I finally got to work with this amazing Make-up artist (emphasis on the artist) on Friday! I contacted Dorota some while ago about the possibility of setting up a creative make-up series with her and I was thrilled that she accepted! We are doing 4 shoots based on the Elements.

Our first was on Friday and it was Earth! ut before discussing that I must discuss Dorota's wonderful communications! we discussed what we wanted for the shoot and both had input into mood boards etc, and Dorota came up with designs accordingly. She regularly updated me on her progress on props and materials for our shoot. The amount of planning and input into this look was incredible. Dorota even went to forage materials from a forest!!! now THAT is dedication!

Unfortunately the traffic meant it was difficult for Dorota to get to the studio however wow did she pull it out the bag - producing an AMAZING creative look in just 1hour30minuets! I've worked with some MUA's who have only been able to produce a basic look in that amount of time, never mind a full creative look! I was blown away! And she was able to due that because the look was so well planned!!

I am SO SO EXCITED for the other 3 shoots we have planned! I cannot wait to see more of Dorota's techniques and more of her wonderful creations! She is indeed a true artist! and a pleasure to work with! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

Shot some of Dorota's amazing work last night. What can I say? Creative, professional, great attention to detail...the pictures speak for themselves. She goes a long way to get exactly the right effect and it's well worth it. If you get the chance to work with her, jump at it.

I recently worked with Dorota for the second time and can honestly say she is INCREDIBLE!!

The first shoot was with Mark Skeet (they make such a great team!) and I was blown away by the standard of hair & makeup and the variety of looks she created in a single shoot. This was mainly based around fashion and lingerie style looks and Dorota's efforts really made these images stand out above anything I could do myself! The images are something totally different for me and the whole shoot was so much fun!

I was delighted when she then invited me to be part of another (very unusual) "creative makeup" photoshoot with Marian Wodzisz a few months later. This shoot was a full body paint look including bald cap and horns along with hand-made accessories. Both Dorota & Marian sent me very clear pre-comms including drawings of the final ideas and updates on the progress of the horns/accessories as they were being made. Dorota picked me up from the station and took me to the home studio, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of makeup application and shooting.

If you get the chance to work with Dorota DO IT! She is absolutely amazing, her skills are very unique and she is also a lovely person to work with!

I very highly recommend her and hope to work with her more in future!

My first time working with Dottie on a studio day in Lincoln on December 17th

We had decided on an Ice queen makeup and hair look well before the shoot but I wasn't prepared on how amazing and talented this lady really is.

Dottie arrived at the studio 2 hours before the shoot with the biggest makeup and hair kit I have EVER seen from a makeup artist, she had everything you could think of and more..she even brought her own ring light I honestly have never seen a makeup artist so organised and prepared like she was.

The makeup and hair look that Dottie produced was on another level, honestly like something out of a disney movie - mind blowing and magical. No idea is impossible from this girl!

Highly recommend this lovely lady. look forward to working with her again in feb 2017!

I'm at a loss for words. Dorota is supremely talented, Dottie came to a studio day at my studio and just wowed all the photographers attending. Her attention to detail is second to none. She is very, very talented, her skills, imagination and creativity almost left me speechless. She turned up on the day with so much kit, enough to cover any eventuality (including ring lights, plastic sheeting, not to mention the vast array of make up accessories) which she uses with a great amount of skill.

If you are looking for a VERY high end MUA then you need to book Dorota, she stands head and shoulders above so many so-called MUA's I have worked with in the past.

Very, very highly recommended.

I worked with dorota for the first time on a highly creative shoot. This girl is so talented and has a real vision for her artwork!! I was incredibly impressed with her attention to detail and the headdress she made to accompany the look was spectacular.

Second shoot in a few days with Dorota yesterday. And what a shoot it was.

Mischkah and Dorota had been conversing about creative ideas ahead of the shoot, I kept out of it as I knew it would be epic and was wanting a surprise. Mischkah got as far as discussing colours but also had no idea what Dorota was cooking up.

