I recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dave on a Muse model event hosted by lovely Lily Gilbert and why we’ve never crossed paths before this remains a mystery as we decided in the day! Such a fabulous photographer to work with, we got creative with a stunning bathroom playing with reflections and I was super impressed with the back of camera! Dave had been very kind to share all of his shots from the day with each of the five models and from everything I’ve seen they’re all stunning images! I’m absolutely chuffed with mine! How on earth have we never met?! A lovely gentleman with a wicked sense of humour and a very chill vibe that I wholeheartedly recommend to any model!

Such an overdue reference on my part for Mr Edwards, (PURELY down to not using this platform regularly).

If I went back to leave one for every shoot we have done, I'm sure he'd be sick of the sound of me, hahha! ;)

So many amazing shoot adventures together, for the past 7/8 years of my career in this industry I can honestly say that every shoot encounter together has been faultless.

A true gentleman in every sense of the word, I am so grateful for our creative friendship.

Dave attended my most recent event in Herefordshire hosting 5 models and 4 photographers and it wouldn't have been the same without him.

The models are taken back with all their beautiful images ALREADY! And it's safe to say the photographers have made a true friend.

I'm so grateful for having people like Dave alongside me to help bring my creative ideas to life. He couldn't be more accommodating in any environment he is in and goes above and beyond to help. (Like driving to rescue my lost mumma-bear when time would not permit me and buying flowers for all her hard work as chef on my last one. ♥)

Don't hesitate working with this wonderful human. You will be sure to create some timeless art to cherish for a lifetime. ♡

I had the pleasure of shooting for the first time with Dave a couple of days ago on the most recent MuseModel Event, and I have to say what a fantastic person and photographer Dave is!

He was the first to shoot me in my new mermaid tail which I’m absolutely delighted about, the images we produced in and out of the tail are just so beautiful I couldn’t be more happy with them 🥹

I really hope I get to shoot with Dave again in the future and I would 100% recommend him to anyone!!!

This weekend was the second time I have had the pleasure of shooting with Dave. Both times ours paths have crossed have been at Muse Model Events and I cannot tell you how happy I was to hear that he would be attending!

We always make lovely beautiful images. Dave is full of creative ideas but is also to just sit back and let you do your thing.

In the just over a 1 hour time slot that we had to shoot together, me and Dave managed to work through 5 outfits and multiple spots in the venue and even though we were working quick, every image is perfect and unturned. In Dave’s case quality and quantity go hand in hand.

I will always look forward to working with Dave again! I highly recommend you all work with him too

Ivory Flame

Really loved my shoot with Dave at Basford Hurst Cottage!! How have we evaded each other this long?!

Friendly, professional, considerate and creative. I enjoyed the collaboration very much, Dave has such a refined eye in his photography and it just felt like we 'got' each other, refining and improving, nailing STUNNNG images, as well as having plenty of time for chatting and fueling up on brews :-)

Very happily recommended and I look forward to working together again hopefully!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Dave came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Ivory Flame. It was a pleasure to welcome Dave to Basford, he arrived on time and after a cuppa and a look round he began shooting with Holly.

Throughout his time here Dave was very respectful of the location and made sure to ask if he needed anything. We had a good laugh with him and he was friendly and easy to chat with.

We would highly reccomend Dave and look forward to seeing him again soon! Thank you Dave!!

I knew Dave was extremely talented after looking at his images many times. I was thrilled to see him at silkwood studio for my model day there. He blew me away with his creativity and talent. He’s a phenomenal photographer and a real gentleman. Dave is so laidback with such a kind personality it was a complete pleasure to meet and work with him. I only wish time didn’t fly by quite so fast.

A genuinely wonderful person, I can highly recommend Dave to any model or studio. Thank you so much for coming today, I hope to work together again in the future. X

I had a great shoot with Dave during my recent studio day at ASR

He was really easy to work with, very polite and respectful and we had a good laugh throughout the shoot

We got a lot done in the two hours and I'm looking forward to seeing the final images

I would be more than happy to work with him again in future, so hopefully we can arrange some more shoots and I would definitely recommend him to other models :)

I found him to be instantly likeable and easy to converse with. Respectful of studio spaces/props available with a professional attitude and great timekeeping.

Artemis Fauna

Just a brief reference for everyone who photographed me on the latest Artemisian event to Sicily!

