I can bend my body in weird shapes including my arms and shoulders too. In this image my shoulder blade is poking out in this pose so my back tattoos are showing for a change... I'm no contortionist but Ive always practiced flexibility. I had to stop after getting nerve damage on my coksix years ago and I gained a lot of weight however the last couple of years I've lost over 7 stone and I've gotten back into it and I can nearly do all the poses I was able to before my operation that left me with nerve damage in 2015.