So after a few "normal" looks we settled down to a three hour creative make up session. Dorota is easily the most skilled and creative make up artist I've been fortunate to work with. Her dedication to her art, attention to detail, and just sheer balls out creativity is a delight to behold and a joy to work with.

She puts up with my banter with good grace for which she should get a medal. But the result of yesterday's session was simply breathtaking in its scale, creativity and attention to detail. I was pretty much lost for words at the time as the look we achieved started to sink in.

I'm incredibly grateful for having met Dorota all those months ago, I certainly know that many of my images wouldn't be as good as they are without her input.

My main make up artist and long may it remain so.

First shoot with Dorota in a few months, but was like welcoming a long lost relative back to the studio.

Dorota was her usual calmness personified as we rocked a number of looks with Miss Rose, culminating in what can only be described as mahoosive hair.

Dorota's skill lies in expertly applied make up in a reasonable amount of time and a massive amount of creative ideas.

Dorota is the one make up artist I've used pretty regularly since getting the studio and that's because she's reliable, reasonable fee wise and just bloody good at what she does.

More shoots already booked in. No question of not being a huge recommendation from me.

Losing count of the number of times Dorota has worked her magic for me but tonight was a little bit special. It was a dedicated creative make up shoot.

So in addition to wonderfully lush beauty make up - including a killer purple lip for one look, Dorota created 2 amazing looks for @KeiraLavelle to work her magic with, and boy did she deliver.

If you want a hugely impressive centre piece of creative make up then there probably isn't anyone better in the region right now.

Part of the Mark Skeet Photography family and a key ingredient in my shoots, Dorota simply delivers. Every time!

This was my 5th shoot with Dorota at the helm of fab look creation.

As usual she put in her usual ideas, craft and artistry to creating a single look in a free flowing but time poor shoot.

I waxed lyrical in my last reference, so I won't repeat myself. Suffice to say Dorota is already booked for another 6 shoots, and forms part of my go to MUA International Rescue squad.

Book her - one of the most reasonably priced MUAs on the market currently and fabulously talented.

I engaged Dorota (Dotty) for the first shoot in my studio. With a brief of we're going to shoot some fashion and possibly some lingerie with a great model and we might go a little mad at the end she had no small challenge.

Dotty was efficient and clear in pre-shoot comms. On the day she was early, all set up with much of her own kit (chair and dedicated lighting for make up).

With a quick run through of outfits with our model, she quickly got to work with detail and precision on the first of 3 looks.

The piece de resistance though were her stunningly crafted 3D applications that we ended the shoot with.

Chatty and helpful, incredibly detail focused and full of creative ideas and consistent. There's nothing to dislike about working with Dotty. So much so she's currently booked in for at least another 3 shoots over the coming months.

Should you book her? Not if it conflicts with a shoot of mine ;-). Seriously though do it. In a heartbeat. Your images will thank you!

Yes, yes, yes! Dotty is an excellent make-up artist, professional and definitely knows what she's doing. A lovely easy person to get along with. Her skills are outstanding and I'm very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with her. I really hope I get another chance. She created two fabulous looks for our shoot together. She has an incredible eye for detail and really thinks about the model too, which is just fabulous.

What a little star I've found here in Dotty!

She arrived promptly, professionally equipped and took my brief on board immediately.

She set to work on my Model and within an hour had her hair and make up finished perfectly.

We spent two hours in studio shooting whilst Dotty attended to re touches and costume re arrangements, she gave excellent suggestions to both myself and the model, looking from a different perspective and angle, she was very quick to pick up a reflector without cue and knew exactly what she was doing.

We then moved on to our afternoons location shoot where dotty pandered to the models every need, re touching makeup, adjusting hair and making sure the model was warm " art nude on a very cold day".

Dotty is an excellent MUA and assistant, full of creative imagination and constantly looks for location and lighting.

A funny bubbly young lady, it was a pleasure to spend the day with her1 Thank you Dotty! xxx
