I am very sorry to say that Ian has passed away. He was very a very passionate and talented photographer, who will be greatly missed but who's work will always live on like the memories of him. Ian was the loveliest man you could ever meet and if you ever had the chance to meet and work with him, I'm sure you'd agree. I hope Ians pp account will be appreciated and remembered as a showcase of his time, effort, talent, and personality.

I’ve done several shoots with Ian to start my modelling career off and has always been so reliable with time. Every time we’ve shot together we get great images and he’s great fun to be around and always makes me feel so chilled while shooting.

I also did my first suspended shoot with him and first shibari, he’d consistently check up on me throughout to make sure I’m doing okay and reassured me if needed be he could get me out of the ties in seconds.

He is such a genuinely nice, humble down to earth guy and is always understanding on the situation no matter what it may be. And always stays professional while working.

Highly recommend Ian for photography, rigging/shibari and suspension.

Absolutely amazing shoot with Ian. Pre coms were fantastic right up until the moment I got to the location! Very respectful throughout. We started off with a bit of food and a chat about the day which to me was perfect! Ian made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole shoot and made sure I wasn’t in pain with any of the suspensions. It was an amazing day with some amazing shots too! Can’t wait to hopefully work together again soon!

Ian had a brief visit to Splash Point Photo after what sounded like a crazy week or two. Communication was good and it was nice to meet him and for him to offer full payment despite having to check out early. There deffo a free hour in it for you in the future :)

Long awaited second shoot but it was defiantly worth it ...

Ian put me up for a few days while I was working in the chester area and was delightful host , he went out of his way and beyond what he needed to do . He provided me a warm , clean and private room . I was very comfortable and happy during my stay .

I love working with Ian as we always compare ideas and mood boards and decide what we would suit us both the most , its great teamwork . I also think its a great idea as if both people involved are interested in the concept your bond to get better results . Ian and myself ventured into the Welsh vallies for our shoot after a quick trip to the skate park . It was a pretty chilly day especially in some parts but Ian was very understanding and patient . He didn't force me to do anything and just did all he could to keep me warm and comfortable throughout the day . We decided to move into the studio due to the weather but I think it was a great idea as when got some varied shots . I was also happy to see that Ian had the confidence to try some new idea even if they didn't work so well .

As always great company and some great images . I am dying to see them . Ian is such a talent he just doesn't quite see It himself sometimes :)

I had my first shoot with Ian this week. He met me from Chester train station and we drove to the amazing studio that we were working at.

Pre-comms were great and we had the shoot planned thoroughly beforehand. He showed me some examples of the mind of images he was hoping to work towards, and together with both our influences we managed to get some wonderful images!

Fun, professional and very respectful guy. I hope to work with him again!

Was lucky to have my first shoot with Ian the other day after he responded to my casting.Pre shoot comms were perfect and he picked me up from the station and we went to the lovely Pathway Studios.

Ian is very laid back, very easy to get on with and has great sense of humour. It was both a very fun and relaxed shoot but also very creative as we got through various sets during the day. He has a very good eye for getting the right image and I must say I'm so thrilled by our results from what I've seen!

I wish every photographer could be like Ian! I was lucky to meet and shoot with him today at Pathway Studios in Chester during my studio day! Ian was incredibly fun to work with, we were cracking jokes almost all the time and still got some wonderful images (means we are both truly professional and can balance fun with work! ;)).

I am so happy that I met this kind person and also photographer with a good eye!

I had my first shoot with Ian on a studio day at Pathway Studios in Chester.

We went for dinner first with the studio owner (Expressionbox) which was a great ice breaker. Ian's love of photography shone through right away, his passion for black and white art nudes is something we both share, and I'm so glad I got to be apart of his vision.

Ian is a true gentleman, a good laugh and a very skilled, experimental photographer. We've already been discussing our next shoot together! I would certainly recommend this lovely chap!
