I used a Dark Blue gel over the flash.
Cropped in Lightroom 3.6 Layout created in Photoshop CS3.
Made a cardboard mask out of cereal box to scan with to stop Newton's rings on the glossy foto. Scanned with Epson 4490 scanner.
