Mono, its Not: Beautiful Colours it is :)

I often think I am the last of the romantics and I find it difficult to depart from my traditional romantic routes and a strong Pre-Raphaelite spirit. I have a friend (IMChris on PP) who finds it easy to express himself in mono or black-and-white images. Admiring one of his images of Maryna Sedin in a rape field (An image I know would have been beautiful colour) he has created a superb visual feast in Black-and-White. What a delight. So this morning I started out with with best intentions of developing a B+W image of Ivory Flame and as you can see, I failed. I think I am asking for help or at least looking for some inspiration, although I'm not sure I will take it :)
