I had the great pleasure of working with Davina today at Martin Newtons studio.

Following Great pre shoot communication and bouncing around of ideas the date was set, it was my first shoot for a couple of years due to not shooting during covid for personal reasons and I felt a little rusty at first but soon got back into it.

I wanted a tall toned tattoo free model for an art nude and bodyscape type shoot and this lady delivered!

Upon meeting her for the first time and being greeted with a beaming smile we hit it off straight away.

We worked well together and had a good laugh too and given the type of shoot we were doing I allowed plenty of breaks for her to relax her muscles and the conversation flowed.

She is very professional to work with and certainly put in 100% to the shoot.

Required little direction and added her own twist to things and I know looking on the back of the camera we caught some superb images and the time just flew by!

She was patient while I changed lighting set ups and even held poses while I got the lighting just as I wanted it.

I highly recommend Davina and would love the opportunity to work with her again.

What a fabulous shoot with the force of nature that is Davina. From the minute I saw her profile and Portfolio I wanted to shoot with her. After a bit of diary gymnastics we finally got to shoot in my new studio in Manchester. Covering a range of sets and styles we powered through the to do list at a breakneck pace.

Davinas rates are clear on her profile leaving which I think is the correct way of doing things. Her communications are not only clear and precise but also prompt which means no uncertainty and doubt as to whether the shoot will take place. Her look is just as her profule describes with no surprises on the day and she follows the brief with regards to make up, hair and clothes. Due to her amazing discipline and fitness, her skin is just so fabulous making shooting and editing just effortless.

Davina arrived on time and was ready to shoot then worked solidly with no long breaks apart from when we stopped for a brew. During the whole shoot she just oozed enthusiasm, positivity, creativity and fun. She was super respectful to me, the props and location as we worked solo though I would guarantee that Davina is a fabulous team player that would fit in anywhere and make any shoot or project a success. It goes without saying that her look is just stunning and I’m looking forward to editing the photo’s.

She also left a shiny lovely reference for me just days after the shoot which I am most grateful for ( Unlike mine which took a few weeks to reciprocate )

Highly recommended and will work with again.

Had a great shoot with Davina1 on Saturday. Comms where great, turned up on time, brought along loads of props specific to the shoot, and generally threw herself into the shoot. We got some great images, and even though she's relatively new, shes already got a keen eye for detail. And generallly a lovely lady and I look forward to working with her again, in the not too distant future.

When I saw Davina on PP, I immediately wanted to photograph her. I contacted Davina and arranged a shoot. The first thing I look for in pre-shoot communication with a model is enthusiasm and the feeling that she actually wants to work with me. And I got that from Davina. Her personality came though in the few short emails we exchanged. So, I was very much looking forward to the shoot.

Davina arrived and brought with her a lot of costumes that were well-suited to my type of photography. I was very impressed. She'd done her homework.

The shoot was immensely enjoyable. Davina is a very warm person and working with her was fun. She really had paid attention to our emails and had a great selection of costumes lined up. Indeed, we were about to wind up the 4-hour shoot and she brought out her best costume. I was most impressed and delighted.

Davina posed well and needed little instruction from me. I regarded the shoot as one of my best and would be more than happy to work with Davina again.

I would recommend Davina to all levels of photographers. She would be helpful and considerate to beginners, and she would be able to take directions well form more advanced photographers.

Just had a first shoot with Davina and I have to say what a great model!

Davina turned up on time, well prepared exactly as requested. We worked on a themed shoot which required some quite unconventional and frankly quite uncomfortable poses however Davina threw herself into the task with great enthusiasm and worked really hard to achieve what we were looking for. Very happy with the results!

She is a very friendly, down to earth girl, I really enjoyed the shoot and I would recommend booking this lady soon as she is gong to be very much in demand!

Had another great shoot today with this Gem of a Girl. Davina had a concept, run it by me, and I knew I had to roll with her with it. It’s so different from what we’ve done together before, It got my creative juices flowing straight away.

Davina has come on so much in such a short time. Her makeup skills have improved dramatically, her presence in front of the camera is really showing. Her versatility is growing along with her confidence. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want not just a model, but some-one who will contribute and bring something to the shoot, get her booked, work with her, you’ll see what I mean, and you will be working with her again. Guaranteed 😉

I’ve have the pleasure of not only working with Davina, but also being a very good friend.

I’ve worked with Davina on several shoots over the last four months. Her enthusiasm is without bounds, along with her creative streak, always makes for a fun filled, rewarding, and creative experience.

With Davina I’ve achieved two FPI’s. Prior to this, I’d had none! This speaks for itself.

I can’t recommend her enough, book, respect and look after her, you won’t be disappointed.
