Where to start... Martin messaged me out of the blue on Facebook to involve and introduce me to the modelling world. edgy at first about the whole thing but figured what's life without risk as I was unsure it was genuine (so many weirdos out there these days). got to Martin's studio and I felt so welcomed. Martin has and is helping me so much with understanding and becoming a part of the modelling industry. So glad I took him up on his offer to get involved.

For anyone who hasn't yet had a shoot with Martin I highly recommend you do! Very professional,understanding,friendly and of course most importantly makes an AMAZING brew !☕

I've known Martin for a long time and decided this was the right time to start modelling, the first person I wanted to shoot with was Martin himself.

I had the pleasure to shoot for the first time properly in the Algarve on the Photography Holidays Abroad trip with Martin and it was such a positive experience. Martin made me feel at ease as soon as I was in front of the camera and made me feel so relaxed, he is always up for a laugh and very professional. He gives amazing direction and helps create your ideas as well. Collaborating with him was so easy and fun.

He has created outstanding photos that I cannot wait to share in the future, would highly recommend and I cannot wait to shoot with him again. He is a blessing for new and experienced models, definitely get booked in with him!

He organises the Photography Holidays Abroad trip every year and he makes sure everything is organised to a T, always looks out for everyone on the trip and just a truly amazing person!

Where do i even start with Martin?

I am new to this site and recieved a message of Martin on Day 1, inviting me to a Networking type Photoshoot at his beautiful studio - Hampson Street Studios.

Being new to the industry, and suffering with anxiety, this was definitely a first and out my comfort zone. Out my comfort zone why? Martin made me welcome, confident, at ease and had a laugh from the absolute moment he met me at the door. He really is a wonderful character, very skilled businessman and amazing behind his camera.

Martin offered me complimentary drinks, cakes and even a mcdonalds throughout and after the shoot, which is just honestly lovely and gave me some energy to keep going🫶🏼

Martin has amazing communication throughout and is extremely supportive and i have already arranged future shoots with Martin and will forever be in touch with him. Martin has also helped keep me safe on this website with being new and im so grateful for you!

He also slipped £20 into my pocket to cover my travel costs and directed me to a petrol station on the way home. Absolute legend and a pleasure to meet and work with you all.

Martin, what can I say and where do I start!?

What an absolute legend. Martin is one of the most genuine, down to earth, kind and wonderful humans I’ve been lucky enough to work with in my modelling career so far.

Martin organises Photography Holidays Abroad events and I was privileged enough to be asked to go on their Portugal trip this year. What an epic experience this was!

Not only was it an amazing way to get some unique and awesome shots, I have made so many wonderful friends and memories along the way.

Martin organised everything down to a T.

Every little detail was covered keeping us in the loop and updated every step before the trip. Whilst on the trip, Martin was so friendly, approachable, kind and caring- he couldn’t do enough for all of us models or the togs on board too. Not only a glorious human being, Martin is a super talented photographer and captured some stunning shots!! I am over the moon with the images I’ve seen so far.

Martin, it’s been an honour. Thank you so much! You are awesome.

Well what can I say about Martin that hasn't already been said!? The word EPIC comes to mind :)

Martin and I have known eachother now for over 12 years, and each and every shoot is full of laughter and epic images! We recently spent a week shooting in Portugal and the images are amazing! I cannot wait to share them with you all.

Martin is such a friendly guy. forever looking after you, and is such a laugh during shoots.

Martin has an amazing creative eye, and the images he is able to create are just top tier! We have already made a date for another shoot in the near future, so cannot wait to see what we can create again :)

If you ever get chance to work with Martin, DO IT! DO NOT MISS OUT! You will not be disappointed, his portfolio and references speak for him.

I had the wonderful expereince of working with Martin on his Photography Holidays organised trip to the Algarve.

I was honoured to work with such a down to earth, easy going, professional photographer. The minute I met Martin, I knew what a sweet soul he was and instantly felt comfortable around him - which is all you can ask for! He always ensured that us models were looked after, accomodated for and always felt 100% during a shoot. The pre-comms were great, sending a breakdown of what is to be expected on each day and outfit choices.

He is so easy to get along with - shooting with him was extremely enjoyable and I loved every minute of it. He has such a great eye for the shots and always puts 100% effort in when shooting together.

I could not have asked for a better photographer to spend the week with - hosting the event and ensuring everyone and everything was under control, while maintaining a professional standard - but also making it fun, enjoyable and cracking jokes.

I would highly recommend working with Martin and I cannot wait to shoot together again! Thanks for an amazing experience that I will never forget!

Martin a true professional in his work to deliver what he promises. Which is a true testament to success. Hence why many re-book again and again on his events.

I had yet another great time on the Photography Holidays trip to the Algarve, as did so many others. All down to Martins dedication.

His organisation is focused on making everything work from the tiny things to anything else. Open to suggestions, making sure everyone feel inclusive, respectful, to keeping everyone in the group aware on what's happening so no one is left out.

A successful professional photographer in his own right, as can be seen by his work. Which he is more than happy to help photographers and models alike with anything photographic.

