I opened my first studio in Covent Garden in the early 1970's and photographed fashion, dance, and theatrical work. Broadening this out, my wife and I traveled the country making environmental portraits of significant individuals in the arts - musicians, composers, artists and writers, and some of these portraits are in the National Portrait Gallery, London.

Winner of the Photography category of the Media Innovation Awards for Photography, with 'The Spitfire Pilot'. The Judges said that my entry was, "...a passionate wartime story told with the finesse and care of a true professional."

My images are edgy, nude, and erotic. Most of my work is for exhibition and publication, so if you'd like to work with me then I'd love to hear from you, ESPECIALLY if you have the right 'mindset' for my images, and we can work together to create amazing images to our mutual benefit. I love exploring new ideas and new settings / locations with like-minded models, and I'm friendly and fun to work with (I'm told).

I split my life between Cornwall (where we have some stunning scenery) and the Valleys of South Wales (where we have yet more stunning scenery, a green-screen studio in the house, accommodation for models, and access to wonderful studios at 'The Manse' just down the road, and 'Curiosity Photography' just over the mountain) but I'm happy to travel if you have something to inspire me!
