A year ago I had a very wonderful midlife crisis, and amougst other things took up weight training and transformed my body. I get up at 5.30am 6 days a week to continue to train. I'm proud of the example I set my children, I teach them that I'm not perfect, but I make the very very best of what I am and have.

I love this bodyscape, so few focus on the beauty of the neck and shoulders.
