References for Studio58 Bristol

I lost my shoot venue at very short notice and Studio58 was available, so pleased it was, what great studio to be working in. A good selection of 'stages' and lighting kit, as well as being warm on a January evening. We got the our shots using a few of the set ups.

I guess I'll be back some a great place to shoot, good kitchen and WC also helps.

Today I had the chance to shoot at studio 58 a great studio with great sets and props, lighting is really good and was nice and warm, great facilities.

Pete is a really nice and very helpful man who is willing to help anyway he can. really looking forward to shooting there again. Thank you it was great.

Had a great return visit to Studio 58 yesterday. I'm always amazed at the number of high quality sets they have managed to fit into the Studio. It offers real variety. There's stacks of quality lighting equipment, and Peter is an absolute gent. I highly recommend it.

My second shoot at this great venue this time with The Dream Team Bristol group. A loosely Christmas theme shoot. Plenty of studio space with one section taken up with a Christmas front window display. The studio is Ideal for 1 to 1 shoots or small group shoots, a small kitchen and toilet/make-up area available. Unfortunately not disabled friendly due to being on upper floor of a old Factory/Warehouse. 100% recommend this studio in Bristol.

Had my first shoot at Studio 58 & it was great! Guys were very helpful, had all the heaters on for me, showed me where everything was and were really lovely!

The studio itself was great, tons of props & different set ups available. Spacious, clean and tidy!

Look forward to shooting here again

My first visit to Studio58 today, shooting with Holly M. We were late arriving (due to the O2 network dishing my google maps) but Pete was still there outside the studio on the lookout for us.

Pete is a top lad, who was very helpful with a great personality who took my banter and returned it with interest :)

The Studio was nice and warm thanks to a series of well placed overhead heating elements.

The Studio had both constant lighting ( which I did not use ) together with top of the range Godox flash units which had power in abundance.

I used predominantly a 40cm beauty dish and a 150cm Octobox for our shoot but there were other light modifiers as well and all within easy reach. Another very good point about the flash units is that they were all located on top of light stands which had casters on them. I cannot stress enough how much more convenient this set-up is.

We used the White and Grey paper backgrounds and the pulley mechanism ran freely but securly. There is a very well constructed wood paneled corner to the studio which worked well and could be used for a great many styles of shoot depending on the chosen props/lighting.

Overall, I was very impressed with the Studio that Pete has thoughtfully constructed this year and heartily recommend it to photographers near and far.

Catch you again Pete sometime down the road ... but not too far I hope.

It was my first shoot at studio 58 and wow I was impressed. Lots of different places to shoot and props. I would definitely be using the studio again.he help us set up at the start and he was a great laugh.

Would deffo recommend using the studio again.

First time using studio 58, and a nice warm and well kitted out studio, enough space and prop's to keep the thought's going, the model on the day was Lenah, who I have worked with numerous times before, so new we would get some great images.

Two hours flew by as we new it would, Lenah worked hard to get the images I wanted, so thank's to her.

My first studio day and wow I was impressed by this studio. The set up was excellent, rooms warm and Pete was just so nice helping with set up and ensuring I was comfortable as well as the others involved. Being my first studio day I couldn’t have a chosen a better studio. Definitely recommended

I've done two fantastic shoots at studio 58. It's an amazing location and the owner is lovely, really friendly and welcoming remembered my name when I returned which is really lovely. He has put a lot of thought into the studio and sets the studio up to whatever your needs are. Great place. A must try for every photographer and Hmua alike, great room to get ready, kitchen and toilet facilities. It's a fantastic use of space and there's lots of it.

I had my first shoot at studio 58 yesterday and wow what a great studio!

Peter the owner is very friendly and has put alot of thought into the studio.

The heaters! As a model who gets cold very easily, I was very impressed with his heating system. The changing room was nice and warm for my arrival and a great space to get ready. Very clean and the sets he has made are wonderful.

I will defiantly come back and shoot here again if I get the chance.

Very highly recommended!

Love this studio. I have my own studio to shoot in but just love the ideas that come up from using this inspiration layout.

Shot 2 days on the trot. Siggy/Elaine Blue studio day on Friday and my own "All Male Shoot" on Saturday.

As ever Peter on hand but not intrusive to offer help if needed.

Yesss! This is a brilliant space!! Studio58 has it all. Great dimensions, with high ceilings and a extremely generous floor plan. A large number of interesting sets and backdrops, a growing collection of lighting props & furniture, proper kitchen & dressing facilities finished to a high standard. Plus its well kept and run enthusiastically. There isn't a place quite like it in Bristol at the moment and it's a huge asset to the photography/modelling community. I had a great day shooting here and I'm really looking forward to being back. Great work!

Yesterday I had my first shoot at Studio58 and I was very impressed! Great studio, warm and clean with a variety of versatile sets, a gorgeous dressing room and plenty of tea and biscuits!

The studio was spacious and well laid out with enough sets to keep you busy for days. I'm already planning a return trip to this great studio!

I shot at Studio58 for 4 hours and I was spoilt with choice from lighting equipment, to sets.

Pete was an absolute pleasure supplying the model, my assistant and me with coffee and making sure the studio was warm for the model at the time of shooting.

I am definitely putting Studio58 into my list of preferred locations and plan on shooting there often.

My first time at Studio 58 today and I loved it! The owner welcomed us in, and showed me around, let me know where everything was.

The studio has everything you can need from a kitchen to a dressing room with a toilet, and some amazing backdrops and props already set up ready to use. I'll definitely be back soon!

What a real priveledge it was to shoot at Studio 58 with this brilliant studio hosting The Melany and Retro Rob tour.

I felt so welcome and part of the family here we created some incredible images that I can't wait to add to my portfolio.

Studio 58 had brilliant room setting options that allowed us to add different feels to each set and moods.
