It’s always such a privilege to be asked to model for a studio day at Catchlight Pics Studio and I always look forward to whatever date is in the diary!

My most recent studio day, last week, hosted by the lovely Malc and Barb was Halloween themed and I was blown away by the creativity that had gone into the purpose-built sets. Malc and Barb put so much thought and effort into getting the studio ready for the different themes they offer, and this leads to such interesting and unique images!

They are wonderful hosts and spend the whole day making sure everyone in attendance is happy, comfortable, and equipped with a cup of coffee or tea. They’re immensely kind and thoughtful and really do create a wonderfully laid back and friendly atmosphere.

I’d recommend the studio to others without hesitation and I can’t wait for my next shoot there! Thanks so much both ❤️

Visited this studio today and what a surprising little venture it is. A lovely diverse warren of themes are decorated throughout this converted barn that all have their own little charm and desires. The hosts were more than helpful, had an expansive knowledge and were always on hand. 2 hours was really not enough, and anybody needing something knew and fresh, this is the place to be, especially if you love colour.

Have heard a lot of good feedback already prior to the shoot about the studio, though still, I was in a huge surprise how well planned, and decorated, with props and outfits and amazing sets would be available.

In all honesty - I never opened the suitcase I brought with me - simply because - of the ideas, outfits, and Support - I wanted to use all the Studio had to offer.

The shoot just flew. And Barb and Malcom were very supportive throughout the day. also, when I accidentally sprayed chain oil in my hair, we came up with an amazing boohoo look and set.

It is really hard to put in a definition of what Catchlight studio can offer - it can offer everything - and in just 4 hrs we achieved with David probably one of our best works.

Without hesitation - I will be back

And 1000% recommended to all models and creatives in the business.

Great studio with a variety of costumes props and backdrops.

Barbara was a great wardrobe assistant helping me when needed.

Had the privilege of working at this great studio again a week ago. Miss Rosie Lea's Woodstock theme brought to life by Malcolm and Barbara's amazing set building.

I had yet another fabulous studio day at Catchlight Pics Studios on Saturday, when Malc and Barb invited me back to model a ‘Woodstock 69’ theme for the day.

We had one one-to-one 4 hour booking in the morning, followed by a 4 hour group shoot in the afternoon. The studio, as always, was dressed to perfection with a number of wonderful theme-appropriate sets that really went a long way towards creating the most authentic and beautiful images. This particular look is one of my absolute favourites to model so it was amazing to have such beautiful sets available.

Malc and Barb are always wonderful; they’re kind, considerate and fantastic company. Photographers, new and old, are always welcomed with open arms, with their every need catered to. Their models are looked after exceptionally well and the environment in general is such a happy place to be.

I love the images I’ve seen from the shoot, and it’s safe to say the photographers all walked away with a great addition to their portfolio and a smile on their faces.

I’d recommend the studio wholeheartedly again and again! I can’t wait to be back soon. Thanks so much Malc and Barb ❤️ xxx

Yet another fabulous shoot at Catchlight Pics, this time with the lovely BGA images.

Barb and Malc had changed the sets since I had last visited. The boho set is wonderful, in fact, each set is unique and so much fun to work with.

I can’t wait to shoot here again!

I was soo happy to modeling for an outdoor group shoot for Catchlight pics studio! Everything was perfect: precomunication, organization, location, ideas and photographers! Malc and Barbara was very kind to pick me and drop me to my home, so it was much easier for me to get on the location. Place where we were shooting was really perfect! Malc and Barbara found a picturesque beach with beautiful lighthouse! The place was close to parking space so it was easy to get there. Malc and Barbara prepared everything to make the shoot comfortable: picnic blanket, protection from the wind, an umbrella, sandwiches and water.

Also they were helping with my bag all the time. The location, atmosphere, and their ideas were really magical and they made so funny beautiful and cool shoot! All the photographers are so talented creative and fun. Atmosphere was very friendly and easy! All the photos look really amazing! Working with Malc and Barbara is always such a big pleasure! They have so much of awesome ideas, all their shoots are very creative and inspiring! Thank you so much for such a great day and hope to work with you again soon🥰

Yet another great shoot at Catchlight pics. No simple backdrops here. ( well there are if you want to use them.) So much variety in the shooting spaces it's takes a minute or two to decide where to start.

Barbara and/or Malcolm are there to provide all the help you may need. They have a wealth of knowledge which they are happy to pass on to the less experienced.

We did some light painting, bodyscapes aided by the studio's smoke machine, as well as taking advantage of the boho set.

Well recommended.

BGA Images

This was my second shoot at the amazing Catchlight Studio. On arrival Barb and Malc were very welcoming, made me a coffee and had the studio wam and ready to shoot in.

From my last shoot a few weeks ago many settings had been changed all to the good I may say.

Their knowledge of photography and the images they both produce is mind blowing. They are also very helpful which I greatly appreciate. Barb has also agreed to teach me Photoshop which I am most grateful for.

I recommend the studio to all photographers and models with the utmost confidence as I am sure you will have a most enjoyable time and produce some amazing images.

Many thanks to you both and I am looking forward to shooting again next week and many more times in the future.

Wow what can I say malc and Barb are outstanding people, had the pleasure to shoot with them again and to introduce my sister into her first shoot, malc and Barb are very understanding and make everyone feel at home I couldn't praise these pair enough and my sister was singing there praises after the shoot saying how much they made her feel soo good about her self and how they gave her great directions.

Decadent Images

Recently had my first shoot at the studio. There is a variety of sets available as well as flash and continuous lighting. Malc and Barb are very friendly; nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend the studio to all photographers and models.

This was my 4th shoot at Catchlight Studios and like the others was really enjoyable.

The studio layout allows for sets to be made up before the shoot starts so don't waste any time changing backgrounds and lighting.

Malc and Barb are on hand to help and are really easy to get on with.

I am really glad that i found out about this studio and will be spending more time there when i can.

If you have not tried this Studio yet i would highly recommend doing so.

Had a great shoot today with malc and Barb at there new studio, and wow what an amazing place it is, so many sets this place is amazing great ideas.

I would 100% recommend these two outstanding photographers to all and don't forget there outstanding studio if your looking for some where different to shoot from this is definitely the place to go.

I had the pleasure of attending a studio day event with Miss Rosie Lea at this studio for the first time.

I was welcomed by Malc and Barb and after a coffee they showed me their vast studio, the sets, lighting, props, clothing and accessories which are very impressive and all of which were available to use.

Being accomplished photographers Malc and Barb were on hand throughout the four hours to assist with the lighting and to give advice which was greatly appreciated. Both Rosie and I had a really enjoyable time.

Fellow photographers this studio is a absolute must and I recommend it 100% with total confidence.

Another successful shoot at Malcolm and Barbara's studio, a Love Is In The Air themed model day with Rose Beaman. Catchlight has the facility to build quality sets to cater for most genres and the attention to detail is to be complimented.

You are always made very welcome at the studio and the chat in between sets makes for a most enjoyable experience.

I shall be returning to Catchlight Pics at the next opportunity as they come highly recommended, thanks for a wonderful session.
