Ayla - soft focus experiment with 300mm F2.8

Shot at Fingringhoe, Essex with Nikon D3X. I experimented putting a Nikon Soft Focus 1 in the rear filter drawer of the 300mm F2.8 AFS. The effect maybe a bit too much, I have tried it since with my milder 52mm Tiffen filters like Black Pro Mist 1/2, Pearlescent 1 and Warm Black Diffusion 1/4 and the effects are not so overpowering.