Without hesitation I highly recommend Martin as someone to work with or attend one of his events, trips. Easy to get along with, very knowledgeable and simply a very nice guy.

I had the pleasure of attending Martin's Photography Holiday Algarve trip and I had the most amazing time.

Martin always made sure to look after all the models, ensuring that we all had the best time and came away with the most incredible variety of images.

The whole trip is so well organised to ensure every photographer has a chance to shoot all the models in every location and even the communication before the trip was immaculate;detailed and thorough and highly professional throughout.

As a photographer I think Martin's work speaks for itself. The images he produces are flawless and when shooting with him he makes the process extremely fun - he's encouraging and supportive and is bursting full of incredible ideas.

Furthermore, as a person Martin is so easygoing, fun and lively it's impossible not to enjoy working with him. In addition on a personal level I explained to Martin my reasons for taking a step back from modelling and the impact certain things had on my confidence - Martin listened and made me feel completely at ease and during the trip constantly made sure I was okay, was there as a shoulder to lean on when I had a little cry and was cheering me on with every little success - I'm so grateful to Martin for helping me to step outside of my comfort zone and reigniting a passion to do what I love. So not only is he an incredible photographer but also someone I would now consider a friend.

I would 1000000% recommend working with him, I for one cannot wait to work with him again in the future 🌹

What can I say!

Working with Martin was an absolute pleasure. I was lucky enough to be asked on one of his photography holiday events in Portugal- Martin was so professional and thorough in pre comms before the holiday, keeping me up to date with everything and was just a message away if we had any question or concern.

I enjoyed every single second I shot with Martin! He is an epic photographer- super talented and such an eye for a great shot. I’ve only seen a handful of images so far but they are INSANE! Can’t wait to see the rest.

Martin is such a kind, fun, chilled guy and instantly putting you at ease creating a fab shooting atmosphere. I would jump in a heartbeat to work with Martin again!

I am a photographer who attended Martins Gel lighting workshop alongside four other photographers.

Martin was friendly & professional, and arranging the logistics of attending the workshop were quick and straightforward. I learnt a lot from the workshop, as a beginner he explained things well and was always on hand to answer question & have discussions. His knowledge of gel lighting setups were fantastic as his setups created stunning photos. He also took the time to explain how to finish these photos in editing to really achieve the desired look, which was useful and a brilliant way to end the workshop

The workshop that I experienced was exactly as described and I learnt more than I could have imagined. I would love to post the photos in my portfolio (and share in this reference) as they turned out fantastically, however it was Martins setup and skills that made them so I feel that it wouldn’t be right me posting and claiming it was my work. I certainly now have knowledge about gels and how they work to go away and work on my own images

I can honestly say Martin is one of the best photographers I have ever worked with. I have known him now for 12 years, and I enjoy every shoot with him, the most recent one being a week trip to Portugal! We created awesome images and I cannot wait to share them.

Martin knows his stuff, he knows how to get the best out of every location, weather condition, lighting, style etc. His portfolio speaks for itself, he has a great eye for amazing images.

Martin is very easy to work with, always feel comfortable around him, every shoot is just full of laughter, and I would highly recommend Martin to any model!

First timer on Martin's Algarve trip. Very friendly guy and fun to be around whilst also professional, organised and a very effective group leader. Everything was first rate from the fabulous accommodation to the locations and restaurant choices, fully stocked and restocked fridges and, of course, fantastic choice of models. A great value trip, that I'd recommend to anyone. The proof is in the return bookings of both customers and models and if you book your only problem might be you'll want to go back again and again. Thanks, Martin, for a remarkable experience.

Creative Image

I was very pleased I went on Martins Algarve Photographic holiday trip, Sept 2022. With 5 gorgeous models, staying in a multi million £ villa on the Algarve and enjoyed it immensely.

Martins communications before and during the event, the advice, details provided, etc was first class. Always available to assist in ironing out any questions or concerns. To ensure you were fully informed, welcomed and nothing was too much trouble.

He was focused from the outset on ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. That you had all the information you needed. The daily shoot details, logistics, locations, models assigned etc.

As a professional photographer Martin was also available to assist you. His knowledge, technical expertise, positive manner was very helpful when needed and energy all made the event the success it was.

Having a group of 'creatives' together under one roof could be a challenge.

The opposite was true. The overall event was excellent, super location, a grand villa, a tried and tested formula, great bunch of people and lots of photographic opportunities, which is what you want.

Would I recommend this, Yes, so much so I have booked for next year!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Martin on his photography trip to the Algarve recently!

From the get go he was so friendly, chatty and welcoming and his outgoing personality made everyone laugh and smile throughout the week.

He was respectful towards all the models and photographers and was always organised and on time for shoots.

Martin works with the models extremely well to get those stand out images, throwing in ideas of his own based on the location/outfit etc.

Martin was professional and is a very talented photographer as you can see from the quality images and also helping other photographers learn on the trip

I cannot wait to come up to Manchester for a tour and Martins studio will be the first place to stop. 100% recommended and thank you! :)
