Shot with Dave AGAIN on Friday and what a fantastic shoot it was.

Always takes care of you as the model. We worked on various dynamic fashion shots where it was also an opportunity for us both to experiment with different angles and positions. Moving onto some lingerie Dave was more than happy to offer suggestions, had already done some research to help me out with poses and positioning and we worked through different sets to perfect the poses and had a lot of fun doing it.

Although more of an educational session, I had loads of fun as always and loved pretty much every single image. Behind the camera was on fire! Thanks Dave and would always recommend x

Another amazing shoot with Dave today! Picked me up from the tram station and made me a cup of tea as soon as we got to the studio so you know he’s a great tog! We got through a few sets within a 4 hour shoot. And the back of the camera images look amazing already! Can’t wait for the edits as I know Dave delivers! Shame it was too cold coz I want to get back in the water. That’s another shoot definitely for the summer! Definitely recommend Dave without a doubt! Thanks mate!

Another amazing shoot with Dave. Super clear and helpful comms beforehand and checked everything was in place before the shoot. I had a shoot with Dave 2 years ago when I answered a casting call for some gel images. I was very new to modelling and it was my 2nd shoot. I felt at ease, safe and had a amazing shoot. Pre comms were excellent and the images were ace.

I hope to work with Dave again, sometimes in the future.

Working with Dave was a great experience I needed both acting head shots and body shots as well as modelling shots to send to industry.

I Have successfully got work in industry for TV Film work as an extra and got more work from using Dave’s head shots I would defiantly recommend David to update portfolios or if your new to Modelling Acting even as a model new to Freelancing as a model Dave was wonderful penitent and kind and very supportive helping me pick also professional out fits and allowing time to do Make up hair while being to relax and have a chat Dave is out going and very laid back.

I would definitely work with Dave again, Dave was very accommodating to what I needed for a professional work portfolio and Dave has had a lot of experience working with other models Actors this shows greatly through ought his portfolio as well.

Dave has a very calm manner and kind nature he is very good to have around when doing these type of shoots he is great with helping choose out fits and poses as well as choosing amazing back drops and lighting that compliments his subjects.

Dave was very relaxed put my mind at ease with taking my head shots body shots all of what I wanted and needed this was very stress free and Dave is also able to manage any second thoughts you might have on your portfolio also.

Dave shot exactly what I asked for we had to retake a few due to my own error in poses but he was more then happy to work and re do shots this took up his time and I was very grateful.

Dave always remained happy positive professional Dave was very relaxed easy to work with kind talkative outgoing and very positive and had lots of great ideas for lighting my acting head shots.

I was a bit out of my depth and gave Dave examples to work from but the head shots and modelling shots came out better then I expected

I look forward to working with Dave again if I get the opportunity.

I would recommend working with Dave he sent me everything over that we took for my modelling shots and also edited a range of great head shots.

I was able to apply to agency's in a small amount of time so I would recommend Dave both for his professionally supportive work ethic but also as he delivers all images that can be put forward to industry so highly recommend him.

Recently I had another fun shoot with Dave. It was our first time shooting in studio - before we were always making use of warm weather and enjoying cool locations. I brought along my sister, she had few shoots before but she’s not very experienced. I wanted to pose with her to have a cool experience together and some nice pictures. We had a great time and created cute, goofy photos as my sis can’t stay serious for too long (family thing :D). We captured some serious poses and faces too!

I had my second shoot with Dave (the first one was at the beach with another model but this was my first one in his studio) and I absolutely loved it! Pre comms were great, once I was there we had a brew and a chat about what we wanted to shoot and what order and then just went for it. Dave is a very talented photographer and I liked that he showed me the shots throughout the shoot and directed me with poses if he thought something would look good in a different way. He was also not afraid to try new ideas and see if we could find new types of shots/angles/lighting. I would recommend him to any model considering a shoot with him and can’t wait for the next one! Yet another fabulous shoot with Dave! We meet in Castlefield area of Manchester for a duo shoot with my best friend who never tried modeling before. Dave made her feel at ease and gave her lots of advice how to pose, so he’s a great photographer for inexperienced models too. Both my housemate and me had a great time, thank you Dave for suggesting a cool location. We went for 3 sets of outfits - two black dresses, two casual smart outfits and last set with me wearing pants and blazer while my friend was wearing a dress - for a contrast of feminity and boyishness. After duo part of the shoot my friend had to leave but me and Dave went for a coffee to Chapter One to take a look through images and create even more. I loved the set in a coffee shop!

