I had such a positive experience working with Darren the first time we shot together that when a photographer spot opened up on a group shoot I was involved in, I did not hesitate to put him forward as a suggestion and felt more than comfortable vouching for him. Darren was nervous about working in an unfamiliar studio amongst a sizeable group of established models and alongside two more experienced photographers he looks up to - but he adapted and more than held his own once he got into the swing of things. We only shot one set together (with another model) on this occasion due to time limitations but those photos are probably my standout favourites from the day and the most risqué I and the other model had ever participated in - which we felt glad to have trusted Darren with. I have seen some of the sets he took with others and they were wonderful!

I hope that Darren got as much out of the shoot as he had hoped for - he has certainly come away with several new fans, and some incredible images!

I have known Darren for a while now, and I absolutely love working with him. I have a lot of favourite photographers but Darren is my number one for sure. Last week we did a home shoot at my house, pre coms were amazing as always and we already had an idea of the types of shots we wanted to get. Darren is so easy to work with and he always has me smiling and laughing, and most importantly he gives me strength to believe in myself. The last two years have been hard for me to shoot, physically and mentally but Darren has always stood by me no matter what and I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding. I am so happy to have formed a friendship with Darren and I can't wait to shoot with him soon! PS: these portrait shots of me are my absolute favourite.

I had been following Darren's work for a while and fell instantly in love with his style and super clean edits. Communication was excellent leading up to the shoot where we had discussed ideas and themes prior to shooting. Darren knew exactly what he wanted to achieve on the day and the attention to detail, lighting, style and set up was brilliant. I was instantly made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and all the way through to the end. Darren is very friendly and approachable and professional and was constantly ensuring I was happy and consenting to all styles we worked through. I was super happy with what we captured on the back of the camera and have already been given some edits which honestly I cannot describe how in love I am with them! Darren's editing skills are utterly beautiful and I honestly cannot recommend him enough to anyone! SUPER excited to see more edits and will definitely be working together again!! I was so pleased that the lovely Darren booked in for one of my 3-in-1 tuition-studio-modelling deals! I have followed his work for a while and admire his work as it is.

Darren wanted to experiment with long exposure and shooting on the neons which made for a fun and creative session! We even had time to fit in some more simple yet effective Peter Coulson style images which he shot with ease.

The 6hrs flew by and we had so much to talk about! He was friendly, charming, polite and a great laugh, all round joy to be around :)

Absolutely wonderful person and talented photographer, highly recommended!

I hit it off with Darren as soon we began chatting and I could tell this easy back and forth would translate over into collaborating creatively too. I had quite a few shoots booked around the time of ours and of them all, he was definitely one of the people I was most looking forward to working with. So when my car decided to lock me out on the day of the shoot I was determined to get myself over to him come hell or high water, and I'm so glad I did!

Darren's shooting space isn't the biggest but he uses it well and knows his way around a lighting rig. From speaking to him and the books and props he showed me whilst we were prepping, I learnt that he really pours himself into his photography work and puts the research in to create the aesthetic he and his model are aiming for. I respect that a lot.

The shoot itself was effortless - I felt very at ease around him and it made it easy to project the confident post-apocalyptic character I'd come up with. Those photos are fantastic, some of my favourites to date. I'm not as confident about the second look we shot but I think that was more on me than Darren as I hadn't fully fleshed it out in my head - he tried to help me get into the mindset of the character with suggestions and questions, and still captured a few solid shots.

I will happily shoot with Darren again any time. He is now on board for a group shoot I am involved in and I was very confident in recommending him to the others based on my experience with him. Thank you Darren :)

One of my favourite photographers for sure! Last time I shot with Darren was over a year ago, which is definitely way too long as I’ve missed shooting with Darren so much.

We’ve spent an afternoon shooting in some lovely locations around Poole area. As much as I enjoyed shooting with Darren, I think I missed his company even more!

By looking at the back of camera images, I know that we got some cracking images. I Can not wait to shoot with Darren again :)

Had my second shoot with Darren, and as expected he was a gem!

