I really can’t remember how many times Elle and I have shot together but I think it’s 7 or 8 over probably as many years. When we first shot my ability was more enthusiastic than skilful but Elle was patient and lovely to work with and we hit it off instantly really. I met her husband Matt and her boys on our first or second shoot and it was good to see them again today. Her boys are a lot bigger these days. I had seen images of Elle when she had been pregnant previously and I knew when she said she was pregnant for a 3rd time that we had to shoot if an opportunity arose.Thankfully after a false start due to logistical issues (builders) it was possible today.

We shot in her house which suits Elle and her circumstances and after a cuppa we shot 3 high key (ish) short sets. As always I am happy with the outcomes. Not all are keepers but the good ones outweigh the bad. Elle and Matt are both very nice people and Elle is always willing to do all she can to try and ensure the shoot is successful. It’s obvious she gets a thumbs up from me or we wouldn’t still be shooting after all these years. Today was her final maternity shoot and I hope I can be one of the first to shoot her on her return. A mum and baby shoot perhaps?

I've never worked with Elle before but have admired her work for a long time. Having seen an opportunity to work with her during her maternity, I took that opportunity and I'm so glad that I did.

Elle came to my Derby based studio this afternoon, assisted by husband Matt. She is lovely to work with, has a beautiful look and worked with very little direction from me - in fact it was as tough there were telepathic messages flowing between us because several time she was doing the move or adjustment that was in my head!

Well prepared and a joy to work with.

Highly recommended - I hope we can work together again.

Elle is talented and creative and helped develop ideas to get the most out of each shoot. She is warm, friendly and easy to work with in all respects. What a star !!!

Elle is a consummate performer in front of the camera, with more than a generous portion of grace and style. Put simply … she is brilliant !

We had long been in conversation regarding shooting together but then COVID and life got in the way of things. Still we managed to pull of a shoot at the Boardroom Studio, one cold Wednesday and came up with some great shots based around the style of Norma Jean Baker. Although not blond, Elle slayed it first time with ease.

Had a shoot with Elle yesterday at her home. She was ready to start when I arrived and after showing me around to choose locations we got shooting. Elle is a very experience model the time just flew by. With pose after pose and lots of chat the time past too quickly, but delightfully. Thank you so much. five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently joined Elle J for her duo hats and headdresses themed studio day with Arabella at Studio Luminescence, shooting remotely with the both of them, after having missed out on the chance to join them for their previous studio day with the same theme. I'm glad I had the opportunity as the shoot was a really enjoyable one with Elle bringing together a good selection of outfits with some very complementary hats for some fantastic looks and posing well with little direction required for each look we shot. She worked naturally with Arabella and we produced a combination of solo and duo looks, each with fantastic results. Communication felt effortless and the shoot felt very relaxed. I am very happy with the images we produced and I would definitely work with Elle again. Very highly recommended!

I had a remote shoot with Elle, and Arabella. At Arabella’s studio, with the hats and headdresses theme.

Elle worked brilliantly in the studio, and remotely as well. She was great working in duo, and I got some individual shots.

Elle has a good range of facial emotion as well. You can easily capture her smiling, with it looking natural.

I can highly recommend working with Elle, be it remotely or in person!

After some time due to the intervention of the Covid-19 pandemic I finally got the opportunity to work on a one to one basis with Elle at the Boardroom in Derby. We kept in touch during the various lockdowns and agreed to shoot again as soon as we were both comfortable to do so. The Boardroom is Elle's local studio so she really understands its potential. For this shoot I requested that Elle controlled the styling, She was very enthusiastic about this aspect and provided me her thoughts the previous day and I was keen to follow her ideas. Her plan was well thought out and executed on the day with the result that we both had great fun with the support of the studio owner Phil. Elle has trained in theatre studies and this really shines through in her work; she acts every set with the result that you end up with a really varied set of images to work from. She is a great personality and an absolute dream to work with. Very highly recommended.

had my first studio shoot with Elle J at PGD, it was nice to see her back in the studio.

We arranged to do a fashion dress ballroom theme. Elle brought a collection of very nice dresses, we went through four different backdrops and 3 dresses.

Elle did a great job modeling for me and many great images taken.

Its been a while since I have had a shoot with Elle J, so we talked and arranged a date for shoot this time being a remote home shoot my first one, on the day of shoot Elle talked me through the process via zoom and talking control of the camera and direction etc, and yes it was a differen't experience of shooting face to face, but the processed worked and we covered half a different poses/sets succesfully with good images.

Im going to arrange another remote/f2f shoot soon depending on the doom virus in the new year.

Well what can we say about Elle, well a simply excellent versatile model and a very pleasant nice person to work with..

What a absolutely lovely first remote shoot with Elle & my instant reaction is I really can't wait to work with her in person. This shoot was far too short.

The results of the shoot were fabulous and Elle's outfits were great and the conversation was excellent.

