I had a great remote shoot with Gary earlier this month using my new set up here at my home studio.

As has been said all along, remote shoots are not a replacement for 'in person shoots' but, as has been proved now over and over- they are a fabulous and creative alternative while we are unable to shoot face to face.

Gary had laid out which sets he wanted to use for our three hour shoot and what kind of styling he wanted which helped me get prepared for our shoot. We did also go off piste and change ideas as we went- which proves remotes are not rigid things- you can still have spontaneity! Wow, it felt good to be shooting again!

Gary had experience shooting models remotely already so knew the ropes.

Looking forward to having another shoot with Gary at soon, maybe remotely and of course, in person when we can! :D

I had a wonderful remote shoot recently with Gary. His precomms are really awesome, with a mood board and lots of ideas being discussed I really felt I knew what to prepare before the shoot. It's always really helpful when a photographer knows what sort of style and shots he is after even more so for a remote shoot. So this was super super helpful.

As soon as I turned my zoom call on and we got chatting I knew straight away that Gary and I would get on well. We both enjoy a good natter and well our shoot wasn't sure of a good chat. This to me is an awesome quality to have in a photographer, just being able to have a chat and built that all important rapport before, during and after a shoot is really great.

Gary was a joy to work with throughout and the images look really great. I would highly recommend working with Gary. I`m really looking forward to our next shoot in November. When things are safer I would love the opportunity to work with Gary in person.

Had A pleassure to shoot with Garry not the first time in general , but first time at mine place . He replied to my casting call and we promptly set up ideas .

It is always a pleasure to work with Garry - he is very well organised - ideas prepared and never a dull moment .

As this was one of my firsts shoots at home , I was a little bit nervous . But Garry arrived on time and as soon as I showed around the place , we just dived into creating some really fab images . Throughout 3 h we managed to get through Quite vast amount of sets - I think around 4-5 sets nearly - amazing work done . And it was with ease , with jokes in between and h just flew by .

Having worked with Gary on a few occasions and always of course ending on an absolute high wit guaranteed epic results, we did very first remote shoot together back in June 2020 when it was all relatively new. At this point, i had only done a handful... and now came the question.... Could we still feel the same about shooting together while ... not... being in the same room together. After just a few tech issues, well, the answer turned out to be "yes". We overcame them, and soon we were fluidly shooting from one set to the next as if Gary himself was stood behind the lens...only he was, but on a video call. It worked like magic and the results are awesome. Gary is always great at communicating and directing and so wherever he wanted the lights moving... I would move them. Wherever he wanted the camera positioned, i would position it. Nothing was too much effort and it made for a super relaxed and fun couple of hours with many images that I couldn't wait to send his way for editing .. and they of course came our as grand as usual. :)

I hope that we can shoot together soon whether it be remotely or in person, as i have always enjoyed my shoots with Gary. Always highly recommended by me.

I've lost count of the amount of time I've shot with Gary! Every time we work together we make something even more awesome than the last shoot and end of with zillions of favourite images! He's immensely creative and a pleasure to talk to, utterly hilarious and a fantastic photographer so if you ever get the opportunity to work together, do! :D

Urray - one more project made with Garry in co work with JeffStu , creating some more challanging ropeart.

As always - communication spot on - we met as agreed at train station and headed towards super warm and cosy studio .

I was introduced with the days challenges and although I knew - we are super creative team - we managed to surprise ourselves with final challenge of the shoot as well - you guys just nailed it .

Gary comes highly recommended by previous colegues in photo art , and also by me - he is super organised , friendly , excellent sense of humour and at all times making sure , if model is comfortable .

Images came out just fab - we had 5 sets altogether and time just flew in seconds .

During shoot we already agreed , we need to get outside the studio walls soon too . So definatly gonna work with Gary again .

Meanwhile - if you have not shot with this creative soul - please do - he is fab and loves what he does .

Had a brilliant 2nd shoot with Gary this weekend. The hours flew by and we covered a great variety of ideas.

His studio is brilliant - so many great props and equiptment to suit any style imaginable and despite what he'll try and tell you - he knows exactly how to use it all to the greatest advantage. His knowledge really is vastly impressive - not just about photography, he also gave me some brill make up tips and fascinating info on scuba diving 😆.

Gary is an absolute delight to work with as a lovely human and fantastic photographer - always ensuring his models comfort and safety are paramount and never a dull moment :) looking forward to hopefully many more!

Gary joined myself and Christian Red for our third "Shooting Shibari" workshop this weekend. Gary is such a pleasure to work with, so thoughtful and polite (plus he brought me Jaffa cakes so that means I have to give him a positive reference right?!) :P

The workshop consisted of three main parts: set-up / posed rope shots as both static and suspension based transitions, a hands-on education on tying basic patterns and structures and finally a performance set up to be documented. The aim of the workshop was to challenge totally different and contrasting styles of photography all of which Gary threw himself into with passion and energy (whilst being very considerate of how long I was able to maintain each position and assisting me with managing other people in the group for this reason). I have no doubts that Gary captured some fab shots and I can't wait to see them properly! He's a great photographer!

I was also very impressed by Gary's attitude towards trying new things, especially when it came to learning to tie. Gary has been to previous rope workshops i've done and it was clear that his skills are improving and that he has paid a lot of attention to what was previously taught. No hesitation at all when it came to advancing those skills and it was a real pleasure to watch him tie - paying particular attention to safety and comfort of the person in his ropes.

I love shooting with Gary and i'm super excited to see the images from the day!

Had another wonderful shoot with Gary, this time joined by JeffStu for some more Shibari work.

As always, Gary is a wonderful guy to get on with, has a great sense of humour, takes on ideas, and is extremely attentive to the model's needs and safety (something very important in Shibari work).

Definitely recommended and can't wait for the next one.

Had the pleasure to work with Gary at his studio at a very short notice! A photographer that booked me cancelled 2 days before and Gary jumped with the offer of booking me for the cancellation we both had. It ended up being such a great day, we had a wonder for some location shoots and Gary made me feel super at ease and we got some fantastic shots together :) I highly recommend shooting with the creative Gary! :)

Had a brilliant shibari/suspension shoot at Gary's studio - he was kind and welcoming and made sure we were all completely at ease from the start. He was attentive throughout the shoot and joined in taking the shots and supporting/advising the other photographer. His knowledge and studio/resources are extensive and he's a truly love human :) highly recommended!

He has a great studio with suspension points suitable for shibari rope suspensions.

Yiipiii yooo - what a fab shoot we had again. This time we followed the plan to learn more about Shibari - and together with JeffStue - them swapping their knowledge , and me representing their work to camera - we created one hell of an amazing shibari moody shoot - images are amazing . And it was absolute bliss to work with Garry . As always in positive , creative mood , down to earth and patient and eager to achieve the best results possible .

He is versatile photographer , so highly recommended to different style shoots - would that be editorial , sensual or shibari shoot - he can do them all .

had a shoot with Garry first time - hes pre-shoot communication level - spot on - had no questions pf what we are about to shoot. He was very kind to meet me at train station - which gave us about 10-15 min time to introduce ourselves eye-to-eye and straight away i understood we gonna have fab time - Garry is well organised - keen eye to an angle - easy to follow directions when given - and at all times i was aware of what we are shooting - and if we got some accident shot it was deleted with no marks given - highly recommended. Professional - easy going person with divine portfolio already . Book for yourself ;). Looking forward to work with Garry again in near future. Thank you
