This was my second shoot with Alastair but our first shoot was 2/3 years ago! This time Alastair and I worked on a Maternity shoot.

Alastair was very considerate given the situation and we had lots of breaks and fun things to do! Alastair was professional, friendly and really easy to get on with and I would highly recommend working with him. Thanks Alastair!

I had a brilliant time modelling for a lighting workshop held by Alastair at his studio recently. The day was very well organised and attended by 5 photographers who were all keen to take photos and learn some of Alastairs lighting set ups. A fantastic lunch was provided and all of the photographers got some really high quality images from the day.

I would certainly recommend attending these workshops and I hope that I get the opportunity to model for one again :)

I too was at Alastair's lighting workshop which was very comprehensive but still at a pace that meant we got lots of time to create our own images. A thoroughly enjoyable day made better by Alastair's knowledge of his subject and his patience with his students, I highly recommend you take a course with him.

Attended Alastair's lighting workshop today and highly recommend Alastair.

Alastair worked through various lighting scenarios, showing myself and 4 other photographers how he sets different lighting using soft boxes, beauty dishes, gels etc. He is extremely patient and very professional in his delivery and happily answers all questions and makes sure that we understand the process and are happy with our images. Thank you Alastair for a great day.

I had a really great 4 hour shoot with Alistair recently! it was a very well planned, well taught 1-on-1 lighting workshop. Alistair is brilliant to work with! Always professional, upbeat and focused. He's also very enthuaisastic about his work, and his pre-comms were faultless. We went through a variety of different looks covering beauty, fashion and artistic nude. Alastair is a gentlemen, and somebody I would highly reccomend to anyoe wanting to improve their photography. I had a wonderful time! Can't wait for the next shoot :) 5 stars from me!

Another great shoot with Alastair, but this time a lighting workshop with 6 photographers! Alastair is a true professional. Great organisation of the shoot, and he really made sure I was happy during the shoot. He is a great teacher, and is very ambitious. He's always positive and hard working, great with lighting and can shoot lots of different styles of photographer. I look forward to working with him again in the near future. It was awesome!

I had an absolutely incredible shoot with Alastair recently after meeting him at the Gloucester social. His pre-shoot communication was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him!

He is an excellent creative with some wonderful ideas for images, of which he communicates superbly to make sure both model and photographer achieve the perfect result.

I would, without a doubt, work with Alastair again; he gives off such a warm vibe and truly makes his model feel calm and relaxed throughout the shoot.

I shot with Alastair after he put me up for the night, and although it was a very short shoot, I had a lot of fun :)

He is a very professional and thoughtful photographer who has an extensive knowledge of studio lighting and set up the scenes beautifully, whilst focussing on perfect framing and directing in a precise & creative way, getting the best angles for the shots!

I love working with Alastair as he is a fantastic and genuine photographer, as well as the perfect host - I can't recommend him enough :)

Had a lovely beauty shoot with Alastair yesterday. Communications prior to the shoot were excellent and all of his photography equipment was set up when I arrrived. Alastair is a friendly and professional photographer. I immediately felt comfortable working with him and he is easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend him and I'm sure we will work together again in the future! :)

Had my first shoot with Alastair and it was a joint shoot with Black Olive who I have be co-shooting with so to be the model was a great pleasure. so professional, relaxed and amazing images. such a fun nice guy made shooting at the level we did made me confident and it shows. I had such a fun and different shoot for me the other day with Alastair. We needed to get some shots together for our workshop and we got some amazing photos. We shot at a lovely place Alastair knows of called the Batsford Arboretum where we did lots of beauty and fashion shots. I have worked with Alastair before and would do again and again. He is so much fun to work with and very professional. I totally recommend him to others. You will not regret it :)

I shot with Alastair on his photography workshop a few weeks ago and what a fun day it was!

He is a very relaxed and polite guy who has a vast knowledge of lighting and techniques, setting up the scenes beautifully whilst handling his camera wonderfully, during tutor sessions that were amazingly lead!

I can't recommend Alastair enough, he's a fantastic photographer who really knows his stuff and is a joy to work with :)

After meeting a few times at social events we finally had matching free dates in our diaries, within the space of a few hours we had a date, theme & mua organised (what great pre-shoots comms!).

Alastair is knowledgeable with his lighting & composition & created great results.

I had such a fun and creative shoot yesterday with Alastair :) He picked me up from my home and we drove to a little village hall to get making awesome photos. I first met Alastair by pure chance as he and another model were at my local shoot spot when I went to shoot there with another photographer and he was so nice then so we exchanged info and organised a shoot together.

Alastair wanted some fashion and beauty shots for his portfolio which I was very happy to do :) He is very friendly and super easy to get along with. He was very patient with me whilst I did my more extravagant make up for the beauty shots and made great use of his new beauty dish :) We got so many awesome shoots yesterday and I would easily work with Alastair again and recommend other models to work with him too :)

I had my 1st shoot with Alastair last week, with plenty of great pre-comms - so I knew what we would be doing, but was blown away by Alastair's lighting techniques and scene setting!

He has a wonderful way with the camera - which combined with his extensive lighting skills, lovely sense of humour & beautiful ideas and direction he gave - definitely made it one of my fave shoots of all time!

Alastair is an amazing photographer, whose creativity & professionalism will blow you away - I can't recommend him enough :)
