Notifications not cancelling.

Looking back at my notifications, yes it is. 

Incidentally, the issue seems to have righted itself on my PC (Windows 10 MS Edge), but still persists on my iPad.

Hi, Russ. The problem seems to have corrected on my PC (Chrome/windows 10). When the problem manifested previously it was notifications of likes on my images.

   If your actions cured my problem then Thank You. If not then Good Luck.  :)

We haven't really done anything yet, we are still trying to find a cause.

Ok, this just happened. A mix of likes and upload notifications - shortly after this I had some more notifications and scrolled within the pop up and it exhibited the problem's original behaviour - I forgot to see if there were mixed notifications at that point :(

That looks normal to me, and how it ought to behave.

Yep, I think so too - but 5 mins later it was showing the problem from the first video ( unfortunately did not note what kind of notifications they were on this one ) . It could be that if there are 'like notifications' it in someway stops the problem - as I think in my first video there were just upload notifications.

Yep, I think so too - but 5 mins later it was showing the problem from the first video. It could be that if there are 'like notifications' it in someway stops the problem as I think in my first video there were just upload notifications.

The first video could simply be a network delay or an erroneous adblocker or some other addin/extension being too smart for its own good.

I get similar weirdness on FB, especially on mobile, with no explanation or logical reason.

It occurred to me on one account of two, all else - computer, OS, browser, being constant.

Suggests server/DB rather than network/cache/proxy/hosts/browser/plugin to me.

I was thinking the problem was only happening on image upload notifications - but went back through the thread and saw your post which seems to pretty much rule that theory out.