All in all Dave is wonderful so go and shoot with him! :)

Recently I had another fantastic shoot with Dave! I had such a fun time posing naked in Daisy Nook country park. Doing a nude in the wood shoot was on my bucket list and I’m glad we finally made it happen. I love shooting outdoors and with Dave I always feel safe and comfortable. We have another shoot planned tomorrow :) He’s always fun to work with and polite. I’m looking forward for the next one!

Our third shoot together and it was a very unusual, unexpectedly long but brilliant one.

We aimed to start outdoorsas an early shoot in Lymm, however on the morning, it was touch and go with rain and wind but we still headed out, thanks to Dave willing to pick me up and drive us around :D

We achieved some great shots on a bench, zebra crossing and by some railings and a lampost-which was funny as we had to keep dodging any occasional traffic- even at around 4:30am

We headed over to Dave's studio which is well located and has a multitude of options available and after I had thrown a few items into some bags after a quick stop off back to my house on the way, we got some fun, varied shots that were unplanned. It actually gave us a great chance to test out a few things before we get back in there soon.

This was our second shoot and another early morning outdoor nude endeavour that was just as brilliant and adventurous as the first. We shot at a more rural location with lots of options that only the fast approaching daylight restricted us on deciding on.

Dave has this way of making your photos appear very voyeuristic because he is so comfortable to be around- as is his general demeanour. You are not just taking a photo of something for the sake of it at any point and you can trust him completely to find your better angles as he truly considers every aspect of each shot- something you can feel in his presence. He is very humble although his skill set is far more impressive than he will have you think :D

An example of this is if, like me, you enjoy climbing trees or rolling around on the floor to get into flexible positions; he quickly establishes from observation those moments that are fleeting if such poses are difficult to hold for long periods or if something you are dangling off is wet/broken/a challenge. You can focus on being the model you are and not have to tell him you are ready for the camera click amidst trying to hang on to something for dear life lol

This can allow for more fluidity and time for you to relax your face or think about your stomach/pose/posture etc and overall gets the best shots regardless of style of shooting, indoor or outdoor or time.

We have another outdoor shoot booked in and are planning some studio ideas as well. Definitely work with Dave needs to be a hashtag as he ticks all the usual boxes of reliable, safe, talented, experienced, passionate and so on.

Had a shoot this afternoon in Manchester with Dave, firstly I got the wrong tram, so I was late (never been to Manchester before!) Anyway he picked me up from the tram stop and took me too his studio. As soon as we got there me made me a cup of tea (if a tog makes me a brew, I know I've got a good one!) I felt comfortable right away! Two hours flew buy and he was so so professional, the pics are EPIC! On a grand scale! This tog seriously knows what he's doing! I highly recommend working with Dave! And definitely would love to shoot again!

Dave is a lovely, safe, dedicated photographer whom clearly has a passion to continually increase his experience and creativity.

After an initial chat on purpleport leading to the clear awareness that artistic nude was a natural, clear intention for both of us , we had a coffee the week before our first shoot which was a 3.30am start in Manchester City centre. I paraded around naked with my pop up camping tent as a failsafe and despite being the centre of attention for a few people around at that time on a Monday morning (including a council/police representative) we managed to get some fantastic images!

I was grateful for how comfortable Dave was in such exhibitionistic circumstances-particularly on a first shoot and it helped that he was exceptionally personable, on time and clearly demonstrated his mutual dedication to the shoot. He was confident and clear in his directing abilities and enabled me a mass of fluidity in my creativity and ideas and between us we managed to find a somewhat unique spot in the city centre to shoot from.

I appreciated his ability to capture the light we were provided organically at such an early hour and felt completely comfortable in all times in his presence. I would not hesitate to suggest working with him and I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and look forward to visiting more obscure places or prearranged further afield destinations to see what we can come up with.

A very talented, modest and honest man with a great sense of humour and down to earth personality is what you will find when working with him. He was very attentive and I felt like I had known him a long time as opposed to this being a somewhat strange first shoot with a new photographer :D

Spellbound

First shoot back for a good while & Dave was ready for it! We shot in a new location, which was very exciting. We had some good images to use as examples & went with it & the images we shot look amazing!

Dave is very friendly, polite, & calm. The shot went easily & drama free which I love.

Highly recommend him & his studio to anyone.
