Had my first shoot with Kari tonight and what a shoot it was too! Kari is a fantastic person and a wonderful model too, I'm sure we did more nattering than shooting! Her love of creativity in photoshoots was right up my street! Her background in modelling really shines through with her confident and creative posing. To top it off, she took me to an abandoned place I've never been to, and this was just fantastic.

Would highly recommend Kari to anyone wanting creative images, and cant wait to shoot again soon.

Wow!

Had my first shoot with Kari today and it was an absolute blast as she is awesome. I could just leave it as she does blow you away somewhat. OK so what are the essential details that made this shoot fabulous. Good communications prior to shoot. A superb enthusiasm for the project, it is obvious she cares lots about all she does and is very keen to make it a huge success. She is very creative and came up with great ideas before and during the shoot which were hugely positive. Her energy level is high and remains like that throughout the entire shoot. She works very hard and has a sense of adventure and is willing to experiment and try out ideas, which she does with the greatest enthusiasm. She is a very intelligent model who quickly picks up what I wanted from the shoot and delivered it 100%. It is so enjoyable to throw out a basic idea for style and mood and see someone deliver it with style and panache and skill. Once we got going she effortlessly switched form one pose to another without the need for any further direction. She has talent in abundance and oodles of style to go with it. What makes her extra special is that she is a lovely warm relaxed person who is happy to chat away and has a lovely infectious sense of humour. At no time though will she lose her professionalism. In my opinion the combination of her super personality, creative skill, vitality and hard working attitude make her very special. It was such a lovely way to spend 2 or 3 hours and I came away re-energised as a result of the encounter and very pleased with the results of the shoot. I recommend Kari very highly and without reservation to everyone of whatever experience. Book Kari and you will not be disappointed. This shoot was a precursor to a longer shoot and I am looking forward to that lots. I wold love to work with Kari several times over the coming months. Thank you Kari for your talent and hard w+ork and making the shoot a success and providing many laughs. You are a lovely warm person.

Had yet another wonderful shoot with Kari (Little Owl) this week. I was unfortunately quite unwell during this shoot, and not on top form at all. However, Kari was really understanding, and tolerant to the fact that I took twice as long as normal to set the lights up, and spent the first set-up shooting with no model light so she was completely dependent upon my "up-a-bit, down-a-but, left, right - that's right - oh no it isn't, let's try that again" style of direction to position herself in exactly the right place. Against the odds, this actually worked and we got some cracking shots as usual.

She is always utterly professional, and a wonderfully charming person to spend time with. Very easy to talk to, and extremely understanding if things don't go right first time. Absolutely fantastic person to work with, whatever the level of experience of the photographer, and you can see from her portfolio and references that she can cover just about anything. If ever anybody asks me to recommend a good, reliable model, she is always the first person that comes to mind - and that is virtually irrespective of what they want to shoot as I really think she can do anything.

Simply the best. Highly recommended.

My 3rd time working with Kari and yet again it was a pleasurable experience. Funnily enough it was the first time I've photographed her clothed though!

Kari arrived early and well prepared with a choice of outfits and a double bass, that's right, a double bass!

As on previous occasions, she's a pleasure to work with, doesn't really need any direction which is great for me as I don't give lot.

As always, a pleasure to work with and highly recomended to both new and experienced photographers.

I look forward to the next time!

I’ll be honest. I BEGGED, Kari for a shoot. Pre shoot comms lasted an eternity due to the distance and lack of time available to me. So today was the day of the shoot and Kari kept me appraised of her progress to the location. We were blessed with the most amazing location and weather which is always a bonus. Kari guided me to her favourite spots, and her local knowledge saved me hours of searching. A fabulous hard working model who simply did whatever was asked without complaint. Cold water and slippery rocks were all taken in her stride. All in all a great morning producing what I consider some of my best outdoor location images. Thank you so much Kari, you are a star. Xx

I worked with LittleOwl at a camera club evening and was nothing short of brilliant! Camera club members rarely give any direction and NONE was needed as she worked her character to the limit and to the sheer joy of the members. Highly recommended.

Kari is a whole heap of fun to work with and an old codger like me needs way more sugar to keep up with her.

If you are even thinking about working with this model, stop thinking and do it, she will be worth every minute of your time.

After months of trying to find a time when we were both available to shoot, it finally happened today and boy was it worth the wait !

From the very first e-mail I sent, Kari has been friendly, polite, helpful, professional and shown her boundless enthusiasm for shooting. Her and her partner met me at our agreed meeting place this morning and we proceeded to the shoot location. Despite the weather, Kari was raring and ready to go (as was Paul) and the shoot was just non-stop creativity and fun. She flowed from one pose to another and wasn't fazed at all by the stream that we were working in nor the constant drips of water from the roof of the tunnel. Even when we were working outside and standing in almost knee-deep water the poses just kept flowing as did her wonderful selection of props. From the word go, conversation flowed and the time just flew by until, sadly, it was time to pack up.

This was my first post-apocalyptic shoot as well as my first shoot with Kari and Paul and I most certainly hope it won't be the last. I can already think of several other locations that I would like to shoot at with Kari. A huge thank you must also go to Paul for all his work and support today.

I cannot recommend LittleOwl too highly and every photographer out there should be beating a path to her page to book this wonderful, versatile, professional young lady.

Apologies for the lateness of this reference, which is in relation to a shoot on 22/06/2018.

I'm not actually sure how many times I have worked with Little Owl, but that does not matter as we are nowhere near done yet. As stated by many photographers, she is Wales most reliable and versatile model. We first worked together about a year ago, doing a shoot in my makeshift home studio, and have shot together at least every two months since then - possibly more.

