References for Julian M Kilsby

Since I joined PP over a year ago, I identified Julian as one of a handful of favourite photographers whom I aspired to work with; and have pestered him since for a shoot. Fortunately he gave in and invited me to model for a tutorial he was holding last weekend.

Julian was an absolute pleasure to work with - polite, professional, highly skilled, friendly and relaxed (despite my lateness and nerves).

It was really interesting to see him implement such a wide variety of lighting techniques and fun to wear the latex he had loaned for the day. I can't wait to see the images!

Thanks so much Julian. I hope to have opportunity to work together again in the future.

Julian asked me to step in as an MUA for a shoot due to a drop out. Didn't hesitate at the chance to work with him! Julian was friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. Would love to work with him again. Can't wait to see the final images! Makeup by Cathy x

i contacted Julian sooo last minute (THE NIGHT BEFORE) asking if he'd like to shoot me while i made my trip to Birmingham, he got back to me straight away and said ''yep!''

basically, i've worked with Julian 3 times now, and he is such an easy going guy. he is the god of lighting set ups and works hard to get exactly what he wants to achieve.

even though it was so late notice, we pulled together three very strong looks!

he lets me poses like a mad lady, pulling all sorts of shapes expressions, and also very odd expressions! haha

we smash our shoots every time! pleased with what i saw on the back of camera and can't wait to see how they turn out...

thanks so much for being you, and being so damn good at photography!

if you're a model that wants to look beautiful, book him!

Had an amazing shoot with Julian! A lovely friendly genuine guy, laid back, quietly & modestly creating little diamonds!!

We shot allsorts....lingerie sets and fab latex! I had no doubt the images would be any less than mint, but i was blown away by the awesomeness of the results! ...and im not just ass kissing! genuinely adore what we did!!!! ♥

Julian is organised, professional, makes you feel welcome, a star!

I couldnt recommend him enough, on pleasure & ease of shooting with and amazzzzing images! Hero!!!!!!! :D

I had the privilege of working with Julian for the first, but hopefully not the last time a couple of weeks ago. I met him at his studio with his beautiful dog. They are a wonderfully friendly duo! Julian instantly made me feel at ease.

What exceptionally talented photographer, while I was in hair/make up, Julian was busy setting up lights, back drop etc., so the minute I was ready, so was he!! With very few adjustments and a few clicks of the camera, he was ready to move onto the next look!

Obviously I need not recommend Julian, as his reputation precedes him!! I am so thrilled with the images received from Julian, can't wait to shoot with him again!

i was lucky enough to work with THE Julian M Kilsby!

Julian welcomed me at the station with his gorgeous doggy and we headed to the studio, when we got there the mua (Samantha Garnder) was all set up and we got straight to it...

Julian was using a few lights and it was interesting seeing how he worked compared to other photographers i have worked with, he has such a unique style Well by his work you can see this!

We worked quick through each outfit by Kaori's Latex Dreams, he let me express myself freely and the images i saw on the back of camera were HOT HOT HOT!

This is the first time i have met Julian and already i have alot of respect for him! thank you ever so much :) Highly recommended! :)

Julian is that special kind of artist you'll be lucky to meet in person, and I was lucky enough to work with the guy. He has real vision and imagination, and he's a nice lad too :)

I shot with Julian a year ago, Julian's work is out of this world, by far my favourite Uk photographer!

Julian is friendly, directive though keeps things relaxed, creative and just awesome! I found Julian comfortable to be around & very easy to talk to. I still love each & every shot from our shoot.

I highly recommend a shoot with Julian, you will not be disappointed! :)

Had the honour of shooting with Julian back in 2009. I remember being ill at the time but refusing to miss out on the chance to work with him. I was not disappointed, he shot some fantastic shots for my shop Tokyo Royale, Genki Gear tees, a couple of crazy harajuku inspired looks and ofcourse some latex. Can not recommend him highly enough. x