So it was a a remote shoot with Elle, and kinda organised well in advance but to be honest I had very little idea on themes. I had one project I was working but didn't seem to be compatible Elle's previous remote shoot scenes. I therefore decided to wing it....as I sometimes do, cuz creativity sometimes works best for me that way. However at the last minute I sent her my idea project and she set about constructing a small scene that would fit...I like a challenge she said. She succeeded in making enough of a set to make the project work, and that is a sign of a truly creative person. From then on we worked on various set ups from art nude to portraits, using different materials and outfits...very much a team effort, which is always the best way in my humble opinion. She was lovely to work with, friendly, keen and eager to make some outstanding images. Highly recommended to beginners and experienced alike.

I have had quite a few remote shoots with Ellie now and everyone is as fresh as the first.the only difference is I'm getting used to the process now haha and with elle's expert guidance you can't go wrong.

Ellie is so friendly and patient though the shoot providing expert advice even when things do go quite as expected her knowledge on remote shoots is second to none.

The shoot was planned in advance so Ellie could get the outfits and props we had discussed ready so Ellie could do a quick change during the shoot while her technical assistant (husband) changes to set to make it a seamless smooth exercise.

-in true blue Peter style ÷ I'm showing my age now haha.plus an outfit out of a pair of trousers and flowers that we had discussed well before the day with a mood board and a lot of vision from elle using her creative skills.

The shoot itself went almost to plan with elle providing a few ideas of her own- which is nothing new with my shoots with elle. We have worked together so many times in one to one and now remotely I'm sure she can read my mind as I'm just about to mention something or pose elle beats me to it and is already in the pose I was thinking about.

Ideas always flow between us so its quite often the shoot takes a different direction and goes off in a tangent which I love as quite often an spere of the moment idea is quite often the best set of images on the day.

Elle posing is sublime and she uses her outstanding acting skills to create some wonderful expressions and movement.

Working with elle is lovely we always have a few giggles and fun during our shoots and it always isn't long enough as time flies by all too quickly.

As you may have guessed I can't recommend elle enough she had made remote shoots a great experience for all from it being a first time remote to an experienced remote photographer.

With her outstanding modelling skills and now adding her expertise on remote remote shooting you can't go far wrong with booking a remote shoot with elle especially if you haven't ventured into remote shoots beforehand elle will guide you through the process with ease and support.

I Can't wait for our next remote shoot which is already well into the planning stage.

I had my third remote shoot with Elle and it was just as good as the previous two.

We don't have too much idea what we are going to do but she brings out some interesting clothes and the odd accessory and away we go, with the time flying by.

I love dark emotion and shapes and Elle does this so well.

I am slowly getting into the editing of the images.

Whether anyone will like anything I don't know but what I do know is that I was excited by what Elle did.

Communications are spot on and the remote shooting works well.

I can recommend Elle to all photographers, no matter what their style may be.

REMOTE SHOOT with Elle J. (UK to UK)

This was my first remote shoot with Elle. It was... fantastic! Pre shoot coms were outstanding. The shoot location was a bedroom with ample natural light. We did a lingerie set flowing into nude using the one wall which was bathed in light - to the bed with Elle varying the poses as the light changed from sunny to overcast to rainy and back to sunny again. My preference was to allow Elle to pose with free reign without any direction at all within the boundaries of the shoot theme - which was Sexy, Sensual and Feminine. Elle was absolutely superb and delivered a fantastic style of natural poses and expressions with effortless ease. This was exactly what I was hoping for! Elle is a wonderful person and is fantastic to work with! She is beautiful, passionate, positive, enthusiastic, dedicated and is totally committed to her work. It was a total pleasure to work with her!

Elle easily merits the highest recommendation!

After great communication beforehand, and the shoot was a bit last minute on my side, I got to shoot remotely with Elle.

WOW, Elle was prepared! I sent a moodboard with ideas before, and when it came to the shoot, she had really thought about it, and had so many clothes/accessoires ready to get creative with.

Amazing natural light at her location, great to work with.

Also prepared to do quirky shots, which is great, as I see shoots as a collaboration, and when a model thinks out-of-the box, like me sometimes (haha), that is great, and the time flies by quickly.

Always the sign of a great shoot!

Last month I had my second remote shoot with Elle as, just as with our previous shoot, it was a great experience. We had previously discussed my interest in cosplay photography and she suggested that this time we shoot some cosplay together. We shot four different cosplays, those being Jessica Jones, Claire Redfield, Kylo Ren and Slave Leia, and she brought each to life well with the addition of some cool props and great posing as well as using some cool gel lighting as I had suggested before our shoot. For Slave Leia she helped me to realise an idea I've had in mind for years with some fantastic results. The shoot was very laid back and enjoyable with us finding plenty to talk about the two hours flying by. We produced some amazing shots together and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her again. Elle is very highly recommended by me!
