Once again the lovely Christine and Preston were amazing. This time I was shooting a model's very first photoshoot and she was extremely nervous. However, because the studio is so friendly and laid back it didn't take long to get into a rhythm and by the end our model was really happy and relaxed.

Sorry Christine for booking the studio on such an important football night :-) :-) :-) hehe I won't do it again (standing in the corner)!

Wonderful shoot with lovely and talented Keira Lavelle.

The facilities at this studio are exceptional, using the white room for high key portraits, and then switching to the main studio, ( All Black) for high contrast creative nudes .

The range of props seem to grow every time I visit.

If you are a beginner or experienced photographer this studio offers a real experience to create good images.

Once again, a fab afternoon shooting at Curiosity Studios. The experience is wonderful, right from the welcome to the farewell, nothing is too much trouble.

On this occasion, I attended a studio day for Keira Lavelle. Preston really went the extra mile for me and it shows in the results. I'm already booked in for more sessions - so - bring it on!

Once again (my fourth or fifth visit) I had a wonderful time working at Curiosity Photography Studio. Preston and Christine always make you feel so welcome, and always go out of their way to make sure that the shoot goes perfectly.

In this case, I had some limited time with the lovely and talented Keira Lavelle, and Preston had persuaded a friend to bring in a cherished and incredibly gorgeous Harley Davidson motorbike for us to play with! Wow, what a treat!:) I'm editing some of the images later in the week... and I'll make sure that some reach the bike owner!

As ever, I managed to get confused with the flash triggers... and yes, they responded instantly to my panic, and yes, I know they are always in the same place, but I can even loose my camera on a regular basis in the black room!

I've got some more shoots lined up at Curiosity... as well as what should be a fascinating course that I'm running in July... check out the EVENTS page:)

I had a two-day studio weekender at this fantastic place during my tour of Wales in June: Christine was one of the first people in the area that I was in communication with upon casting my availability. She was confident she could fill the days in no time at all and she was not wrong! Within the space of an hour she had got back to me saying we had scope for a second day after the Saturday was full - they are so incredibly organised at this studio and I certainly recommend them to touring models. Both Christine and Preston were absolutely lovely... they have a beautifully kitted out studio with multiple rooms bearing exquisite sets from the beautiful boudoir qualities of the dark room to the white room downstairs and the fantastic red room! There are perfect model facilities to get changed and I was made to feel very welcome and well looked after at all times.

All the people I worked with during my studio days were excellent, the studio has an amazing ring of photographers linked on their contacts and everyone's needs were met on the day. The studio team will literally bend over backwards for everyone using the premises (models and photographers alike) ...Christine even kindly offered transport to and from the studio for me after my car broke down a couple of days prior (long story) and she even offered me support and advice to get to Swansea after the second day at the studio! Aside from being completely professional and organised in the way that they run the place, they are such a barrel of laughs and I really found the atmosphere terrific from start to finish. The days went super quick - we are now booked in for another couple of days in February of next year and I am very much looking forward to returning.

Oh my word, where do I start with this, Curiosity Studio is like shooting in your own home! You are made to feel so welcome and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. A choice of three rooms, bucket loads of props and tea/coffee on hand - what more could one want?

The facilities are top-notch, very high quality lighting and some unique items on hand to work with. Today, I was working with Miss Versatile and Becca Brown on a project that had been in the planning stage for some time. Being able to use the facilities so freely made for a very relaxed shoot and all of us had a great day. On the journey home, the topic of conversation was how much we all enjoyed the day and will be making return trips.

To Christine and Preston, a very heartfelt thank you for hosting such a wonderful time. See you both again soon. :-)

My second time shooting here and again I cannot tell you how fabulous this studio is,myself,Lanesro1 and the beautiful becca brown had the whole place to ourselves,the studio owners must think we are bonkers in masks rope and bunny ears ;),the studio itself is just amazing so many rooms to use,coffee was made throughout the day and we were asked how we were regularly,Christine and I had a lovely chat during a break from shooting and I have to say she's lovely :) on my wave length for sure,Preston was kind enough to help with the props that were needed,I could carry on with how fantastic this studio is,but why? when you can book and see for yourself,I recommend anyone touring southwales to book this studio you will not be disappointed

I will return for sure,hopefully a studio day very soon (my first) and also I have a piercing needed doing ;)

Rapidly becoming my favourite place to shoot in the South Wales area!