This time it was a bit short notice but that didn't stop us from shooting in 2 different locations with lots of different outfits - provided by the man himself, which was wonderful and helped me understand the vibe and theme Darren was going for.

As always he was a perfect gentleman, offered posing guidance when needed and was very happy to show BOC and allow me to retry poses.

I love shooting with Darren and I cannot wait to do it many many more times!

Definitely recommended, it's like shooting with a friend😁

I’ve worked with Darren a lot over the years and have been absolutely overjoyed to see his confidence and skills progress!

He always invents some incredible concepts, which is great when I’m pretty crap at coming up with them and I always love to make them come to life with him.

We did a plethora of varying sets which were all wonderfully unique, and I can’t wait to see the rest of the images come out.

I would hands down recommend Darren over again for his creativity, his professionalism, but also the enjoyment he brings!

Had the amazing opportunity to work with the very talented Apollo Flux in his home studio. It was a fantastic experience and definitely the best quality and style of photos to add to my portfolio! He had a wide range of props, outfits and creative ideas! He made me feel right at ease from the get go and was great to work with. Ideas kept flowing and at the end of the shoot I left feeling 10 times more confident than when I went in. Highly recommend Apollo Flux! I finally got to shoot with Darren after over 2 years of talking about it and boy was it worth the wait!

Darren was kind enough to come and pick me up and had no problem driving almost an hour to the shoot location. He's such a personable and easy-going guy that the drive flew by and we were both surprised when we had arrived.

We were shooting in a underground tunnel which promised to present some challenges but, thankfully, Darren had no problem getting a little dirty and working in near total darkness. Shooting with him was such a pleasant experience!

We had communicated prior about what we both wanted from the shoot and Darren had been very helpful in helping me plan ideas and inspire me for some of my own. He allowed me a lot of creative freedom on the shoot, this being a truly collaborative effort.

Darren's shoot style is beautiful and his attention to colours and lighting is phenomenal, making me feel very much at ease and confident about the images we were creating. He constantly showed me the back of the camera for check ins (and excitement when we got the perfect shot).

I had the best time shooting with Darren, it truly was like hanging out with a friend and I can't wait for the many many more shoots to come.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Apollo recently after around a year of trying to arrange a shoot with Covid getting in the way, but I must say it really was worth the wait!

We we're luckily able to shoot in Apollo's home studio which was really well kitted out and we were able to play with a number of great backgrounds and work with the beautiful fine art style that Apollo has perfected to a 'fine art'(pun intended)! I particularly applaud Apollo's creative direction, especially when it came to the Kill Bill outfit idea which I never would have chosen myself but have to say are one of my favourite set's of images ever!

Apollo's artistic flare doesn't end at the shooting of the shot, the post production really is the cherry on top of the cake, the processed images are nothing less than spectacular.

It really was a pleasure to work with 'The magician' not just a great photographer but one of the nicest guys I've ever worked with and would love to work with again very soon!

Had my second shoot with apollo flux - this was a specific casting call for an idea that i've wanted to do for a long time (Ice Queen), and I was so glad that apollo flux applied, as I knew he'd definitely get me the images that I was after! :) It was so lovely to work with him again, the unedited images look amazing and I can't wait to see the edited ones :)

Had another great shoot with Apollo Flux!

The first time at his home studio.

I felt completely comfortable and relaxed, he gave me a room to put all my stuff in and change in.

I’ve received the proof pictures and am so so happy once again with the results from the shoot!

Apollo Flux approached me last year to do some shooting with him, I was so excited and couldn’t wait to shoot with him. Due to COVID etc we had to postpone which was a shame as I was looking forward to shooting his style and ideas!

We finally arranged a shoot in Brighton near where I live and shoot some different outfits etc. and I couldn’t be happier!

Before the shoot we discussed the ideas we had and outfits, when was good for both of us to shoot and fired some ideas of favourite outfits we would both like to be photographed. Apollo gave me free rein of make up and outfits so I did a toned down glam with a universal lip colour and picked outfits we both loved too.

