Dave is a lovely, safe, dedicated photographer whom clearly has a passion to continually increase his experience and creativity.

After an initial chat on purpleport leading to the clear awareness that artistic nude was a natural, clear intention for both of us , we had a coffee the week before our first shoot which was a 3.30am start in Manchester City centre. I paraded around naked with my pop up camping tent as a failsafe and despite being the centre of attention for a few people around at that time on a Monday morning (including a council/police representative) we managed to get some fantastic images!

I was grateful for how comfortable Dave was in such exhibitionistic circumstances-particularly on a first shoot and it helped that he was exceptionally personable, on time and clearly demonstrated his mutual dedication to the shoot. He was confident and clear in his directing abilities and enabled me a mass of fluidity in my creativity and ideas and between us we managed to find a somewhat unique spot in the city centre to shoot from.

I appreciated his ability to capture the light we were provided organically at such an early hour and felt completely comfortable in all times in his presence. I would not hesitate to suggest working with him and I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and look forward to visiting more obscure places or prearranged further afield destinations to see what we can come up with.

A very talented, modest and honest man with a great sense of humour and down to earth personality is what you will find when working with him. He was very attentive and I felt like I had known him a long time as opposed to this being a somewhat strange first shoot with a new photographer :D

Spellbound

First shoot back for a good while & Dave was ready for it! We shot in a new location, which was very exciting. We had some good images to use as examples & went with it & the images we shot look amazing!

Dave is very friendly, polite, & calm. The shot went easily & drama free which I love.

Highly recommend him & his studio to anyone.

Another fabulous shoot with Dave :) He picked me up from my place 3:30am cause we were doing nude in the city centre shoot. I had a great time, it was risky but exciting :D I love how bold and daring images came out. He’s very respectful and made me feel at ease. It was so crazy to pose naked in the middle of the street and on Piccadilly Gardens xD We created some great pictures with graffitis and other interesting urban backgrounds in Northern Quarter. Such a fun experience!

I had the best shoot of my life so far with Dave last week! We worked together in an old mill and I really enjoyed experimenting with crazy poses, climbing the metal work and window sills, hanging off toilet cubicle walls and posing nude on the rooftop ❤️ Some of the things we’ve done was a bit scary and risky but I loved the challenge! We’ve created some crazy ass images and had so much fun along the way :D This space really get my creativity buzzing, I loved how quirky and edgy that shoot was. Dave was super friendly and professional, he picked me up from the tram stop cause I got in trouble on my way for a shoot 😅 I love photos he has taken, can’t wait to post them. Thank you so much for a great time :)

Had my gazillionth shoot with Dave and as always was a pleasure! I had some crazy ideas I wanted to try and as expected Dave was more than willing to let me carry them out! Lots of communication and creative ideas flew back and forth, from cereal, fruit, cream and chocolate sauce we can safely say it was a messy shoot towards the end! It’s going to be hard choosing which images to edit as they always turn out fab! When’s our next one Dave? Lol 😂

I worked with Dave today on his white shirt project and we also shot to sheer/implied.

Dave was loads of fun and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole shot, not pushing any levels and making sure I was content with the images and nothing was too revealing.

A really interesting, fun and insightful photographer that I’d definitely love to create with again! X

Lost count now of how many times we have shot together! I had an idea of what I wanted to shoot that was a take on something I had seen and Dave said ‘yep, let’s do it’. He even went out and purchased some material for it. Ideas started to change and flow as we went on and boy have we got some great images! As usual we had a laugh and the shoot went super quick. I will never tire of working with Dave and any model whether a newbie or experienced will be in very safe hands. Until next time…..!

Dave was hospitable, polite, professional and not at all pushy. His studio is well equipped, and Dave directs brilliantly, giving just the right level of feedback throughout the shoot, ensuring that we achieved the best possible images!

Both Dave and I had shoots cancelled on us today so late last night we arranged a last minute shoot together and as always it was nice and relaxed and good fun! Dave knows how to capture my body and it’s contours better than ever and always manages to make me look really tall! Lol Loved everything we did today which was a case of ‘what’ve you brought? Let’s go with it!’ We also covered some fitness which Dave is passionate about and really knows how to capture muscle definition which makes you go WOW! Dave was assisting on a shoot that another photographer has booked me for, and he was just an absolute dream!

Incredibly accommodating, brew on arrival, and he worked tirelessly to help both myself and the other photographer get exactly what it was that we needed in order to get the shots.

Dave ended up joining in on the shoot, and I’m so glad he did, because I was able to get a feel for his shooting style as well as his ability and know how with studio & lighting set up.

I had SUCH a fun shoot! And would happily HAPPILY work with Dave again in any format.
