Working with Carl was an absolute pleasure! Carl travelled to me for an ‘introductory shoot’ and we had so many ideas we had to leave some on a to do list for another day.

Carl’s pre shoot comms was great, putting me at ease in a safe and knowledgeable pair of hands, and on the day even better!

Carl is creative, and technical and directed me just enough to be on the same page without being prescriptive. Everything flowed well on the shoot, and it was a pleasure to be in his company.

Im already looking forward to shoot number 2.

Carl booked me for a 4 hours shoot during my studio weekend at Pozers.

Ha was an absolute delight to work with from the beginning, very laid back and great communication. He had some really good ideas for the shoot, and was very clear on giving directions.

I'm very pleased with what I've seen on the back of the camera, and can't wait to see the final results!

Would love to work Carl again in the future x

What a bundle of sunshine the lovely Carl is.

Carl booked onto my studio day at f8 in Gloucester last weekend and he'd booked 2 hours as an introductory shoot to see how we got on and I think 'to check if I were his type of model' haha. As I been recommended by another model for being 'athletic/toned and strong.

Within a short space of time we were chatting away like old friends, I very much enjoyed his quirky ideas of me doing handstands and flexing my muscles as it's not the norm that people ask for these.

The time flew by all too quickly, given we might have spent too much of it talking and laughing :P but it was a totally enjoyable shoot and I look forward to the next one already!

He even put up with my perfectionism whilst shooting when I wanted to get certain poses perfect!

What a fantastically polite and delightful gentleman to work with! I had been recommended Carlos by Alley at PoZers Studio and I am so glad I was! Carlos has brilliant ideas and I particularly like his take on what makes each model individual. He knows exactly the shapes and shots he wants to achieve and is a great conversationalist- I think we spent most of the time just chatting! Lovely and friendly and the BOC looked really smart!

If you get the chance to work with Carlos, I would suggest you don't pass it up :)

Very much enjoyed my shoot with Carlos at his beautiful home location. Carlos is incredibly interesting, intelligent and full of all sorts of knowledge meaning we had tons to talk about, and I could honestly listen and ask questions all day!

Carlos has a clear interest in art and shares my view of showing the female form off as strong and independent, which I loved portraying!

I had a wonderful shoot with carlos, after a mishap i was dropped off in the wrong place but he came to collect me. during the shoot he was very friendly and easy to talk to, he also gave me coffee (a very nice coffee at that!) and some biscuits and dropped me back at the station at the end. id be more than happy to work with carlos again and to recommend him :)

Had a great second shoot with Carl on my way though Wiltshire. Carl greeted me with a tea and a slice of awesome homemade cake. He kept me fed and watered throughout the shoot and we got quite a few ideas done within our short 2 hour shoot. His home is being renovated and it's perfect for natural light work until his home studio is set up.

Carl is friendly and super chatty, I really enjoyed working with him and he comes highly recommended from me. Looking forward to our next shoot already!

Thank you for a lovely shoot Carl, I hadn't shot in a while so one felt a little rusty. However Carl was relaxed and provided food and drinks as we discussed shooting styles and poses. He knew what he would like to try and we took our time getting the shots, because of this I felt at ease and was lovely chatting away throughout our shoot. I would recommend to all.

Carl very kindly booked two hours with me at the end of a studio day at PoZers Studio with the lovely Alley. We had spoken before about a shoot but never got round to it so it was great to finally get it sorted. Carl was a hoot on shoot, had lots of ideas but there was room to put in my own creativity too. We did tonnes of talking and still managed lots of shooting too. We have already discussed another shoot together, this time at his home but I'm sure we will be back to Pozers soon too. Thanks for a fab shoot! :) Highly recommended from me

I worked with the lovely Carlos at Pozers studio (run by the amazing Alley) recently after a few years apart working together! It was great to catch up! :)

Carl was very kind to book 2 hours of the charity studio day, with every single penny going to the fantastic charity "The Moggery Animal Rescue Centre" in Bristol. I really appreciated the support and had such an enjoyable shoot! Together with the studio we managed to raise over £300 which I know will go far.

Carlos is super relaxed in his appraoch to work with, respectful and great fun to be around! Thankyou for a lovely day and really hope to work with you again soon, Helen x

Where do I start to describe my amazing shoot with Carlos ? Carlos came to view PoZers a couple of weeks ago and we struck up a very facinating and lengthy conversation about our passions in the industry. As Carlos is reasonably new to the area, I am slowly introducing him to models that suit his requirements and today was our very first shoot in the studio together. We have had amazing communication, perfect confirmations of dates, times, hours booked etc. Carlos was early and set up quickly and efficiently while I applied the models makeup for our first set.

Carlos was warm and caring for the model from the moment of meeting her, right up until the very end. He explained every set, gave perfect direction, was very patient and took his time to ensure each pose was perfect. Our model glowed throughout the shoot and she came alive with confidence in front of the camera, mainly down to the total respect and caring nature provided by Carlos. Each and every set was a huge success and he and the model just bounced off of one another and he certainly created magic today.

As with all my clients I offered to leave the model and himself alone to connect, but Carlos was happy for me to stay and interact with the model, acting as her stylist and makeup artist. The three of us had such a productive shoot and it's was so much fun and so much chemistry as a team, I would happily of locked the studio up for the entire weekend and we could have created fabulous stuff for the entire time. Before the end of this shoot we we're already mentally planning many more and discussing dates.

Not only is Carlos a phenomenal photographer where his portfolio undoubtedly speaks for itself, but he is one of the most kind and interesting photographers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos to any model, studio, makeup artist, stylist, designer. He is a first class photographer and a first class gentleman with so many fabulous ideas, projects and creations I am so excited for his next visit to the studio. Carlos has nothing but respect for everyone he works with, it's a pleasure to have him at PoZers absolutely anytime.

I had a great shoot with Carlos last Wednesday as part of his 'Strong Women' project. I was very happy to be asked to be a part of this and the shoot was fun and productive. I was comfortable throughout and Carlos ensured that I was fed and watered. I would certainly work with him again and recommend him to others.

Just got back home from my second amazing shooting with Carlos !!! I simply had a fantastic day , the time flew by !!! We've worked in a variety of themes from goth to nude and carlos has great lighting knowledge and lots of ideas ! Very easy to work with, smiley, professional and his studio is just perfect :) all I have to say is that I'm really looking forward in working with Carlos again !!!
