I LOVE working with Jon!

I can't believe it's been a year since we last shot together!

I applied for Jons casting a while back for his ongoing 'stylish erotica' project, so when our location shoot we had planned yesterday got rained off, we had the perfect back up plan ready to go. Jon booked us a gorgeous hotel room, kindly picked me up from the station and we got settled in.

Shooting with Jon is always a real pleasure. He's such a kindhearted and genuine guy you can't help but feel totally at ease around him, it's like catching up with an old friend. Always super considerate, super friendly, and has the best music recommendations! It's a joy to spend an afternoon in his company immersed in great chat and great creativity.

Jon has got such an artistic eye, brimming with ideas and imaginative energy. We managed to get some really captivating shots, Jon's utilising of angles, reflections and all sorts really made for some different and fantastic imagery. Everything on the back of the camera looked gorgeous and I can't wait to see the final results.

Jon always values his models safety and comfort above all else and it's so wonderful to be so looked after! I always leave a shoot with Jon feeling super happy that this is what I do. Such a good egg.

If you've not shot with him yet you need to, always so highly recommended by me. Thanks again Jon, til next time!😊

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jon on Monday at a bit of a 'group shoot' kinda day at the Driver Wood Airsoft in Crawley with sooo many cool shooting locations- helicopters, London Buses, taxis, woodland etc.

Jon completely trusted me with selecting outfits for the shoot and I am so glad we both decided not to do anything army related even tho the location was absolutely perfect for that kind of theme.

Straight off the bat, I found Jon really approachable and easy to talk to, and once shooting I found him an absolute delight to work with!

Jon is chatty, easy to communicate with and comfortable to pose for. I'm so surprised we hadn't worked together sooner!

The photos I've been shown are absolutely STUNNING!

I couldn't have thought of a lovelier person to meet and work with on this day, and I certainly hope to work with him again sometime in the future!

100% recommended. :)

Awww what an absolutely lovely day shooting with Jon

It’s be 84 years - no, sorry that’s a titanic reference… it’s been 8 years since Jon and I have shot together and wow both of us have come on so far since our last shoot.

It was so exciting to arrange this shoot as it felt like I was meeting up with an old friend with lots to catch up on. I was buzzing about it and the shoot really delivered socially and creatively!

Jon is still a very lovely human being. I absolutely loved taking to him about his life in the last 8 years and we laughed and joked about like old friends. The shoot was extremely creative and relaxed - Jon ALWAYS looks after his models to the highest possible degree - safety and respect of time and levels.

I deeply enjoyed creating art with him today and I know from seeing the back of the camera that we got some absolute belters! I can’t wait to see them edited!

It was a total pleasure to work with and spend time with the excellently witted man! Deeply funny personality and his love of art and creativity shines through

Jon is not only a great photographer, he is an absolutely lovely bloke. Truly respectful guy and very easy to chat with. Pre-soot comms were amazing, he sent over a mood board and he was very careful to check my levels and was very respectful throughout.

He showed me the back of camera images throughout and they are AMAZING!!!! We bounced ideas off each other and had an absolutely amazing shoot and I really can't wait to shoot with him again.

Absolutely recommended, top bloke and brilliant photographer that really knows his stuff!!

I recently shot with Jon on his Erotica project and it was really great fun! Jon sourced a lovely hotel room for us to work in and we were able to work effectively together to achieve some really beautiful shots that have since been heavily commented on and loved! Jon makes you feel very at ease and he's a very warm and friendly character. I'd love to shoot with him again!

So thrilled to get the opportunity to work with Jon again after applying to his stylish erotica casting. Even more chuffed with his faith in me even though it's not a genre I've shot in a while.

Jon was very clear about the type of images he was hoping to create & shared a moodboard with me which was really helpful, so we were on the same page when it came to the shoot itself, which Jon booked a hotel room for.

We arrived at a similar time armed with bags of props, most of which we didn't use but they're always useful to have!

The shoot itself was great & I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to do some really different types of images. To be honest it wouldn't really matter what style of shoot we were doing as we've worked together a few times now & have a really excellent working relationship.

Shoots with Jon are a genuine collaboration as I've said before. We used the images he'd shown me as a guide & ended up coming up with excellent ideas between us which is when the most fun happens! This shoot really taxed our jointly creative brains (!) to make the most of the room & the light. It was challenging but also really fun!

As ever Jon isn't afraid to try ideas, whether they're mine or his, & this is what results in the magic. I love his fearlessness in this regard as I've said before.

Again the time flew by (although this time it was in the warm & dry!) & all too quickly came to an end. Looking at the shots on the back of the camera I reckon we nailed it!