I don't want to repeat what I will write from the Artemisian account but from a model's point of view I had a fabulous time and am so pleased with the images I have seen from the event so far- I can't wait to see more!!

Dave and I have shot so many times over the years and I see him as a very good friend that id drop in and see any time too- so maybe leaving yet another reference is a bit mad- but who cares!!

I love shooting with Dave and was delighted to have him back with the Artemisian team- with new sony gear and lenses to boot.

I can see a huge improvement in Dave's photography (we spoke about this in detail on the event) - confidence is a big part of this and it was wonderful to see Dave feeling happier all round and with the results from his latest shoots!

Dave honestly took some of my favourite shots of the trip and I am SUPER lucky to have copies of these files so it's going to take me months to work my way through them! Yippee! :D :D

Thank you Dave, was wonderful to have you back and shoot with you again- rain and sunshine. ♥

Artemisian Luxury Photographic Holidays

We are just back from the latest Artemisian event- this time we all headed to Sicily (finally) after an almost four year postponement due to covid!!

The event was, yet again, incredible- and that's also thanks to everyone involved in the event- all the models, photographers and assistants made it so.

Stunning villa, street fashion, abandoned buildings, beach shoots, driftwood bays, themed shoots and a nod to the Godfather- we covered a lot, once again!

We had many challenges to face- the weather being the main one- oh and you know, the volcano erupting too. It was a totally freakish four weeks weather wise, sun, rain, wind and storms... but you know what- we all made it work, had a bloody fantastic time and created yet more life long memories despite all that- oh and thousands more breathtaking images too of course!! ;)

I say this each time but I am sure every trip becomes my favourite- just getting more and more nervous each time on how to keep improving- especially now I am running Artemisian alone- but I will always do by best :)

Anyway...

Dave Dave Dave, we love having you join us!! You are SO welcome any time on any event we host!! :D

Dave just gets on with absolutely everyone. You might not always understand his riddles, but you love him non the less!

Always fun to shoot with, chat with, sit with and wow, so many awesome images taken during the week you were with us. I can't wait to see more of your edits and as you kindly shared them with me- go through and edit your shots too ;)

Thank you also for the treat of bubbly and wine for Carla and Adrian's anniversary!!

Was so good to have you back. Thank you as an event organiser and a friend for all you bring to the party. I hope you chose to join us again next year :D (I will just hide the chocolate croissants and brandy next time) AHEM ;) :P

We focussed on quality rather than quantity, but I still think we’ve got a variety of quality images! :)

Despite not having shot for a while, Dave simply has the best energy a model could hope a photographer to have. Calm, relaxed, conversational, and so at ease with creating. It was our first shoot together at a studio day and we used a combination of natural light and studio setup. He captures classic art nude masterfully and it was hard not to get carried away talking. Been working with Dave for about a million years now. Everytime we go away with some outstanding images.

he is definitely one of the most relaxed photographers I know, we definitely spend more time chilling/chatting but the images are always so good that it's really about quality over quantity.

I love his stoic attitude to life, he's always a great crack and great company.

100% recommended and glad I got to work with him before shooting off to Australia!

First visit from Dave and hopefully not his last although he is a fair distance from the studio!! Dave arrived on time to work with Carla and Artemis on their duo day. Another shoot with Dave! This time at my most recent UK Manor Event!

I always feel like I'm repeating myself but it is honestly such a pleasure working with him and I always look forward to catching up with him every time we have a shoot planned :D

This time was no different, though I was unable to give him a big hug as a greeting (stupid virus!). BUT I am sure we will make up for it with our next end of tour gin party that is bound to happen at some point haha :)

Dave is such a genuine, down to earth guy, that constantly has me cracking up with his sense of humour :) We have worked together for yearssssss now and he has attended a few of my events both abroad and in the UK and I always get so happy when I know he is joining us on one as I just know it will be all the better for having him there!

Fingers crossed that he can join us on another adventure in 2021!!

Dave has become a very good friend over the several years we've been working together, so I always know our shoots are going to be fun. We worked on some super cool styling and ideas all whilst having a good old natter and a laugh.

Dave has a fab sense of humour and is honestly just great company!

I met Dave for the first time after he booked in with Angel for her studio day here. Pleasant and chatty from the start, he was a pleasure through out and along with both his experience and rapport from having worked with Angel previous, I could confidently leave them to it and just help out here and there when they needed a bit of gear for set changes.
