They have everthing you need ... great settings and such a lovely relaxed place, mark is very helpful and always around when u need him to help change sets etc.

They have a big woodland which is secluded to get some great images ... i hope to try the waterfall set next time

I look forward to working here again

Good studio, surrounded by secluded forest.

Good equipment, all worked flawlessly. Mark was very attentive, kept an eye on things and supplied hot drinks and biscuits. We used the studio as well as doing some shots outside (when it stopped raining!) but we stopped short of using the waterfall – it was just a bit too cold that day. Another time, perhaps...

I shot with Claire Topaz at Far Forest Studio and had a great day. Mark made everything very easy from the outset and was on hand with help and advice throughout. The studio is unique in its setting and is well worth a visit.

I can't thank Mark enough for everything he did today, I am very new to photography and still have a lot to learn and Mark went out of his way to do all he could to help me today. From setting up equipment, to helping with the settings in my camera and just really helpful and supportive advice.

Leading up to the shoot the communication with Mark was clear and helpful and responses came very fast. He was also one of the friendliest guys you could wish to meet.

I can't thank Mark enough for today, and have to add that he knows how to make one of the best cups of tea.

Wow! What an amazing studio! I couldn't have been happier with the facilities - there's a great dressing room, plenty of indoor studio space as well as the incredible woodlands, formal gardens and waterfall outside. Mark was really helpful and clearly takes very good care of the studio and grounds. Would love to come back and shoot here again soon!

What a fantastic place! I can only echo what has been said before; the studio is very nice with a great dressing room for the model and facilities for a cuppa and a chocolate biscuit. The USP is the private outdoor space with woodland, ferns, bushes, a pond and a waterfall set. I spent my entire shoot outside using the woods as the set made all the better by the morning mist. Fabulous atmospheric images were the result and my model was as enthusiastic about the place as I. Definitely planning a return visit.

What a fabulous studio space this is. We booked Far Forrest as the grounds and waterfall offered us a secure space to shoot with our model without being disturbed by dog walkers and ramblers ;)

Mark offered us the chance to look round before the actual shoot day which was beneficial so we could plan in advance.

On the day we arrived (a little later than planned) and the kettle was on, Poor Mark was suffering so kept his distance but was on hand should we have needed it.

The woods are brilliant, lovely tall trees with a carpet of ferns offering so many shooting opportunities. We made good use of the outside space before venturing to the Waterfall. Mark was great, he ensured the hot tub was on to warm the model up afterwards.

We didnt need to use the inside studio space but it is a good size with lots of props and backdrops.

Would definitely recommend this studio and look forward to working there again in the future.

What a fantastic studio. I'm so glad I have been introduced to it now and hope to work here often. This studio has literally everything you need for the best shoot ever. A studio fully equipped, even a costume hire service with a wide range of outfits and accessories, a hot tub and a giant man made waterfall!!. It was cold and raining but I had to give the waterfall a go and the pics are brilliant. This studio is really reasonable to hire and the owners are very lovely and helpful. Hope to be back very soon. Highly recommend this amazing place to everyone.

I had a lovely four hours at far Forest Studio on Monday.

It is such a magical place to work. Not only is there a fully equipped studio, there is so much to take advantage of around the grounds, obviously including the waterfall and beautiful woodland.

The model changing area is the best I've been in. It was spacious, included a toilet, shower, sink, several mirrors and things like towels and robes. It was great to have these luxuries for a change!

Having Mark around to help was really useful and he made sure I was comfortable at all times.

I really hope to be back in this wonderful studio soon!

i arrived at the studio today in plenty of time with my model for the day misuzu, so we decided to take afew pictures a couple of hundred yrds down the rd from the studio . we drove back to the studio on the alotted time to shoot, and was greeted by mark , i told him we had just took a couple of pictures down the rd , and he told us the land was is [ awesome ] mark was the perfect host , showing us around the grounds which r so beautiful and even telling us the good spots to shoot at , There is so much going on [ beautiful grounds, a waterfall which i thought was awesome , pond with koi carp in it , a lovely little summer house over looking the pond , a jacuzzi , so many little nooks and crannies to photograph in and around , Mark even helped out with lighting my model [ althou we used only natural daylight , mark was there with the reflector to help out to bounce light back on the model , i cant thankyou enough mark for such a lovely time spent there and your help , its a GEM of a place for any photographer of all levels to capture some great images. FARFOREST STUDIO is a beautiful place to get something a little different for your portolio Thankyou again mark for being the perfect host we had a great time , and i will be coming back again . untill the next time .

