River Thet

At just over 21 miles, the River Thet must be one of the shortest in England. Here it is at Knettishall Heath in Suffolk. It eventually joins the Little Ouse and then the Great Ouse before flowing into The Wash by Kings Lynn.

With all the heavy rain recently the river has burst its banks and trees have fallen down across it. This was taken last Friday on 8 March 2024.
