I had my first photo shoot at Far Forest studios last week and have to say it was an amazing place to work.

I was welcomed nicely it was warm and a lovely environment. The grounds surrounding it are beautiful and it is excellent for location work .

I was also given some very strong tips on modelling which will help me in the future xx

I had my first shoot at Far Forest over the weekend and I must say it is a truly beautiful location. There are so many options although unfortunately I didn't have time to explore them all!

Mark and his wife were very welcoming (thanks again for those amazing mince pies!) and friendly. There was everything I could have possibly needed at a studio - fantastic facilities!

As a photographer I have had some wonderful photos back so far and I am really looking forward to seeing the rest.

I could go on about how great this place is but I'll just say go visit for yourself! Thanks again Mark and I hope we end up working together again very soon!

I had a great shoot here today at Far Forest Studios. Mark was a superb host, advisor and mentor. A man of great talent also a complete gent. I will be shooting at Far Forest again. The studio is superbly equipped.

It's also situated in a superb setting. Unfortunately due to the weather I was not able to take advantage of the outdoor element Though thanks to Mark's kind invite to check out the venues facilities a few weeks before my shoot I was able to see the whole potential which is immense. All this for a bargain price.

If you love your photography give this place a go.

A second shoot here on the 27th Nov, another thoroughly enjoyable visit, Mark and Lynne along with Jolene (our lovely Model) were terrific, Mark is so helpful and patient, Lynne with her ideas for the styles we used (we had to deal with a late change of plans) great place to visit and shoot, I would venture to suggest an ideal place for an inexperienced photographer to visit as well, Chris.

Had my first studio shoot with Albion Rob on Saturday at the wonderfull Far Forest Studio.

Mark was incredibly freindly, welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. Upon arriving he made us a beautiful cup of tea and showed me around the different sets he and his wife had made. It was really impressive and I admire his passion for his art! He was an excellent proprietor/host and I can't wait to work on futher projects/shoot with Mark or just being at the studio in general.

Couldn't recommended them any higher and hope for many more wonderful trips to Far Forest Studio.

I did a shoot on Nov 5th, everything about the afternoon there was first rate, Mark did everything to ensure it was a success, so efficient and helpful, didn't get to explore the grounds,so very much hoping to arrange another shoot before too long Chris Reeves.

Had a photo shoot at Far Forest studio with model Rosie Lea. What a super place. A well designed studio with central heating ! and plenty of lights etc. Then the outside grounds with forest, pond, etc are great. Mark is really helpful and full of good ideas. We used his graveyard area, and with off-camera flash ( thanks to Mark for his help) we got some amazing images. A great location for a photo shoot. Highly recommended.

I was booked for a shoot at Far Forest Studio for the second time yesterday.

As always Mark was lovely and great company. Nothing is too much trouble for him and photographers who hire the studio are sure of a warm welcome and an accommodating host.

The studio itself is beautiful, varied and constantly expanding. I used areas of the outside space that I missed last time and it was all so lovely, especially with the abundance of autumn leaves.

I'd recommend the studio to everyone, photographers and models alike as it holds so much potential whatever your style.

Not only first time at the Far Forest Studio but first time in a studio proper and they could not have been more helpful even organising a model when my original had to cancel.

All the kit was set up and usage all explained and new set-ups were proposed and sorted for me to keep the session moving along.

Will definitely be going again.

Another absolutely amazing day at far forest studio....

The studio is just brilliant and the sets mind blowing. I enjoyed every moment. I would definitely recommend this place to all photographers and models. It's a place that you want to go to again and again.

Mark is awesome and his wife is beautiful... she helped with wigs props and even made sandwiches. Thank you for having me guys see you again soon xx

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Great studio, great location, fantastic sets and very helpful studio owner & co. The outside sets especially are well thought out, relevant and well executed, where else can you shoot under a waterfall in your back garden?

Would definitely recommend.

Amazing studio, awesome sets and fantastic lighting set up. Highly recommend using far forest, Mark was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Will definitely be back many times as there is so much variety and so much to try.

I have been to this studio on a few occasions and each time they have been brilliant and very accommodating. Their studio has a vast amount of props and costumes to choose from. I have also had the pleasure of getting my hair done here and they were very good. Definitely booking to come here again in the summer!

I've had excellent time at Far Forest Studio. It was my first visit, I will definitely go back soon. I love the facilities and all the different settings outdoors. I felt welcome and looked after. The studio is spacious and very well equipped. I highly recommend it to both photographers and models.

I shot with CrystalK at Far Forest yesterday. It was a beautiful Autumn day and as we shot outside, we were able to take advantage of the trees and the lovely filtered light. Some deer ambled by, but seemed strangely reluctant to pose for a photograph.

We finished the shoot in the waterfall which was just a bit cold.....so Kirsty said. It seemed OK to me!. She did mention that she saw the iceberg that sank the Titanic, drift past at one stage. She was able to warm up however in the hot tub and came out a happy girl.

Mark was on hand throughout the shoot, but at a respectable distance and ensured we were plied with hot drinks throughout.

The facilities are excellent and communications spot on.

I recommend Far Forest to all models and photographers.

I was the model booked for a shoot in Far Forest today, by Jpea.

On arriving earlier than the photographer, I was made to feel most welcome, and had a cup of tea in my hand on arrival. Studio is stunning, friendly and models are well looked after. The waterfall was a set we used in the autumn cold bbrrrr.. but I was soon warmed up! Great studio!

Would love to work there again very soon!

What a beautiful studio in an amazing setting, The studio has everything you need 😄

The studio owner was on hand at all times to make sure myself and the photographer were ok.

I will be 100 percent going back soon 😄

SSR Photography

This was my first shoot at Far Forest and I really enjoyed it. Communication beforehand was excellent and Mark gave me perfect directions to the studio. On this occasion I worked in the hot-tub area and but in the gaps between shooting I managed to check out some of the studio's other features which I would love to try especially the woods and the waterfall. Mark was extremely helpful in setting up the equipment and even laid on some food and drinks.

Had out 1st studio shoot a Far forest and it couldn't have gone any better, very friendly, helpful and on hand to assist and offer advice,

Its an excellent location, full use of lighting and props, tea constantly on the offer, managed to use the woodland when it stopped raining.

2nd shoot booked and cant wait to return
