Unlike wasps and hornets, I have never been stung by a bee. I have never seen them fight or seen them impatient to land on any occupied flower. If there is another on the flower they simply go in search of the next font of nectar. They work incessantly and if on occasion, in the evening, they become intoxicated on the nectar, in the morning they are up and ready for work once more. How I wish we were more like bees :)
