Had a fantastic shoot with John this week. What a lovely man, made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the off.

Pre shoot coms were excellent

John turned up with an amazing amount of photographic equipment.

We created some brilliant images and experimented with different lenses/effects, John is a very skilled photographer.

I really enjoyed the shoot and would highly recommend John to all.

I look forward to hopefully shooting with him again

This was my first shoot with John, and it was very memorable for me.I absolutely loved the style we did which was mainly vintage and i was really pleased with what john showed me on the camera he was very experimental with different types of lenses wasn't a dull moment. John is a real gentleman made sure i was comfortable and warm enough he was on time very easy to talk to and happy for me to pose freely with also guidance which is a good combo i would highly recommend him thanks John for a great day and definitely up for a 2023 shoot.

Had a lovely duo shoot this weekend with john and amber at greengate studios. This was a shoot plan proposed by John himself,who invited the lovely Amber to duo with me .

I am very grateful and happy to have been paired with a stunning model and I adored John's patience and enthusiasm throughout the shoot . John has awesome and interesting ideas and I wish we could shoot for longer but wed not long shot at home ! Haha .

Fantastic shoot today with John!

So glad we arranged something, pre shoot communication was perfect - wanted to shoot for his ongoing project “Differently Beautiful” which I was so happy to be apart of!

Worked well together and got some fantastic images! Would highly recommend to any model!

Yay! We finally got to shoot after rearranging several times - I really appreciated how understanding John was after I had some last minute emergencies!

John came on one of my walk & shoots & was an absolute delight to spend the day with.

As a photographer, he clearly knows what he's doing (the images speak for themselves) & he was quick to see opportunities in the landscapes we walked through. He used a couple of different lenses to good effect & I absolutely loved the images I saw on the back of the camera. He was at all times respectful & professional, whilst also being very aware of my comfort (we were shooting in November on location although luckily for us (me!) it was quite mild). John also enjoys working very collaboratively which very much suits my style & he welcomed my input whilst also giving spot on direction when needed.

Personally, I very much enjoyed John's company for the day & it was an absolute pleasure to walk with him. He is kind & thoughtful & a complete gentleman with a very gentle way about him & conversation flowed easily on many topics.

I had been looking forward to working with John for some time & the experience didn't disappoint! Of course I highly recommend John & genuinely very much look forward to working together again, hopefully in the not too distant future.

Had my first shoot with John this morning and could not be happier with how it went brought a vast range of cameras for me to use as props and the time flew by he is definitely one of the best friendliest photographers out there and I cannot wait to see what we created and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have lost count the amount of times I have shot with John over the years! I have been shooting with John since I was about 21 or so and I am now 37 so that’s a lot of years! I can’t recommend John enough he is a friend now not just a photographer! When we do shoot though we do always create some magical images! John is the consummate professional and is always so so polite and respectful, I don’t have a bad word to say I can only sing his praises! Wonderful photographer and human being! If you get the chance to work with John you should take the offer up you won’t regret it! Wholeheartedly recommended!

Well where do I start I don’t know how many times I have worked with John over many many years I believe it was 2007 our first shoot! I think that says it all really, all those years of working with John and every single one has been great. John is honestly one of the nicest people I have met since modelling, not only is he lovely he’s a fantastic photographer. Always the the consummate professional, respectful and polite throughout the shoot. He has absolutely wonderful creative ideas when shooting especially in regards to lighting and the final images are beautiful and unique. Time flies by when shooting with John albeit we do a fair amount of chatting! What I am trying to say is John is one of the good ones and if you get the opportunity to work with him then don’t miss your opportunity! Wholeheartedly recommended and more! Thanks John for all the shoots over the years and here’s to many more!

Oh yes...

John is professional, respectful, really easy to be around, chatty and fun...

John had a very different idea at the start of our shoot that I wasn't sure would work but he proved me wrong haha (really outstanding images)...

We also did a range of art nude shots with different lighting that he captured so so well...

After our 2 hour introductory shoot at a studio day, I was delighted that John booked me 1:1 for a 4 hour shoot at Simply Studio.

It very much felt like continuing where we left off - the conversation flowed naturally, the ideas hit us one after the other, the collaboration was perfect and the day was entirely enjoyable.

The images I saw on the back of the camera made my eyes light up, Im so looking forward to seeing them and working with John again because he is a gem :)

Had the great pleasure of welcoming John to the studio today as part of a multi model group shoot.

It's been a good few years since I last came across John, and his reputation for quality and technical ability is still shining bright.

I look forward to welcoming him back at any time in the future, and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for professional high quality images.

I shot with John for the first time during my first Themed event at Far Forest Studio, Ethereal and Art In The Forest.

John very kindly collected me from the station to help me to get to the studio and to a supermarket the night before, as it is really in the sticks.

I wholeheartedly appreciated that and can't thank him enough.

We then met for the second time during my event and we shot many themes in the 2 hours we had, time flew by, but we were also very productive, and creative and we had time to chat. John had great ideas and he also let me expand on ideas and even suggest additional ideas.

John is very professional, creative, passionate about photography, clever and a complete pleasure to create and work with.

I loved many BOCs that I've seen during our shoot.

I hope we get to work together again in the future.

Highly recommended photographer, professional and human! :)

Ive lost count of how many shoots Ive had with John, Hes attended so many of my studio days and events - Hes a star!

The latest one was my Charity Event at Aatish Studio, He turned up on time, full of help for his group and was an absolute star to have around! He helped so much!

He was also great with the models, helping them with posing and ideas.

Hes great to chat away with and bounce ideas off - I just cant recommend him enough!

Thanks so much for always being a DUDE Mr Duder! ;)

This is the first time I have shot with John and it was in a group shoot setting with multiple models and photographers. I enjoyed my time shooting with John and found him professional and friendly throughout. He gave helpful direction and showed me the photos off the back of the camera often so we could work together to get the shots that he wanted. Thanks for an amazing shoot!

I am lucky enough to have shoot with John many times and he is one of the photographers that I look forward to working with the most without a doubt.

We always shoot something new and creative. Today we worked with potters clay, which was a first for me. I have already seen the images from our shoot and I'm over the moon with how they looked. I had a wonderful time and, as always, our time together flew by.

I look forward to many more shoots with John and I 100% recommend to all!

What a lovely, kind gentleman John is! It was our first time working together at my home and home studio and I am usually a little nervous working with someone new- but its so unusual; I already felt I knew John from first introductions, as we are both rather quirky and on the spectrum!

John arrived with a wealth of quirky film cameras (WHICH I ADORE!) and we started creating beautiful natural light images in my home and outdoors as it was such a lovely day! We then retreated to the studio for the final photographic session using a main beauty dish for overhead lighting and the photographs were beautiful!

John is a very professional, kind, courteous and kind gentleman, with such good energy and a lovely soul. He was also super kind after our shoot to talk me through how to use an old Kodak brownie film camera which I had inherited. He had a film roll which was compatible and we had a very spontaneous and enjoyable shoot with my husband using the 8 frames! :) I also had another film camera which John kindly checked over for me and he found that there was a film roll inside which had mostly been used!

So hopefully (fingers crossed!) there may be something on that camera from an ancestor (grandfather) of mine.I greatly enjoyed Johns company and his warmth; such an endearing, kind man.

His direction was also superb and he was very happy to show me the photographs as we went along which I LOVED! I greatly look forward to seeing the film results and can super highly recommend John to all models and creatives alike. In fact I have adopted him as Uncle John!