I can honestly say if I had not met her, I would probably have given up model photography as I just had a string of no-show models and last minute cancellations up to that point. She turned up on time and with make-up applied, and the next three hours were such fun that I have never looked back. No more black-and-white landscapes - this was what photography is really about.

Since then I have converted my garage/workshop into a larger and far better equipped studio, some of the work for which she helped me with. So this was out first shoot in the new facilities, and it was fantastic.

The theme of the shoot was long exposure work with gels, for which shiny outfits were required. As always, Kari did a fantastic job of sourcing the right outfits and came up with a look that was just perfect. In fact, one of my biggest hero photographers saw one of the photos, and commented on how good the styling was, all of which was down to Kari.

Apart from sourcing the best outfits for a shoot, Kari does her own make-up and has a vast array of poses at her disposal. Having done so many location shoots with her, I had forgotten just how good she is in the studio, where this is nowhere to hide, and it's basically the lights and the model which make the shot.

It's no coincidence that I've worked with her more than any other model, and I imagine we will just keep going. Although this was straight studio work, her skills include archery, fire-performing and dance, all of which have featured in our shoots at some stage. Plus she really knows South Wales locations, and can usually suggest the best place for a location shoot.

If you are a model photographer living in, working in or just visiting South Wales, you really haven't done the full Welsh experience unless you have worked with her.

Can't recommend her highly enough.

Another shoot with Kari and Paul. Each one gets better than the last, and this was no exception. It has often been said that Little Owl is South Wales most reliable and versatile model, and that really is the case. This was another fire-based shoot, which has become an ongoing project of ours. There is simply nobody else in South Wales who can do this kind of work, and probably very few people in the country who can do it to this standard.

Can't wait to work with her again. Highly recommended.

What a fun lovely bubbly lady she puts so much effort into her shoots it's unreal!! I can't wait to work with this woman again her presence and work ethics are outstanding, I have nothing but good words to say about this appendid human. Would reccomend her with out a doubt :)

2nd Shoot with Little Owl and once again a great day. Pre-communications were awesome, with great ideas flowing between us. Punctual once again with confirmation of her leaving in the morning which is a nice reassurance on the day. Provided costume and props for the shoot which looked fantastic and worked to great effect.

Took direction perfectly when required and was more than able to with the flow of ideas and pose herself making the shoot a breeze. The day was exceptionally cold, as in ice in the pot poles, but this didn’t stop or prevent Little Owl in any way, quite the trooper, tbh I think I made more fuss about the cold and I was wrapped up!

More than recommended , you’d be daft not to shoot with her :)

WOW!!

We had been planning this hush~hush project for months. Following several very positive meetings and useful exchanges of messages, we finally got together to shoot phase1.

Little Owl arrived early, well prepared and ready to go. Nothing was too much trouble ~ including coping with my sense of humour ~ open to creative ideas and more than able to provide her own. Confident with a very flexible body L O rocked the images with no duds (well, none that were her fault).

This is a project that will need to be delivered in several stages, and based on the experience so far I cant wait to get on with the others. TOTALLY recommended.

Amazing!!!!!!!

Kari,

It was a pleasure to meet and work with you. I was nervous as hell before the shoot and very nearly didn't go. It was my first time in a studio setup and I'm so looking forward to the next one.

You are so much fun to work with. You did everything to ease all of our nerves. I would not have gotten a fraction of the shots that I did if it weren't for your help and guidance.

The first thing you notice about Kari is her amazing Red Hair and the tattoos, which are incredible. The most amazing thing about Kari is her personality and sense of fun. Kari's professionalism is second to none. I look forward to working with Kari again in the future.

Kari once more thank you for making my first shoot so memorable. I hope that we can work together again at some point.

Little owl has a huge personality.

Our original shoot was planned for April but by chance we had an opportunity to work together earlier than planned and I was more than happy that I grabbed the chance.

Shooting in an, quite frankly, overwhelmingly amazing location Little Owl's energy didnt drop once and was still remarkably energetic, despite cold temperatures.

Little Owl's focus is on getting the final image and will do whatever it takes to get that final shot. I am thrilled with the work we have produced and cant wait to start uploading the amazing work we did together.

Roll on April when we have another round! Cant wait!

Oh that was fun. That was SO much fun. What a great model and what a great person.

The original location was pretty much rained off so I suggested a different setting nearby, and I am so glad I did. Kari gave me the chance to shoot fire performance for the first time - what a bloody thrill THAT is - before delving into her bag of clothes for another two looks.

In all seriousness, shooting with this young lady is an absolute pleasure. Great poses, great look and a genuinely warm personality.

I had another great shoot with the talented Kari yesterday.

This was our second shoot and she is a joy to work with.

Pre shoot Comms were perfect and she arrived on time and was ready to shoot very quickly with make up and hair done to a high standard.

We had a lot of fun and got some great images. Kari is very easy going, enthusiastic and needs no direction.

I can't recommend this lady highly enough and if you haven't worked with her you don't know what you are missing.

Had our second shoot with the awesome Kari today. Firstly, this was quite possibly the coldest location shoot we have ever done but Kari put up with the cold admirably. She never once complained as her focus was clearly upon obtaining great images no matter what. Kari is an imaginative and creative model who turns up to shoots with a great wardrobe and props in tow. Pre shoot communication was also first class. We would thoroughly recommend Kari - If you want great images you cant go wrong. :)

I worked alongside Kari at the FYF event for the Halloween topic in quite a few shots and the finished photos speak for themselves, I was a little nervous to be modelling next to such a well known and loved model but she put me at ease and every pose just seemed to happen flawlessly with her.
