It was such a pleasure working with James during our co hosted studio day with Beth Kate at the Boardroom studio.

We produced so many different images, different style and feelings. The results are wonderful and he kindly shared the pictures which I really really appreciate.

I hope to work with him again and I absolutely recommend him! Thank you so much Adrian :) you were fantastic!

Another fantastic shoot with Mr Wilson. He is a really nice guy as well as being a fabulous photographer. Great ideas and an eye for a photo, he could flatter any model. Makes my job easy and I look forwward to working with him again. I would highly recommend.

Just did a couple hours' shoot at my apartment with James today and it was fantastic. Turned up on time, super easy to get on with and we had great conversation and even spoke about a shoot we did years ago!

So easy- going and chill to work with. Ideas flowed naturally and the results on the back of the camera looked great :D

Elvis, my sausage dog absolutely loved him too (and he has great judgement of character). So thumbs up from both myself and Elvis!

I have worked with James 3 times now and every time has been an absolute delight! James is so so easy to work with, relaxed and easygoing! But always professional, polite and respectful! Booking the shoot is done with complete ease and James is always punctual.

The shoot always seems to fly by which I always take as a positive, he comes prepared with ideas and sends them over before hand.

He has a fantastic eye for beautiful shots and is a very good photographer! I thoroughly enjoy working with James and wholeheartedly recommend working with him! Hope we can shoot again in the near future!

Great shoot this morning, in my somewhat limited space and surroundings at home... However despite my concerns that we would be short of space to work in, the reality is we were only short of time!

Could have happily spent more time chatting and found many more opportunities for photography, even within my limited space.

Thoroughly enjoyed the shoot, looked to be some great results on the back of the camera, and I'd love to shoot again in future!

James and I have had some truly cracking times working together in the past... I actually hate myself that it has taken me so long to get my act together and pin something else in the diary with this awesome dude! But at last - we rectified that. :D And what better time/place to do so than on a superb location recommended by James himself! Absolute kudos to his local knowledge of the area, because as a model touring from all the way "up North" ...well it was entirely new territory for me finding places in the Notts county! Good job we had James' ingeniousness to guide us!

The comms from James were super helpful - he gave me coordinate details for a place nearby which enabled us to meet up somewhere more practical and then travel the short distance to the parking area for the old derelict church grounds. Once there, the access was a doddle. :) James knew the place well which made the shoot as smooth as can be in terms of getting in/out and knowing when to expect spectators (or which direction they may come from). The scope of the place was endless, :P oh yes - ideas bounced from the very moment we arrived and the intriguing character of the site lent itself to a whole host of looks that we achieved. From fashion to ethereal... Colourful/floaty to artistic nude shapes. Nothing was stopping up! James had good suggestions of the various areas that offered nice picture opportunity - but he was also totally game for me to throw ideas in the mix too and see what worked with different outfits and expressions amid this spectacular place.

In terms of light - well actually, we were blessed! It was a scorcher of a day... Really nice weather - a treat after we had mentally prepared ourselves for getting soaked in the rain. :') Instead it was challenging/high-contrast sunshine... But wait, did that get in the way of James using that light to create perfect pictures? not at all, no way! I'm pretty sure during this shoot; that we tried every possible angle/direction shooting with the suns rays. Part of the magic was seeing James utilise how the environment modified the sun to keep atmosphere/texture and impact alive in the pictures. :D He really smashed it! We did a little review every set or so - and the proof was in the pudding... This guy has a mean eye for an image I tell you, and handles natures light simply beautifully to keep those sizzling images rolling on into the camera. :)

What else is there to say? Except to comment on just how highly professional, decent and lovely James is in his approach to working with models. I seriously have high regards for this gentleman, and cannot recommend him highly enough! He does all the right things to ensure that everyone on a shoot is happy, and that the model feels safe and content with absolutely every detail. Not just a creatively enthused photographer with a great deal of drive - but a personality of gold which makes him a joy to be around/enjoy a shoot with. :D Oh we did our fair share of chattering and laughing as we worked, that's for certain!

An all-round great experience. :)

Worked with James for the first time today after he kindly helped me out and booked a two-hour shoot with me during the lockdown!

I knew the man had a heart of gold before I even met him. He not only helped me when I needed it most, but he was also very flexible with dates and timings. Pre-comms were a breeze with Mr Wilson, very easy to plan.

We shot in Peak District, it was very windy and cold, the light kept changing, we both were all over the place falling down the rocks, but... oh wow, it was worth it! (Hope he thinks the same haha). The nature of Peaks is so gorgeous and I can never get enough, was so unbelievably lucky to shoot there!

I also loved the BOC pictures, James really knows his craft well, even though he tries to talk himself down - I know he is very experienced.

Mr Wilson comes highly recommended.

Hopefully, we will work in the future again because this was fun!

I worked with James for the first time on a duo shoot with ElleJ and it was fab!

He is professional, respectful and very easy to work with and get along with.

We were discussing ideas altogether and between us we came up with some fab ideas! The images on the back of the camera looked fantastic!

I really really enjoyed working with James and hope that I get the opportunity to work with him again!

James booked on a duo shoot at my home with myself and Lottie21. I was really pleased he booked on and we had an epic couple of hours shooting.

All three of us bounced ideas around and the images on the back of the camera looked amazing.

I needed some images for some clothing I am promoting and he was kind enough to do this for me as well.

James is a good friend of mine so I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Another fabulous shoot with James! It was a nice relaxed home shoot and it'd been a fair while since we last shot so it was great to catch up!...

We started off with some tea, chats and working on logistics! I knew what James was looking to shoot and we decided to adapt that and work with some low light shooting.

As always shots were really lovely!... we worked through lots of ideas in a relaxed way and the shoot flew by!...

Would always recommend James, fabulous photographer! Nice guy to shoot with!

I had a lovely shoot with James at a hotel in Mansfield.

He is a really good guy to be around; Professional, respectful and up for a chat and a laugh. Unfortunately the hotel room lighting was an awful shade of yellowy-green goodness, but James performed some magic and we got some great photos together!

The shoot flew by, and before I knew it we were packing up ready to leave with a great collection of images together.

I'd definitely recommend him! x

I had my first shoot with James today, first of many I hope. He was a great communicator beforehand, arrived on time and organised. He was very polite and easy to chat too, really nice guy. I hope we got some good images, looking at his portfolio I am sure they will be. I would highly recommend working with this talented photographer to any model.

I’ve had my first ever shoot with James at one of my favourite studios Belper!

We shot so much content from portrait to colour block and the time unfortunately flew by!

A lovely gentleman, very respectful and spot on with pre coms.

James attended my studio day at the boardroom on Saturday, this was our second shoot together and it went so smoothly, just as fabulous as I remember!

James had a few ideas pre-shoot which we had discussed since booking; on the day, James managed to get some really beautiful images including natural light portraits, some lingerie images and mirror reflections, which looked ace!

James worked with the space really well and found ways to use the time and studio to its full potential, even though it just flew by!

Plus, as always! The images look stunning, and James is an extremely professional, respectful, friendly and talented photographer.

It was lovely to see James again and I would complete and totally recommend him to anybody, I really hope to work with him again in the future!
