I am guessing they were, but back to my original point, without a specific announcement, it is difficult to be sure, so you have to work on the basis that what you saw last time, is still going to happen.
It's rather frustrating that with all the measures I have taken with my portfolio, some thief still managed to upload some of my images along with other photographers work and pretend they took them on another model site, to book high level shoots with unsuspecting models. This was in the last week. The only source for those images was either a member on this site or stolen from the model

Or someone with access to your computer; or someone with access to the backup, perhaps in the cloud, or someone who can catch the transmitted packets on your WiFi, or someone who made a TEMPEST attack on your screen, or ....
