I answered an event casting for an evening shoot on Platts Eyot, which was a very enjoyable shoot in spite of the rain or maybe even because of it. The island is full of fascinating locations and plenty of atmosphere.

Christian entertained us and provided refreshments on his camping gas stove!

He worked hard to obtain a replacement model - Ecce - when the originally scheduled model called off. A brilliant choice.

I will certainly be planning a return to Platts Eyot and can highly recommend the location and Christian Lewis.

I attended an evening shoot on Platts Eyot, arranged by Christian.

The original model had cancelled last minute and he had moved mountains to find a stand in.

Christian is an easy bloke to get on with and knows what he's talking about, which made the evening a good affair despite the grim weather.

The Eyot is an amazing location and I'm sure I'll be back there more than once.

I was booked last minute for a shoot on Platts Eyot, and I'm so glad that I was! Platts Eyot is a unique and beautiful place to shoot and Christian kept the photographers and I as comfortable as possible on this rainy evening! I look forward to returning to Platts Eyot soon.

I met Lewis in a Social Event in Platts Eyot Island. Also we shoot toghether, He was very professional, creative, friendly and we had good fun! Obiously I would like to work with Christian again!

I had a shoot on Platts Eyot Island which was a great place to explore. Found a lovely hammock on the rivers edge, old boats, lovely old buildings. I stayed for the social event that evening as well which was really good. A great turn out and good bunch of people! I look forward to another and hopefully shooting on the Island again.

The guys offered some time to shoot on Platts Eyot on Saturday, and I am so pleased they did!

Firstly the Island is a great place to shoot. From wild green spaces to industrial chic - it has the lot.

Secondly both the guys are fantastic. Really easy to chat to, and helpful. Their courses and events are great and I'd encourage anyone to take a closer look....

I've shot at platts eyot twice now and it has a very unique perspective with lots of different shooting locations and a cool rustic feel set on water the island has a lot to offer

I will be shooting there again and recommend it as a place to shoot

I shoot on Platt Eyot Island. A great place to shoot outdoors. Plenty of space and a variety of backdrops. The shoot was for two hours, but I could easily of shoot for the whole day with a model or two. If you get a chance to shoot here you will not be disappointed.

I was booked for a Photography event with 4 photographers at the Platts Eyot Island.

Very spacious island with various locations and view of the lovely river too.

Semi-derelict island,with also a lovely picture-worthy bridge too!

I hope to be invited again to shoot there,I haven't got the opportunity of meeting Shaun yet however but i have met Christian Lewis who is respectful,lovely,on time and had great pre-shoot communication.

Had a shoot arranged at the Platts Eyot island in Hampton.

I think this is a great area for shoots, with unlimited ideas to be found, it is secluded in a beautiful location which is easy to get to, with free parking.

I loved the fact that it is so quiet as it made the shoot a lot easier.

I was only there for 2hrs so didn't get to see it all - but I'm sure there is plenty more to be seen!

They have a great set up & equipment, plus if the weather takes a turn for the worst there is also an indoors location.

I would highly recommend for anyone to shoot here!

Booked myself on a morning workshop with these two on Platts Eyot with Jade Tayla. The island itself is incredible, a theme park for photographers!! Endless oppurtunities outside providing the weather is ok alons with some cool interiors! Both Shaun and Christian offered plenty of great advice throughout the day and respect for them for carrying lights around all day! Will definetly be back soon to experience more of the island and another class! Thanks :)

I had my first shoot with these wonderful guys and it was so fun. The island is absolutely stunning there are so many little place to shoot and creat fab pictures. Both Shaun and Christian are really lovely and friendly and easy to work with.

I 100% recommend working with them.

A big thank you for a great day (even though Jade suffered for the art!) and Platts Eyot is an aladdins cave of places to shoot and as Arne said "Are be back"

The island has diverese areas to shoot at and I wish we had more time to explore and make use of more of the great locations you could see everywhere in this semi abandoned place.

Great for outdoor storytelling photography - recommended.

Attended an event arranged by LewisLloyd location on a private river island near Hampton Court. I have attended a good few events by Christian and Shaun. All I can say they are superb, and look after all great.

The island location is superb, with many great spots. I will be coming back no worries there.

The derelict island photo shoots was an absolutely brilliant day out with great company and fantastic model and not forgetting the great food. The event put on by Christian and Shaun are wonderful hosts the day was fun, relaxed and highly productive.

The island is a brilliant location for photography, it's a place that could be explored for years without exhausting the possibilities. As mentioned, the models were fantastic highly professional, talented and a lot of fun.

it was great just hanging out with some of the other photographers, seeing how they work, and talking gear (as we do).

The event was a wonderful blend of shooting and socialising, absolutely loved it.

Looking forward to join some more events in the future, if you get the opportunity to attend one of these events, take it, you can't go wrong, it is fantastic value and a great experience.

I met Christian on a group shoot that he organised on the abandoned island on Saturday.

He was fully prepared and friendly. Shame we didn't get to shoot together but I'm sure we will in the future. His pre communications was brilliant and I can't really fault anything from that day.

I would recommend Christian to anyone.

I attended a LewisLloyd shoot on an island in the Thames on a chilly but bright day. The island is a brilliant location to shoot with many different backdrops available outside. We worked with 3 different models during the day and each had their own style so the variety of shot available was fantastic. Christian was very friendly and open to guiding less experienced photographers and willing to share his high speed sync triggers and lights. Had a great day.
