Very fortunate to book a couple of hours with Gem during her recent trip to the East Midlands.Pre-shoot comms where excellent, on hearing that I would be bringing my motorbike to the studio Gem told me that she would put together a couple of outfits to use in the shoot.On arrival at the studio Gem told what she had brought and I have to say that I was a little concerned that her ideas would not work. I should never doubt a model with the experience(and photographic knowledge)of Gem. The ideas sounded strange but once the shoot was in full flow everything just clicked. Gem needs no direction, poses flowed smoothly from position to position with the outfits giving a totally different aspect to my "Model on a bike" images.

A fantastic shoot that was over all to soon. W e are already discussing ideas for our next shoot (and possibly a third)

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Gem to all photographers.

Just finished a remote shoot with Gemma, and have to say as my first experience with a remote shoot I couldn't have asked for more, explained the software quickly and easily.

We got some great images and the light coming into her home was absolutely fantastic, cannot wait to book again later in the year.

I can highly recommend booking Gemma to anyone who is thinking of doing so!

Ghost Light Photography

It has been far too long since my first shoot with the fabulous Gem. This second shoot was conducted remotely and was hugely enjoyable. Exchange of detailed messages in advance quickly gave us a structure for our time and whilst there were a few things we both wanted to cover, we retained the flexibility of the full range of outfits Gem owns. This meant we could pick and choose looks and develop the styling for each set.

One thing we were both interested in trying was a bath set. I cannot thank Gem enough for the work she put in to achieving this, even going through a “dry” run to fully assess the practicalities of shooting in this small space. Reviewing this set together afterwards was an absolute delight as we could see the superb results of that time and effort.

If you had any doubts about a remote shoot, book one with Gem. I hope we can work together again soon.

It's been a little while since I've shot with Gem but finally got around to doing something now that she's started remote shooting. We arrange to do some portraits and fashion using natural light and different backgrounds. Gem was as easy to work with as I remembered from our in person shoots and we got some lovely images on the day.

Gem's modelling skills along with her make up skills are a great combination, I hope to make more use of them for a creative look in the near future.

It was a pleasure working with Gemma on a remote shoot today.

Pre-shoot communications were prompt, and it was clear that Gemma has put thought into the moodboard I supplied in advance. Gemma was easy-going and friendly, but equally hard-working. She was able to pose on her own, but also took directions very well. She was also able to give useful creative input. All of this meant that we managed to get a lot of fantastic photos :)

I would highly recommend Gemma, and would love to be able to work with Gemma again.

REMOTE SHOOT REFERENCE

I had a remote session with Gemma today(having shot in a studio together a few years back) - this is my third remote shoot and I can highly recommend them as a means to be creative in these crazy times.

Gemma's comms were brilliant, as was her flexibility (homeschooling mum etc!) and her request for brief was followed by a design wardrobe video to showcase items that would fit the brief.

The shoot was brilliant fun! Gemma is engaging, fun, and fluid as well as professional and supportive.

The images we created look fab and Im delighted with the session.

First Shoot with Gem and Elle, at NLS, and what a great time was had with them both, we tried all the ideas I had suggested, and also managed to do something for a competition I was entering, and both girls worked out some amazing shapes and contortions. I have shot with Gem on multiple occasions over the last 5 years, both a model and MUA, and she just keeps getting better and better. On this occasion, Gem was one of two models shared with two other photographers at Natural Light Spaces.

A total professional, Gem’s posing is spot on, and her lingerie wardrobe legendary. Above all she is intelligent, articulate and an absolute pleasure to work with. She of course remains Highly Recommended.

Shot with Gem posing under water! This itself is no mean feat and takes modelling to new depths (pun intended). She was focused and committed obtaining the required shoot despite the effort required. She was ethereal and gracefully between with her poses creating a unique shoot. Highly recommended!

We had the amazing model Gemma Huh at our Underwater Tank Event!

What an incredible hard working model we had yesterday! She was full of energy, created amazing poses and beautiful images!

I had the pleasure of a first shoot with Gem at Gabriel’s studio in Stratford. An amazing gold body paint shoot, Gem’s make up talent was as great as her posing a very professional approach to both.