As ever Jon is completely professional & respectful whilst being a warm & friendly person who's easy to get along with. I can't recommend him highly enough - to either experienced or new models.

This was my 5th shoot with Jon & I couldn't recommend him highly enough, I absolutely LOVE working with him. He's one of the few photographers where if he asks if I want to shoot I say YES before I even know what we're doing & where - & that says a lot in itself.

We went back to an area in the Forest of Dean that we'd shot in previously, but this time we were able to properly take advantage of all it had to offer.

I think I've said this before, but one of the reasons I love working with Jon (apart from the fact that he's such a genuinely lovely person & super company) is it's a true collaboration - & when two people come together creatively that's when the magic happens & we did it again & got some cracking shots!

I'm not a model who works again & again with photographers just because they are paying - for me it has to be an opportunity for creative expression & that's the fun part. The time absolutely flew by today & there was still more we could have done. I'm chuffed to bits with the images we got today, I really am.

Don't get taken in by Jon's humble nature - his images speak for themselves & he's so good at working in the environment & playing with natural light.

Thank you again so much Jon & I'll put my thinking hat on for where we can shoot next time! I can't wait! :-)

A very enjoyable shoot with Jon on Sunday. We had beautiful weather, and the shoot around Hidcote Gardens was an absolute pleasure.

Jon is very easy to get on with, he is a genuine, down to earth guy and also very understanding.

Hidcote was alot bigger than we expected! So the 3 hours flew by and we actually didn't get round all of it.

I like Jon's approach to shooting, it's not quantity its quality. We shoot at a relaxed pace and try ideas and look at back of camera as we go. What I find interesting shooting with Jon is how he breaks down an image. We look at composition, light, amongst other things and whether the photo captures a moment or tells a story. Being a big art buff, I love this!! I also find I pick up and learn too, which is great as photography and modelling is always an ongoing learning experience!

I've got to know Jon pretty well now, and I really enjoy the shoots. The next one is already arranged and the final images from Hidcote are great too.

Definitely recommended, roll on the next one Jon :) thanks for the shoot x

Had an absolutely wonderful shoot today with Jon! After applying for his casting, his pre-comms were fab, I could tell straight away he was someone I could build a rapport with. We discussed the general theme we wanted to go for, which allowed me to put together some outfits and a makeup look, and once we met up in Central Bristol it was just magic from the get go! Jon has a wonderful eye for spotting areas that can create a great canvas, gave me the opportunity to look on the back of the camera to see what shots were working, and his relaxed but engaging attitude meant that we were able to shoot in multiple locations, with a variety of different styles and looks. The shoot absolutely flew by, Jon captured some great images, and I already can't wait to shoot again! Cannot recommend Jon more highly :)

What a shoot!

Honestly it felt like we'd known each other for years over a matter of minutes and the 5 hours we spent together absolutely flew.

I'm so pleased to have reached out when I saw a casting for one of my local studios

We shot a range of sets from retro fashion through to nude and I loved each set as much as the next

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon to any model and he shoots such a wide variety of themes - there's something for everyone

Had an amazing time with Jon today, he shot me and another model @katt23 in an abandoned building and let me tell you, the photos we got were PURE FIRE!

Jon was brilliant during pre comms, really friendly, polite and above all professional. I felt completely at ease throughout the shoot! He showed me the photos on the back of the camera as we went along so I was able to tweak some poses which was beyond helpful to really nail the shots I wanted. Absolutely recommend booking in with Jon, can't wait for our next one already! Thanks again!

The loveliest shoot! Jon is a joy to work with, great communication, very accommodating and flexible; and shows up READY to deliver. And did. Within minutes of us shooting, he'd captured the framing, lighting, mood so succinctly we got the shot and moved on to the next location. Very creative, open to ideas and going with the flow. Every challenge I set him on an idea for a location we ended up at, he successfully captured in... pffft, maybe ten minutes each time? The shoot was just one joyous photo after another, I couldn't be happier. Will absolutely be shooting with him again when I'm back in the area.

Meet Jon for the first time today atlast, been in contact with each other for a while and covid and various other things came up, so really glad we finally made it happen.Really loved working with Jon,very respectful.Professional,and all round good mannered and i would say we got some good shots Jon is very happy to have my feedback and aim to do the best we can with all the elements availble to us with the right positioning and light etc We seemed to work really well as a team and i felt very at ease around Jon and he is easy to talk to .Comms were excellent and i feel we have so much scope for more interesting and dynamic shoots thanks Jon for a great day look forward to working with you again highly recommened.

I had a great shoot with Jon. Very friendly and comforting presence to be around. Communication before during and after was done well.

