My 3rd Shoot today with Erica in York. Fabulous to work with. We did a lot in 2 hours around York Minster and by the River,and finished off a walk bridge to the Railway station. we did fashion and dance. Great poses and Jumps as well some lovely shapes.

We had our very first shoot with Erica today @ Silkwood Studios and what an exceptional shoot it was. Our shoot was all about shape, movement, strength and fragility - all of which she absolutely shone at.

Erica poses like a dream; very open to ideas and exceptionally creative herself.

Our conversations before the shoot were invaluable and very productive, we discussed costuming, props, and themes and pooled our ideas and we were all clear on what our objectives were and what we hoped to achieve - and we certainly achieved them all and more.

Our shoot with Erica was an absolute pleasure; she is a joy to work with and delivers 100%.

To all photographers out there who have not had the pleasure of working with Erica you are certainly missing out. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely be booking another shoot with her.

What can I say other than "WOW". I've worked with a number of dancers over the last 16 years and can tell you if you book a shoot with Erica you will be super amazed at her dancing, poses and working attitude. Although it was a group event today and I personally didn't shoot much I did assist others in capturing a great shot. 2nd booking already in the making. big THANKS from me x

My first shoot with Erica this afternoon - Ballerina 'in the landscape' themed photography in Yorkshire. The ballerina adding a different and decidedly interesting challenge.

Erica is a joy to work with, punctual, professional, relaxed, dedicated, helpful and enthusiastic. We took time to work out what would work and review the images and with Erica's professional dance background, good images were inevitable. First results look very promising.

Erica and I had our first shoot today at Yorkshire Sculpture Park and it was a delight both pre-shoot and on the day. Erica was both professional and a friendly, lovely person. It was my first opportunity to photograph a professional dancer and while the weather was good on the day there was a very fresh wind which made for a challenging time with light stands! Nevertheless Erica was very patient and kind and never made me feel under pressure as I battled with the composition and lighting set up.

Erica posed beautifully and was very keen to understand my objectives for each shot but was also able to offer lovely body shapes seemingly effortlessly from her dance repertoire. This made for an easy, fluid shoot and generated many super photos for me to edit from our day.

In summary Erica was a pleasure to work with and we had a very enjoyable, productive day that I hope we can repeat in the near future.

Lovely lady, great model and definitely recommended.

She has a good set of simple dance outfits that flow with her moves.

I am just beginning to process the images I recently captured on a shoot with Erica and the results so far have been first class. Not only did Erica have a great deal of patience but she was also relentless in her efforts to get the timing just right and the positions perfect.

She also gave me a few pointers on what she looks for in an pose from the perspective of a dancer because I certainly didn't have that trained eye. I just hope that I have been able to do her justice. Definitely someone I'd like to work with again as I have only just scratched the surface of her talent.

I recently shot as part of an amazing group shoot organised by the fabulous Ian Marshall. The theme was ballet.Erica is simply a delight to work with - enormously patient, stunning and so so elegant! She was perfect for the ballerina role and her dance training was put to good use. She poses effortlessly she will also work easily with the photographer responding to their wishes. The results from the shoot were simply stunning. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Erica , it goes without saying. Thank you so much Erica for a wonderful day!

Erica and I finally managed to meet for a shoot after an initial chat some time ago - our locations don't make it easy! The weather in London was surprising very good on the day, despite the forecast making it look doubtful. We got some great, interesting and varied shots around one of the parks and I was happy to let Erica freely pose when we found our locations. It was refreshing to do a mixture of classical, neoclassical and contemporary dance styles.

It was great fun spending time with Erica and she is a dancer who I can recommend without hesitation to others and one I certainly hope to shoot with again. Very easy to work with, great feet, great lines and hard-working - thank you Erica!

I think we also made a fellow photographer's day (his birthday in fact) with a shot with a ballet dancer!

I never tire of ballet/dancers and photography!

Awe-inspiring and totally outstanding experience that I have had as a photographer today.

This was my first shoot with Erica, and will not be my last, we shoot in London on location and the images we captured were nothing short of Phenomenal.

There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to express my feeling for today's shoot. the theme was Ballet and Erica certainly did deliver. I have never met such a professional and committed dancer at the top of her chosen profession.

A truly remarkable day which I will never forget. Thank you so very much Erica and can't wait to shoot again.

Delphic Photography

Following on from the previous shoot, we decided to be bold and go for motion blur dance photography, a technical endeavour which is as hard to achieve as is to understand why anyone wants to blur dance instead of ‘freezing it’. Erica was a gem. She turned up on time despite the fact her train had been delayed totally unstressed and raring to go. We discussed outfits and I began. Getting the light and the shutter speed correct took a little time as I wanted the exposure to capture both stillness of the body & head and the movement of the arms, legs and skirts. With perseverance we got there. Erica was very professional. She smiled and laughed throughout the shoot. We got both classical and contemporary shots. I look forward to working with Erica again.

This was my second shoot with Erica, by way of a Tabitha Boydell event. It was a walk around a series of follies with Erica as the dancer. A variety of costumes were used to give different shots.

It was a great day with good weather and I got a nice collection of images (yet to be edited at this time).

Erica, is great to work with and very willing to create a balletic/contemporary pose as directed or a free-flow series of shots. Absolutely recommended, which is good because I do have other events and a studio already booked with her!