Throughout the shoot Apollo Flux and I came up with some ideas, Apollo gave me direction when needed to achieve the ideas we had, Apollo was such a kind and lovely person who made me feel comfortable throughout. His shooting techniques were explained when needed (such as when needing to use an extra light and when adjusting the camera lighting etc) so I knew what was happening instead of being left in the dark.

Apollo Flux made me feel absolutely beautiful and stunning, when seeing the final edits I am absolutely in awe of them all! The natural beauty Apollo has exuded from each photo is amazing, he is a truly talented photographer that I cannot wait to work with time and time again.

Having not had the best experiences with some photographers, I can proudly say that Apollo has completely washed my fear away, with his kind hearted way and cheerful smile I am more than happy to 100% recommend him in a shining and flawless light.

Had the most amazing shoot yesterday with this lovely man!

First off, what a lovely genuine kind man. I knew I’d feel comfortable with him from the moment we started arranging the shoot over messages. We had been wanting to shoot together for a while but due to lockdown couldn’t.

We managed to get a shoot booked in very quickly after restrictions eased.

As soon as we met he was so friendly and bubbly.

I felt comfortable the whole time and we laughed and chatted for so long!

We got some great pictures from the shoot! I can’t wait to see them finished.

He’s an amazing photographer and so easy to work with.

I required the assistance of a retoucher for a set of old photos I had that I wanted to post, but needed editing first! Apollo Flux kindly agreed.. and all I can say is.... WOW!

His editing is honestly OUTSTANDING! All the photos i've given him have all been fairly low quality with questionable lighting, but once he's finished with them... you wouldn't even notice. He completely transforms an image!

Apollo Flux comes with the highest of praises from me. 100000000% recommend him for any editing work you may have. You will not be disappointed!! Such a talented guy!

I approached Darren myself as I absolutely love his work. He is a fantastic photographer and the quality of his edits is incredible.

Darren was an absolute delight to work with. He is very kind and reassuring whilst shooting making sure you are comfortable and relaxed at all times. He is happy to show you the pictures he’s taking to make sure you are happy with the photographs as you go and will make adjustments and listen to suggestions if you want to try something else.

Darren is fantastic at directing which relieves any anxieties if you aren’t very confident and ensures he captures the most flattering and beautiful images, taking into consideration how you feel about them also.

I have worked with Darren up to concealed nude and topless. I felt safe and comfortable at all times whilst working with him up to these levels. He is respectful and professional at all times.

And to top all of it off he is funny, imaginative and incredibly good fun to work with. I have only worked with Darren once so far and I already feel I can consider him a life long friend. I hope to have the pleasure of working with him regularly in the future.

Had an amazing first shoot with Darren!

Pre comms were really good, Darren came up with some awesome ideas for us to do, featuring denim, CK style pictures, and lingerie, and also picked out some outfits for me to bring from my images on PP which was super helpful!

From the moment I arrived Darren was super friendly, easy to chat to and get along with, and even bought snacks! Throughout the shoot Darren was FULL of ideas, was happy to let me pose freely, but was also awesome at giving directions and suggestions for poses, and different props to use.

The pictures that I’ve seen look really god and I’m super excited to see the final edits.

Overall I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my shoot with Darren and I would HIGHLY recommend shooting with him! Professional, fun, chatty, experienced, talented, respectful, easy to get along with... what more could you want?! He he SUCH a lovely guy!

I have had the pleasure to shoot with Darren a fair few times now, we managed to get a full day booked in which was awesome because we only normally get a couple of hours!

We started off at a local woodland area and then went to Darren home studio which was lovely and he has plenty of props and outfits! Darren also kindly picked me up and dropped me off which was really kind of him to do.

I really love working with Darren he always captures me so beautifully and always gives me a boost. He is so understanding and caring and always puts the model first when it comes to safety and professionalism. I am soooo excited about the images we created! By far some of my favourite to date of all time! I highly recommend working with Darren, you won’t be disappointed even if your nervous he will make it the best experience and capture your best side.

I’m so glad to build this connection with Darren as it really shows in our work as we progress together!