Had another great shoot at the fantastic Far Forest Studio yesterday. I've been there so much lately that it feels like my second home.

As always Mark was on hand to provide his expert guidance on lighting together with styling advice from the lovely Dani. Together they helped me create some fabulous images of the lovely Claire Topaz.

If you haven't had the pleasure of working af Far Forest, you are most definitely missing out. You get such a friendly welcome from Mark, Lyn & Dani and it is so well equipped that you can't fail to get great images. The studio is set in lovely woodland so you get the best of both worlds with both indoor and outdoor facilities available. Of course there is also the waterfall and the hot tub.

I recommend it to togs & models but please leave me a little space on Saturdays :-)

Had a shoot here with JK SW photography. The facilities are simply great, All amenities and comforts and Mark on hand to help with any aspect.

The shoot ran well and we had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this studio from a models prospective. Art nude in private woodland and gardens with a waterfall feature and excellent studio.

Post waterfall shoot Mark very kindly had the hot tub ready for me to jumo in and warm up in. Really nice touch. Shower and dressing room more than adequate and of high standard.

Look forward to shooting there again x

This place is amazing....i had the pleasure of doing a shoot at FARFOREST studios with GWR and im going as far as saying my best shoot yet! The location is something very special it has everything a model and photographer needs . Also mark makes a nice cuppa tea and is there to help with anything you need. Worst part going under a cold waterfall, best part hitting the jacuzzi at the end to relax ,you just cant beat it!

I highly reccomend all photographers to go and try it out and models you will love it too xxx

Once upon a time in a forest, far, far away (near Kidiminster) is a studio that is totally unlike any other!

Set within an enchanted forest, Far Forest has everything a photographer, model and make up artist would want!

An air conditioned, high height, long length studio with a great range of lights and natural light if needed, plenty of clothes, props and helpful advice. A changing room with plenty of light, hair & make up area, toilet and shower!

Outside was just as good if not better, with both landscaped gardens and wild forest, a purpose built naturally looking waterfall, hot tub/jacuzzi, large garden pond, a hanging chair and so much space!

Mark was the perfect host and was readily on hand to offer guidance and help, which for me was ideal.

PERFECT in every single aspect and I can't wait to shoot here again.

Mark was a fantastic host and the studio is absolutely stunning. Set in a wonderful part of the world surrounded by superb natural beauty, I’d recommend the studio for any model/tog looking for somewhere unique to shoot a variety of styles.

The studio is magnificently equipped, clean, modern and comes with luxuries like a show and dressing room. I made use of the outdoor waterfall which is truly exceptional and the studio comes with a hugely well stocked prop room full of clothes that can be rented.

Mark was on hand to support us at all times, was an absolutely gentleman ad really went the extra mile.

Would 100% recommend. Would happily shoot again in a heartbeat.

I returned to the tranquil Far Forest Studio yesterday, this time with the beautiful Rebecca J. Royle. Having shot there before I knew exactly what to expect – almost. The studio is as ever fantastically appointed and has brilliant outdoor woodland, a lake and much more.

The latest addition is a majestic waterfall. It must be nearly 20 feet high and built with posing in mind. I got some terrific shots with owner Mark on hand to assist.

I can’t praise the efforts of Mark highly enough. This facility is fantastic.

Thank you so much Rebecca and Mark for a great shoot, making pictures just doesn’t get better than this. I’ll be back.

Far Forest is an amazing studio and it may well be unique in the UK. It is certainly the only studio I have ever visited where you can shoot inside in the normal way and then step straight into an outside studio which is a large private natural forest environment. Within the forest is a large purpose built waterfall area which is brilliant. I just loved the whole place and had a great day. The owners Mark and Lynne are lovely people and could not have been more helpful. They have obviously put a great deal of work into the venture and I wish them every success. Will be back there very soon. Highly recommended.
