wonderful team. I, for one, can't wait to return :)

I had my first shoot with Leigh and his wife Zena yesterday for the first time and I am really impressed with this!

They both are so lovely and welcoming people, and it was just a joy to work around them. I was feeling myself very comfortable and relaxed during all our shoot.

Leigh and Zena are both very experienced professionals with many creative ideas and they know exactly how to capture the images to perfection.

Their newly build studio looks stunning and it has many different lighting, backgrounds and props, and also a huge window with a natural light. And the images we made there are just immaculate!

I really hope to work with Leigh and Zena once again! Such a great experience!

I had the good fortune to work with Leigh Perkins and model Chloe T at an NX workshop yesterday.

A full-on day of learning new techniques (to me), Leigh was highly accomplished, a great information-passer, professional,and patient with this embryo tog.

The day flew by, it was huge fun as the three of us gelled immediately.

I learned a lot, and we got some amazing images.

Loads of new stuff to review and assimilate but already I am sure a re-match is on the radar.

Amazing from when arrived to when I left, Met with Leigh and his wife at his home studio (which is amazing - all lighting and props set up to perfection)

Professional but funny and laid back from the get go, made me feel very welcome and comfortable! Communication was amazing before hand as we had a scheduled shoot booked but cancelled due to the snow and rescheduled very quickly soon after!

Leigh is amazing with not wasting anytime, he already had a base line of what we wanted to shoot, we organised my outfits for each set before starting, direction was professional and very useful to keep an easy flow.

Cant recommend enough! Look forward to working with you again soon! :)

After my first shoot with Leigh I highly recommend him. He’s a true gent, respectful of my levels and just all round a lovely guy. He’s a laugh too, the shoot was finished but it felt like it had barely started.

His knowledge of lighting and photography is incredible because of this it doesn’t take long at all to get some fab shots. He let me pose freely but also gave me direction that created some interesting and beautiful shapes.

We are planning to work together in the future for sure! Don’t miss a chance to work with him and his delightful wife Zena.

i was booked by leigh for a 2-2-1 model workshop. when i arrived leigh and his wife zena made you feel right at home. they are very friendly and have a laugh too.

he knows alot about photography and is very helpfull.

they also had food prepared for us all on our breaks.

ive been sent a couple photos already and they look great.

I have known Zena and Lee for a few years. Today was the first time that I attended a photographic shoot with them. My partner booked the photoshoot for us and I asked specifically asked for a male model shoot. Lee organised the model for the day, Archie Rutt (Purpleport).

We started at 10.30 am and finished at 5 pm. Zena provided teas, coffee, biscuits and a fab lunch. Lee started the day explaining the lighting setup, slave flash, backgrounds, sets etc before we began. We worked hard all day. Lee gave ongong support and advice. He was flexible with any suggested ideas and helped change the setup so we could explore new photo possibilities.

I found Lee an excellent tutor, knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I am an amateur female photographer in my 50s. He tailored his teaching style to meet my photographic skills so I could get more out of the day.

Lee is enthusiastic and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with him and I have learned a lot. The day was a lot of fun and very enjoyable. Lee and Zena are a delightful couple. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee & Zena and their photography business to anyone.

Another excellent and informative tutorial session with Leigh, this time with a male model (Archie Rutt). Leigh and Zena looked after us very well throughout the day including lunch, biscuits and tea and coffee. Leigh works well with photographers of all levels of experience to give insight into working with models and lights in the studio. We also discussed PS techniques for making the best of the shots obtained during the day. Highly recommended.

My first time with Leigh and Zena. Very friendly and down to earth; made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived. Leigh’s tuition is first rate and his depth of knowledge is really outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Serenity; and together with Leigh, they both worked very hard, as a team, to make my day with them, so rewarding. This business model is successful for a very good reason; it delivers quality tuition at a quality venue. Nothing more needs to be said.

This was the second time that I’ve had a training workshop with Leigh and Zena and it didn’t disappoint. Leigh’s experience shines through when he teaches and as before I learnt tonnes with him showing me those little tricks that make lighting a controlled and simple process.

Both Leigh & Zena are extremely friendly but also have a very professional attitude that you can trust. So much so that for this shoot the model was my wife and her first time in front of the camera! They made the whole experience a dream and we ended up with a fantastic set of photos.

I would definitely recommend working with Nudes Exposed for both training behind and in front of the camera.

I have worked with Leigh and Zena many times now! Each and every time is a wonderfully organised, productive and fun day. I always look forward to it when I am hosting a workshop there.

Without a doubt the two of them are my absolute favourite people to work with. They both have wonderful natures, are exceptional at what they do and really look after you whilst at their studio.

Leigh is absolutely fantastic at teaching on workshops - He has so much knowledge and shares it in such a lovely and clear way. He is super talented with different lighting set-ups/photoshop and really goes out of his way to share knowledge with photographers on workshops.

I always feel in safe hands and come away with some excellent and varied images!

I had a truly wonderful half day shoot with Leigh and Zena a couple of weeks a go!

Leigh’s pre shoot communication was clear, organised and made the planning super easy. We shot at their studio, which was clean, tidy and well equipped.

They were both so welcoming and accommodating as soon as I arrived, making me feel relaxed and at ease. Leigh started off by showing me some examples of shots he wanted achieve and also some video work that Zena would be doing to demonstrate how he lights the shots.

I can honestly say that the two of them have to be one of my favourites to work with. We really clicked and they are so genuine and caring.

We shot several different sets and also did some video work of the behind the scenes of it. The shots were absolutely stunning - it’s very clear that Leigh has a real talent.

The whole shoot was just so enjoyable, easy going and full of laughs and chats! I also loved that Ziggy (their lovely dog) would sometimes come over to join in on the fun.

I love how dedicated the two of them are to what they do and how important their clients are to them. They are both professionals, but lovely individuals with great personalities.

I’m so incredibly excited to be back there for my workshops. It’s a lovely environment to work in and it’s even better to have such great people to work with.

I had the opportunity to work with Leigh and Zena today at their brilliant studio in Reading and WOW! what can I say! What an absolute pleasure it was!

They was patient, respectful and made me feel so at ease and not forgetting very creative! Leigh and Zena constantly made sure I was comfortable and happy with what I was shooting and gave just the right amount of direction.

Very chatty and friendly I felt I bonded with them almost instantaneously and can't wait to work with them again on a workshop.
