Hi, Welcome to my 'port' I have been on 'PurplePort' for more than two years now. Time for this update. In this time I learned a lot, in shooting and post processing. I shot models before but not that frequent and shooting people is quite something different than landscapes and scenery.

I have had the chance to shoot with people from which I admire their work they have done on other websites I do like. I am very happy I have worked with them to realize my concepts. I have met quite some awesome people and made some new friends. I consider shooting with people in general as teamwork, better results and times with happy people, and two creatives are better than one. I like the interaction and the fun moments, the chatting and the awesome results of "Wow ... I shot this!". I do tend to tag people as part of giving credit, I often miss that in the work of others ... "lovely pose ... but who is it"?

I do like the glamorous side of photography (probably my core style) where the person look on their best, happy and somewhat luxurious. Additionally I am a bit of a color junkie, I am fond of bright vivid strong colors or great color combinations. My style slides between: Fashion, swimwear, lingerie, covered nude, fetish, bondage, nude. Over the years I have collected, quite some props (cuffs, collars, chokers) and outfits (dresses, tops, jackets). I really like doing dress-ups, Especially if it works out as intended or beyond. While shooting the more adventurous styles, I will be aiming for the look of the image but honestly minimizing any possible discomfort. I am comfortable in a studio, I can shoot at home (but I need a day to make half my house into a studio) and I can work on location ... "have light can travel" (usually binging way too much).

I bought a serious camera in 2010, mainly to hook it up with my telescopes. In order to gain experience I started shooting landscapes, sky and scenery in general. Did some workshops which involved shooting with models. Finally in 2014 I chased my outstanding wish of shooting the Northern Lights ... since then I am addicted ;-), probably the only type of shoot for me which surpasses a model shoot. From 2014 on I have done several 1:1 Model shoots and in 2018 I joined 'PurplePort' in order to initially communicate with a model I had shot in order to exchange some images. During my first month I could arrange a shoot and within 3 months I had a reunion shoot with someone I shot before and lost track off. The rest is history ... shown in the images below.
