Last month I joined another shoot a set day organised by Amie Boulton and Chris Conway and Alisha was once again doing the make up for the session. Her work was fantastic as per usual with her nailing the aesthetic for the two looks Amie did during the day. Not only that but Alisha herself stepped in as the model for a set and I found her to be a very good model, capable of delivering a good range of poses and expressions and take direction well. We produced some great images and I am very happy with the results. So not only would I recommend her an make-up artist but I would recommend her as a model as well.

Last week I joined in on a remote shoot a set day organised by Amie Boulton and Chris Conway and Alisha Jane was once again doing the make up for the shoot. As with previous sessions where Alisha was on make up duties, the results were fantastic, with her crafting a suitably dark and moody aesthetic that perfectly suited the outfits and backdrops for the shoot. Alisha is an outstanding talent and I definitely recommend her.

About time I gave Alisha another glowing reference. I honestly can't tell you how she manages to blow me away every time she does one of our events! Alisha and her amazing HMUA skills are second to none and I wouldn't use anyone else. Her attention to detail and her insane ability to create looks that suit the model she is working with are fantastic. She was working with two very different models on this shoot and the makeup suited them perfectly. All the photographers absolutely loved the looks and so I couldn't have asked for more!

Alisha is also the loveliest person and so easy to get on with.

Having worked with Alisha a number of times now, the last being yesterday at Inspire Studios, I realised I hadn’t left her a reference, so I proffered my humble apologies to her in person and here is said reference… :-)

Put simply she is amazing; the quality of her work is stunning and extensive. From subtle beauty looks to striking sci-fi and full-on horror with prosthetics… she can do it all. And combined with this she is a thoroughly nice, warm and friendly person, who clearly loves what she does and puts 100% into it.

What an amazing make-up artist! I had the pleasure of photographing some of Alisha's creative work today on a creative make-up group shoot at inspire studios in Salisbury.

I can't believe how efficiently Alisha worked to create a number of absolutely stunning looks in no time at all - such a creative and talented individual. If you need a make-up artist for subtle make-up then this is the lady for you - if you want someone who can create stunning, high end, over the top looks then this is also the lady for you! Incredible work and an absolute honour and pleasure to be involved photographing some of the looks she created.

I decided to join a group shoot at Inspire Studios at the last minute where Alisha created some spectacular looks for Ell Mae. The images I captured were so good I booked her straight away for a shoot the following week with Maria26. Once again Alisha created 2 distinct and very different make-up styles. The first a classic beauty look that was just outstanding; the second a more creative sci-fi look that was equally brilliant. Alisha is the most accomplished MUA I have ever worked with. Furthermore, she creates her magic in super quick time so shooting can begin on time. If I could I would have Alisha work with me on every shoot! What a talent. Very highly recommended indeed.

I had seen Alishas work in some remote and studio shoot sessions that she had done the last one at Inspire Studio where we met in person. Alishas skills are top notch and she works with amazing skill and speed, she obviously also loves what she does so you know your getting her best work. Alisha is chatty and knowledgeable and happy to share that with her models. I shall definitely be booked her again in the near future, she absolutely nailed the look and finished article bang on.

Alisha's skills as a MUA are amazing!

This was my first creative styled make-up look and Alisha created a futuristic look for me, I loved it! The look was developed over three stages, with the final look being the most dramatic. She was professional and friendly througout, we had some giggles along the way too which was lovely.

Alisha ensured she had checked for any allergies prior to the shoot and she did not hesitate to share a name of product when I requested what she had used after the shoot, this was kind.

It was really nice to meet Alisha and I hope that we cross paths again in the future!

Had a wonderful creative make up shoot recently with the legend that is Amie Jayne Boulton at Inspire studios where the very talented Alisha was the MUA.

My first impression of Alisha was how friendly and easy going she was considering she was the main player in this collaboration of three.

Alisha skills in creative make up are incredibly accurate when creating an idea from paper to camera via the model, I can confirm that the finished idea was better than I could have imagined.

Alisha's work rate is quite remarkable and within a few minutes a new design would appear and the dynamics would change creating a different style and feel.

I hope to work again with Alisha some day,

I know it's not been long since I did a reference but again Alisha just blew me away with her shear ability to turn her hand to any ideas that people have! This time she was working with Amie Boulton on a couple of days at the studio for creative makeup and wow what an amazing journey it was from a striking beauty look to a full on steam punk look with painted on neck collar that was out of this world! Alisha is soooo talented and works quickly but with precision it's an absolute show to watch! Looking forward to her return for more creativity.

Alisha was the MUA on a creative make-up shoot I had with model Amie Boulton at Inspire Studios. She was very friendly, professional and creative.

Pre-shoot comms were great and she worked out in advance how best to create the looks on the day to optimise the shooting time. Her work is very good and the end result was pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

Last December I joined in on another remote shoot-a-set day organised by Amie Boulton and Chris Conway where Alisha Jane was once again providing the make-up. The theme this time was very different, being a festive Snow Queen themed shoot as opposed to the previous Halloween themed one, but the results were no less excellent than before. She produced yet more amazing artistic work and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Another wow, wow amd wow from me. Following Amie's recommendation I contacted Alisha for an idea I had with model Elle Mae and we were soon discussing ideas and exchanging moodboards. Her communication is top notch, couldn't ask for more on that front. When it came to the day Alisha just blew me and the model away with her ability and speed at creating two awesome looks. The first was beauty look which she nailed completely flawless and so beautiful to shoot. The second more creative look was outstanding, her attention to detail is insane and the speed at which she works is second to none. I can't compliment her enough and as for recommending her, you really have to work with this lovely lady, honestly highly recommended and then some!!

Can't wait until I can get her back in the studio again.

Wow wow wow!!! Alisha is amazing! Her talent is incredible. Myself and Chris Conway was hosting a Halloween special remote event and we needed a super creative MUA. I had previously worked with Alisha before hand so I knew she was the girl and I was so excited when she wanted to be part of this. Never have I known anyone put so much effort in to make a day run smoothly. Before creating 2 insane looks on me, she sketched them and also created them on herself and showed us the results to make sure we was happy. Her precision was second to none and the finished look was a real piece of art. She transformed me from a sugar skilled model into a gory horror model and no one could believe it was the same model for each look. She bought props along and was on hand for a very long session meticulously watching over to correct anything for the camera which made the day run amazingly. Along with her talents, she is jus a joy to work with, fun and down to earth so you just can’t go wrong. If you are looking for an amazing MUA who can cover literally any look, look no further, this is your lady! We can’t wait to have her join us on another creative project! Thank you for making the day as successful as it was, we had a huge amount of very happy customers x

In October 2020 I joined in with a Halloween themed remote shoot-a-set day organised by Amie Boulton and Chris Conway where Alisha Jane was providing the make-up for Amie and I have to say that her work was simply incredible. We shot two different sets during the day and each look she delivered was distinctive and different. She is a true artist with great creative vision and I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to work with a truly talented make-up artist who can help bring your artistic visions to life.