I have to admit I'm not usually a huge fan of studio shoots, but Curiousity feels like more than a studio. There are so many brilliantly thought out rooms, spaces and interesting props to use that I'm never stuck for something new to play with.

Christine and Preston are absolutely lovely. They're both so helpful and always on hand if you need them, but never intrusive or in the way. Nothing is too much trouble.

I can't recommend Curiousity enough. If you haven't been there, go. If you have been there... go again. I'm sure I'll be back really soon! :)

Now where to start!... I had an amazing studio day at Christine & Preston's place on my Cardiff trip!...

Comms were brilliant... Christine was great in helping promote my day and keeping me in the loop with everything... she really went out of her way to make me confident in the studio and the booking!...

I came by train and was collected from the station and taken to the studio!... The studio is above a tattoo studio owned by Preston (which is another thing he is very talented in).... and this isn't an issue... there is not disturbance from this!...

The studio itself is brilliant, there are many different areas of the studio to use!... A large white room with lighting rigs and pull down backgrounds... and the bondage/fetish room is spacious and well equipped... the main black studio area has amazing handmade props and high quality decoration!... The dressing room is very well equipped with your own loo... its an awesome little hub! ... And most importantly it's all clean!!!! :)...

Christine & Preston couldn't do enough throughout the day... getting me tea and anything I needed!... They are so lovely and I would encourage people... models especially to go for a day with them.... They have an immaculate studio and I really wish them all the best!

Certainly recommended! :)...

They have a comprehensive list of models, including their own Tyler (who is great to work with). So they can help you find or you can arrange your own.

This was my second visit to Curiosity Studio and won't be my last, I attended for the Auriela Sudio day. The welcome is warm and friendly, the hospitality is superb. Basically, nothing is too much trouble.

This is a great studio with easy parking and loads of facilities. A vast array of lighting and props to satisfy all tastes are available in all three rooms.

Looking forward to my next visit. :-)

Ok well this is a two in one reference because I shot at Christine and Preston's two days (one after the other)

Where do I start? Well Christine and Preston got in touch with me asking if I would like to do a studio day and there lovely studio and I was more then happy to oblige :) Christine was even happy to pick me up from the station and take me to the studio. The studio is very well equipped with all sort of different lighting equipment and lots and lots of props. On one day I was there from 9am to 7pm and did not run out of ideas for shots :)

Nothing was too much for Christine and Preston to do. They even got there massive martini glass out specifically for one shot and filled it full of warm water whilst I was shooting with another photographer in preparation for my next shoot. I was offered drinks galore through the whole time I was there and whilst I was shooting with one photographer Christine would entertain photographers waiting to shoot with me :)

I was stunned to hear that Preston makes all the fetish props in the dungeon studio :) They are so well built and extremely sturdy :) I was tempted to try and drag some home with me ;)

I totally recommend this studio and the lovely studio owners too. I will be back :)

Fantastic! I drove over from Gloucester to shoot at the studio on Freya's studio day and was glad I did! The studio is clean and well equipped, with plenty of lights and modifiers - this saves a lot of time as there was no need to move things from room to room all the time. There are plenty of props and items to shoot with, and they are exceptionally well made. Preston and Christine are both lovely, they were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a great shoot. Highly recommended!

First time for me at this amazing studio but definitely not the last. I was there to shoot Freya during her studio day and was welcomed by both Christine and Preston, lovely people, who showed me round and made me a cuppa. The studio is first of all warm...most important! There are loads of of lights, some on tracking, plenty of modifiers and the studio is just very well appointed throughout. I was amazed to discover that Preston made all the fetish props himself, clever stuff!! Great day, thank you very much.

I had the pleasure of shooting at the studio this week.

I am ashamed to say i didn't even know of this little gem of a place until i was asked to shoot here with mike,

well when i walked in i was amazed by the array of props and rooms available here,

when i arrived i was greeted with a smile and an offer of a cup of coffee,That was it i was sold :)

On leaving the premises i was asked if i had seen the white room?

I had not, so off i trot and saw a motor bike sitting there,i was in my element.

I will be using this studio again without a doubt,

Friendly staff,amazing studio and props,what more could you ask for? :)
