I had another brilliant studio day at Studio 58 - this time with Retro Rob! The photographers we worked with were very pleased with the results and as usual Pete, the owner, was on hand to help.

I always enjoy seeing Pete and working at Studio 58 - I feel very at home here! The space is excellent and the range of sets offer totally different looks.

I can't wait to be back at Studio 58 in January with Retro Rob again :)

this was my first visit to the studio and i shot with Ivy Lee shooting fashion and lingerie.

great welcome and shown around. loads of choices to get sets up and running very easily. the majority of the lights had wheels and no trip hazards and loads of power points so cables weren't a problem either

time flew and look forward to shooting there again and i have added to the big hats collections

We did a commercial fitness shoot, with the powerful studio lights that Pete has got recently, we manage to get a lot of amazing action images! Had a really great time and looking forward to do more in this studio!

I jumped at the chance to work at this amazing studio when I recieved an invite from the owner Peter Grigg a couple of months back for a full studio day!

My communication with Peter had been excellent and they were highly considerate and hospitable both before the event day and once on set.

The studio day was a sell out and flew by!!

As for the space itself, I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing studio! Decoated to a very high standard and certainly with a stylish and creative flair! As well as being spotlessly clean and organised!

Certainly a favourite studio of mine!

I cannot wait to work there again soon and cannot recommend Studio58bristol highly enough!

Ghost Light Photography

I had the opportunity to visit this excellent studio as part of a studio day shoot with Talli Lyndsey. With a number of pre-built shooting areas as well as the paper rolls, this studio gives a lot of variety to a shoot and the great range of lights and modifiers just adds even more to the creativity achievable.

Peter was on hand to show me around the spaces before leaving us to shoot as we wanted.

A welcome addition to the photography world in Bristol and I hope to shoot there again very soon.

Had a fab duo shoot with another model here at Studio 58 last night. Met Pete who was a lovely guy, studio is homely and the sets and props are all great to use. We had lots of fun and achieved quite a bit in a short amount of time. Very happy with my experience, and would be excited to work here again. Thank you

Had another fantastic shoot at the studio! Peter welcomed me and Kirsty there for a shoot prior to our studio day we have booked for November.

The Studio was warm as we entered. Everything was set up and ready. With props and furniture all easyily accessable.

We got Lots of fantastic shots throughout the studio and I would highly recommend this studio.

Looking forward to working here again on our studio day! :)

Used the studio on hire today and dont regret a single thing about it. A lovely set up and very homely... welcomed to teas and coffee galore and pete is a lovely guy and very professional. Allowed full use of any equipment needed.

Very highly recommended if your in need of a studio to hire. Will defo use again.

It was a pleasure to shoot at Studio58. Well equipped, easy to find and always important, if you can't park in the yard, there is plenty of free parking on the road outside. It was nice and warm, good model changing facilities, kitchen with tea, coffee etc and the owner Peter was on hand to show me round. Plenty of lighting, backgrounds with different shooting areas, props etc. Highly recommended.

Fabulous studio! Settings are unique and realistic (it can easily look like you're shooting inside a mansion!) and models are well catered for. WARM changing area with mirror, plug sockets, plenty of space, and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, water and biscuits. The shooting area has overhead heaters - fantastic! The host Peter is a great guy; easy to get on with and really helpful. Overall, highly recommended. I will be back!

Studio58 is an excellent place to shoot - and gives Bristol the affordable, welcoming studio that it has needed. It’s got lots of different sets, loads of props and lighting options, and you have the freedom to move furniture around however you want. Peter is a very helpful and supportive host, and it’s a really nice place to work. Highly recommended to all photographers and models.

Had my first shoot at Studio 58 today, (should have been my second but the first was cancelled at the last minute for medical reasons, and about which Peter could not have been more understanding), and what a corker of a Studio it is.

They have a surprisingly wide variety of sets all of which are finished to an extremely high standard, lots of props and masses of quality lighting equipment.

Peter is a diamond, and all in all I highly recommend it.

First time shooting at this studio, great set-up very versatile with a number of settings and options available. Will definitely be back and would recommend for a shoot in the Bristol area.

I have been wanting to work at this studio for a while and finally I did! Thank you for DonD for filling my cancellation :-)

The studio exceeded all of my expectations and all the good things I had heard about it.

This studio only being a 15 minute drive for me when I'm in Bristol is amazing.

I was greeted by Peter who is a lovely man he showed me around the studio and we had a chat he was fantastic with communication before the shoot too.

The studio is so clean and tidy with lots of different sets it has so much space and height, lots of props, easy to park and the changing room are really good and spacious.

I honestly can not fault this studio and I hope I can come back a lot! I'm only down the road ;)

Had a return visit at Studio 58 this afternoon with the wonderful Hannah Clare and must say I'm more impressed with this studio every time I go.

Pete and Carlos were there when I arrived and were as welcoming and friendly as ever.

Was impressed to see they've been busy setting up some Christmas prop effects which we made good use of. Also some additional lighting options had appeared since my last visit.

Cannot recommend this studio highly enough. I will be back in the New Year.

Love this studio, lots of space! There are partition of areas with different decoration which give you choices of backgrounds to choose and that help me a lot as I found it very hard to get creative in studio sometimes with just plain walls. The studio provides both studio flash lights and continuous lights, colour gels, plenty of props, a big area with plenty of lights for makeup and hair and of course there coffee tea and biscuits! Will definitely come back for more. Highly recommended.

Yep me again. Love this studio, used a totally different set up today to shoot. The two models Siggy & Melany studio day was a blast and they loved the variety you can get from the various shooting sets.

Again Peter was available but not intrusive. Pleased to see the studio getting the recognition it deserves.

I had my first studio day with the incredible Siggy at Studio 58 and it was very successful - so much so that I have re-booked the studio straight away!

Pete is fantastic on comms and was on hand to help and advise the photographers. He has created a fantastic spacious studio with 4 or more different sets, all ready to use - and some brilliant props. The models' changing area is very stylist and well-kitted out.

We were all made to feel very welcome, parking is easy and free, the studio has loads of potential for new and original shots, and I very highly recommend it!

Thank you Pete for an awesome studio day, can't wait to be back with you in November! :)