We both had a plan for our shoot which turned out beautifully. I had a location and Jon made the most of it with ease, there no was no rushing, no pressure. Jon clearly comes from experience, he knows what works and what doesn't. He is very patient and skilled.

I received the images in quick time which I was very pleased about.

Whoop whoop, another fab shoot with Jon today! We've chosen Wesronbird Arboretum and that was an awesome decision - great picturesque place with lots of opportunities for great shoots!

Jon as always is so fun to shoot with - professional, full of ideas, with great eye for detail and always caring about models!

It was great to see Jon again last week as we shot at Chastleton house and gardens. I've not seen Jon since last year, as our plans for a shoot kept getting rained off or the location was closed. We finally got there last week and it was definitely worth the wait! We had beautiful warm weather and all the flowers were in bloom, in the gardens. It made for a very pleasant shoot with Jon. Jon and I get on very well, Jon is friendly, chatty and a positive person. He always has the models well being at the top of his priorities and the shoot is always very relaxed and chilled. I find the shots with Jon are very natural and relaxed due to the nature and pace of the shoot. Jon is creative and our ideas bounce off each other. A really fun shoot at Chastleton, thanks Jon. I would definitely recommend shooting with Jon to other models and I hope to shoot with him again this year :) x

Another SUPERB shoot with Jon. I absolutely love working with him & I'm excited by the way our working relationship is developing.

This time we shot at a cottage I'm staying at near May Hill & it definitely had it's challenges which Jon relished.

I find working with Jon inspiring & I feel when both photographer & model are fearless & prepared to experiment that's where the magic happens & this is definitely the case working with Jon. He really enjoys the creative process & I really appreciate his style of working.

I'm so pleased with the images on the back of the camera & with the edits Jon has already sent.

I'm already looking forward to our next shoot & we don't even know what it's going to be yet! Jon has become one of those photographers that if he asks if I want to shoot, I say YES because I just know it's going to be a great experience, with super lovely company & images I'm proud of.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jon to any model & if you have the opportunity to work with him, go for it! He is such a super lovely person & a genuine pleasure to be around.

My first shoot with Jon was an amazing challenge!!

I was up for it the moment I saw his casting for Mannequin Hall, I was honoured enough to have been invited here and wow I'm so so glad we did!

Pre Comms were excellent! Jon was very professional and friendly throughout our whole shoot and I'm gutted we're quite far apart! He has wonderful ideas and an eye for creativity! Would work with you again in a heartbeat..

Absolutely THRILLED to get the opportunity to work with Jon again, this time in a beautiful ancient woodland not far from me where the shoot theme was wild garlic & bluebells.

And what a fabulous shoot we had! Jon is quick to see the opportunities, isn't afraid to experiment (which I LOVE!) & I feel we're on the same wavelength regarding the type of images we're looking to create.

Personally - Jon is an absolute DELIGHT to spend time with, always courteous & respectful & thoroughly professional in his approach. Honestly, the time flew by & Jon's appreciation of nature & the environment is always evident & I just loving spending time with people like this!

Photographically - Jon was willing to try taking shots from a variety of different angles & was rather adept at staying upright in sometimes challenging very muddy conditions! We worked together collaboratively which again is how I love working - talking through locations together, checking the camera to see what worked & what didn't & then adjusting accordingly which is what makes for some very interesting images & the ones I've seen on the back of the camera are really something special! He's also far too modest about his photography skills!

The best shoots, I feel, are those where both parties aren't afraid to make suggestions & try something different & this is what shoots with Jon are like.

Long may we continue working together! If you get the opportunity to work with Jon, take it - I highly recommend him, both as a photographer & as a rather lovely human being.

My fourth shoot with Jon earlier this week, and it might have been our best so far...although they are always hugely enjoyable!

This time Jon worked with me at the hall in Gloucestershire which I am lucky enough to have access to. Jon booked me for a full 4 hours which gave plenty of time for the various ideas we had in mind.

Pre-comms were easy and straightforward, as always. Jon tends to leave styling, outfits etc to me and I like it that way.

During the shoot, Jon was kind and accommodating as always, and made every effort to ensure I was happy and comfortable. I like that he values my ideas and input in to the shoot. It's a great feeling to be able to properly contribute.

Jon is a considerate and gentle person with a good sense of humour. I also loved how he used the space and had some very original ideas which made for some really fresh and interesting photography.

I have seen some of the images already and they look awesome. Jon has captured me beautifully, with a lot of the images feeling very 'narrative.' This is something new for the hall, and he absolutely nailed it!

Thanks so much for a wonderful shoot Jon. I am so looking forward to working with you again.
