I've rented many studios over the past 10 years or so and The Factory has to rank amongst the very best. Prior arrangements were very quick, easy and professionally handled by Peter the studio boss. Excellent accessible location (took me about 15 minutes to get on the M11) and private secure parking. The main studio is large with high ceilings and great wood flooring, and big tall windows streaming natural light. The quality of the decor, fittings and furniture is superb. The bedroom is large and the glass-block wall lets a lot of light in, and the bed is vast. Didn't shoot in the wet room but it is very impressive, and the kitchen would make a quality setting too. The lighting equipment is high quality. In many ways The Factory is really a location with considerable character, i.e. not just a studio, and all the better for that! Host Peter is very welcoming, friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. In summary, The Factory is among the very best studios, a characterful location, and it has a top guy running it who clearly understands what photographers and models require. Recommended 100% without reservation.

I had a first shoot at The Factory and I was amazed when I saw it. Its beautiful place with lot of different spots for a shoots. We got so many ideas. We would need a couple more days to realize everything.

I've shot at The Factory for the first time today and it has become immediately one of my favorite places to shoot from now on. Great location, lots of props, a good range of different shooting spots, good natural light, great attention to detail everywhere, everything very clean and new... and big studio lights (which I didn't need this time) included on the price. Also, I've met Peter on his way out and he kindly provided me with some light stands I needed for my speed lights. Do I need to say more?...

I will visit The Factory again soon... many times. Highly recommended!.

I have shot at the factory four times now and it has everything you could possibly need....lots of awesome sets through the studio, with numerous props to play with. Peter is friendly and accommodating, and I can’t rate this place highly enough.

My first shoot at The Factory & what an excellent location this is. A classic converted industrial building providing a well equipped studio with an excellent range of differently themed shooting spaces one with excellent availability of natural daylight, crucial for me. I thoroughly recommended.

Excellent shooting space with plenty of equipment and light modifiers. The studio has plenty of great features and, in places, beautiful natural light.

Booking arrangements were simple & straight forward, with Peter being very accommodating (despite my having to rearrange once at a relatively late stage due to my model being ill). The welcome was warm & the facilities were excellent - Peter is well organised and this shows in the presentation of the studio.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the studio & look forward to using it again in the future.

Had my second shoot at the Factory, and as usual Peter had the studio well prepared and arranged for some other equipment I wanted to use. The studio is so versatile with lots of natural light as well as a great array of Studio equipment . There are endless possibilities of the kind of images you can create at the studio . Highly recommended m and until the next time :)

Booking arrangements with Peter were excellent, as were directions and the meet on the morning.

The studio was recommended to me by Maddy ( Elaine Blue ) and is superb.

Four hours was never enough to even scrape the surface of all on offer here and we are destined to return one day.

I shot at the Factory yesterday for the first time. Peter accommodated us at very short notice and made us very welcome. The studio is clean , stylish and wonderfully equipped. With fabulous high ceilings it is a real gem. Peter is a great host. Helpful and relaxed he made us feel thoroughly at home. I will defiantly be back.

My first shoot at The Factory and certainly not my last. Great natural light and plenty of areas to shoot in plus plain backdrops which can be used with natural light if so desired. Peter was a pleasant helpful and unobtrusive host who left us alone when we were happy that we had no more questions. Highly recommended

Little Egypt

Another great shoot at The Factory! I must say it is one of my favourite studios!! Clean, Tidy, Presentable, Warm and there is also Coffee if required. It presents many options for shooting including backdrops, sofa, beds, wet room and shower! I really don't know another studio like it.

What's more, Peter is a lovely guy, who makes sure you have everything you need and is always helpful!
